Our family lives in a 2-year old double-storey house with 2 teenage boys. We have 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The room downstairs is available for rent. It opens into a nice patio which overlooks a lawn which they can step out to, to enjoy the breeze. It has a separate entrance which guests are free to enter & leave without having to go through the main door. There's a separate toilet for their own use. There is a BBQ area and a table tennis which our guests are welcome to use during their stay. Pacific Pines is a nice residential suburb that is 20 mins' drive to Surfer's Paradise/Southport city or 10 mins to the nearest train station and shopping centre. Buses are also available.

The SpaceWe have kangaroos and koalas for neighbors and you may even see a platypus if lucky on a short stroll down the mangrove boardwalk to the beautiful lake. The villa is only a few minutes drive from the major theme parks and easily accessed by public transport. A beautiful location with swimming pool,spa,gym and tennis court. A continental breakfast is included with cereal,toast,tea and coffee. The villa is not suitable for children. Guest AccessTwo separate bedrooms(1 Queen bed and 2 single beds) are available. There is a separate private toilet and bathroom for guests use only (only 1 room is let at a time unless it is a family). Guests have the run of the house and can come and go as they please. Interaction with GuestsGuests can either do their own thing or interact with us as we are around most of the time. The NeighborhoodGuests can play golf on the public 9 hole golf course and watch the kangaroos and other wild life in their natural habitat, visit the theme parks, trip to the mountains in the hinterland or go for a surf on the famous beaches of the Gold Coast. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop outside the complex and public transport will get you to and from Brisbane Airport, Gold Coast Airport or to any of the attractions on the Gold Coast. If you catch the airtrain get off at Helensvale station and catch the Seaworld, Main beach or Griffith Uni buses and get off at Marble Arch and walk back 30 meters to Lakeside Manor. Car parking is available. If driving from Brisbane take the 62 Helensvale South exit and turn left at the third set of traffic lights into Lakeside Manor and then turn left again into Kensington Gate and press 36 bell on the bottom pad.(the bell is above the 3). If coming from Gold Coast Airport take the same exit and turn right at the first 2 sets of lights and then left after 4 sets of lights. Do not use GPS as it will take you to the wrong end of Brisbane Rd. Other Things to NoteWe have a wonderful knowledge of the Gold Coast and can tell you everything you need to know from visiting the glowworms at Natural Arch to the best spots to catch a wave.

The SpaceThe villa is situated overlooking the 9th green of the kangaroo dwelling Lakeside Manor Golf Course. The surrounding area on the lake contains all types of wildlife including koalas and even a platypus can be seen (if lucky) on the mangrove boardwalk down to the lake. The villa is easily accessible with public transport to and from Brisbane and Gold Coast Airports, Surfers Paradise and all the major theme parks. The NeighborhoodThe beautiful quiet bedrooms allow guests to have a peaceful holiday or to run amok at the theme parks,the beaches, the hinterland or even explore the local flora and fauna. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop at the front gate which allows access to and from both cities and airports as well as theme parks and anywhere else they wish to visit. Parking is also available. Other Things to NoteWe are very happy to provide any information that may make your trip more enjoyable and help plan your holiday if needed. You can hire our clubs and buggies for a small fee which includes balls you will loose in the lakes if you want to play on the course.

We live in a suburb in the Gold Coast of Australia.We have a lovely pool and pets, 2 small dogs and a cat. We are willing to drive Students to local colleges, either Southport or Coomera and are close to bus stops and rail links. F or visitors wanting to holiday we are about 20 minutes to the beach and local attractions such as Movie World (3 minutes) , Seaworld (35 minutes), Dream World (10 minutes). So a great time is ensured. We have 2 double rooms available and would make you very welcome.

The SpaceA private bedroom with a Queen Size bed, private Bathroom and separate Toilet. A beautiful location with a 9 hole golf course, tennis court, swimming pool, spa and gym. We supply a continental breakfast of cereal, toast & spreads, tea and coffee or for an extra charge a cooked breakfast can be arranged. Our house offers all that you may require including wi fi, laundry, tea/coffee facility and microwave oven for reheating food. Your room has a comfortable queen bed, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and TV. The spacious bathroom with bath, shower and hair drier and a separate toilet is located adjacent to your room and is for your exclusive use. Linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided and iron is available on request. You are free to use the lounge room which is air conditioned and has a smart TV and some books are available for reading. Visitor parking is available for guests. While you are here, we will be available to assist you with our local knowledge and also suggestions of places to visit. WE are centrally located with easy access to all the coast has to offer, a short drive to all the theme parks, several major shopping centres including Harbourtown, a major clothing outlet centre also with cinemas and restaurants, Jupiter’s Casino, sports clubs, beaches and libraries or a regular bus service at the gate will also take you to all these places. There is a petrol station, medical center and pharmacy across the road from us. Our complex is located in a Conservation Area, backing onto bush land with native birds and the occasional visit from kangaroos and bush turkeys. It is a short walk to the Coombabah Wetlands board-walk and lake bird hide. If you have a loved one in the our modern Gold Coast University Hospital, avoid the parking cost by using our regular direct bus service taking 18 minutes gate to main entrance. Five minutes by car to connecting Helensvale train station and Helensvale Westfield Shopping Centre, fifteen minutes to discount shopping centre Harbourtown. Close to all Gold Coast theme parks. Twenty minutes to local beaches (depending on beach/ traffic). Approximately 40 minutes to Brisbane City by car. Getting AroundPlenty of street parking available. Five minute drive to local train station. Local bus stations within walking distance, will require more than bus/ bus and tram to access South areas of Gold Coast by public transport. Most convenient location for visitors with a car. Other Things to NoteI have a friendly pet dog, Henry. He is a three year old medium sized spoodle and may wish to say hello. He is well trained and very friendly. I am happy to have guests with pets; keeping in mind compatibility with a dog on the premises.

The SpaceThe home is in a very quiet, clean, secure garden complex. It is close to all forms of public transport for your convenience, or park at the front door. We are clean and tidy, and enjoy spending the mornings sitting in the garden soaking up the sun. There are walking trails and golfing is close by. It is NOT a CHILD or PET space, so please don't bring them. Guest AccessAll areas except private family rooms. Your room is lockable. There is also a swimming pool and BBQ area in the complex. Interaction with GuestsI have travelled greatly and love to meet and spend time with people from all over to hear about where they come from and where they have travelled. If you like Latin or Tango dancing you are welcome to join me. If you love to cook, we love to eat. If you prefer you can have quiet time to relax and rejuvenate. The NeighborhoodOur neighbourhood is quiet, pretty and easy to find. It has walking paths and is walking distance to one of three top golf courses. We are also close to the theme parks and to two major shopping centres. It is a short drive to beautiful surf beaches on the coast, and only 30 minutes if you like to hike or sightsee in the mountains. The equally fun and beautiful Byron Bay is 40 mins South, and Brisbane is the same only North. So, there is plenty to do and it is easy to get there from here. Getting AroundDriving from here is easy. Buses to the major shopping centres, train station, theme parks, beaches, Griffith University, University Hospital and of course Surfers Paradise leave almost from the front gate. The train is 3kms away and runs directly to Brisbane and it's airport. Other Things to NoteThere is a pool and BBQ area in the complex which you are welcome to use. You will need to respect the rules of the complex when using this facility.

The SpaceWe live right on the edge of a conservation park. We have wild birds visit our home every morning and afternoon for feeding time. Its truly a magical experience. If we are home than we are happy to drop you anywhere you like (just throw in $5 for petrol) Other Things to NoteWe have two gorgeous little puppies. Both are very energetic and love to play so its important that you don't have any aversion to dogs if you are to enjoy your stay in our home. Your dogs are most welcome here.

The SpaceThe flat is accessed through the front door of the house which is your private entrance. You will have your own door key. We have our own separate entrance and ensure your complete privacy. The flat has 2 Bedrooms - sleeps 4 Max. A desk for your laptop....great for a Business Trip. Self contained with small kitchen, bathroom, toilet, TV area. You have an allocated off road visitors car space. You will need your own car. Cereal, milk, tea and coffee are also provided for a light breakfast. Fresh Linen and towels are provided. Nestled in a quiet bushy area only 5 mins drive to Theme parks, shopping centres & many tourist attractions and scenic drives. 2 klms to Cafes, Shops, Clubs, Rail and Buses to Surfers Paradise and beaches. Brisbane to the North and Tweed only 30-40 mins drive South. Byron Bay is also approx. 1 and 1/2 hr drive to the South. Lovely views from the flat over the garden are to Tamborine Mountain - a 20 -25 min drive to rainforest walks, wineries, galleries and craft shops. Closest to all 5 Theme Parks and easy access to all Gold Coast Attractions this is the best value accommodation close to all your holiday destinations. We are in a bushy area conveniently located close to the M1 Freeway and only 1-2 klms from Buses that take you to Theme Parks and Surfers. Coffee shops, many fantastic Restaurants and choice of supermarkets including Helensvale Plaza and Westfield - only 1 - 2 klms. Harbor Town, Australia biggest Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) shopping centre is only 10 mins drive and a bargain hunters paradise. Robina is a shoppers paradise and only 15 mins south on the M1. This the perfect get away for holiday relaxation, family, a quiet getaway or business and local attractions. You will experience a busy time choosing your favourite past time, be it Theme Parks, Restaurants, Markets and the colour and fun of Surfers Paradise by day and night , Boating on canals, day trips, whale watching tours, shopping, beaches, walks, theatre, drives, or whatever you choose from the folder full of suggestions. The NeighborhoodWe love how at times guests spot a kangaroo hopping around at the front of the house in the evenings. Drive slowly or walk to the end of the road at night or on dusk and you may see some kangaroos hopping or grazing. If you want to be sure to see kangaroos and koalas you would enjoy a day at Dreamworld or Paradise Country within a few kilometres drive. The entrance to Paradise Country is between Movieworld and behind Outback Spectacular building - follow the road for about 1 klm into the park. This is a unique position as you are situated within a comfortable drive to Surfers Paradise, Brisbane and Tamborine Mountain otherwise known as Gold Coast Hinterland. These areas unfold all the great tourist attractions or do it yourself escapes for a wonderful holiday. The 5 Theme Parks are only 5-10 minutes drive and include Warner Bros Wet N Wild, Outback Spectacular, Movie World, Dreamworld and Paradise Country Farm Tours. Oz Ball is a lot of fun and the kids love it in summer - it is just up the road at Coomera past Dreamworld. It is only a 40 minute drive to Brisbane or 1 hr on the train. 25 minutes to the famous Surfers Paradise and as the locals say - the worlds best beaches. This is really good value for a couple or family especially being so close to most of the Gold Coast Theme Parks. If you are planning a trip to Wet N Wild Water Park - (website hidden) the "Express Ticket" where you access 5 rides quicker in your day. Good value and saves time. 3 Day passes to the Theme Parks can be pre purchased on line to plan your trip. We would recommend at least 3-4 nights stay to take in at least some of the beautiful sights. We are known for our great hospitality and we aim to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Getting AroundYou will need your own car or consider taxi hire as it is about 2 klms to Helensvale Rail Station and shops and buses to all the Theme Parks, Beaches, Surfers, Harbour Town and other attractions. Guest AccessGuest will have access to the entire home except the garage as we have vehicles and personals locked away in this area. The 4th bedroom only houses a cot so this too will be locked unless special permission is requested at time of booking.
