We were able to find the apartment using the instruction provided, although including more landmarks and mentioning distance between landmarks may help find the place faster. Also, nearest station (Awaji) is a 15min walk from the apartment so this should be considered in the daily itinerary. The room was clean when we arrived, and the space is good enough for a group of 3. It's also located in a nice and quiet area. Written instructions on how to operate the appliances were available as well. Toilet flush is kind of noisy but tolerable. I would consider staying here again when I come back. _________________________________________ This location is extremely easy to get to if travelling from Kyoto to Osaka. My friend and I stayed here, and it was enough room for the two of us. Quiet local area if you are looking to stay away from the hustle bustle in the city Center. _________________________________________ Good location,10 mins to Awaji station. There is a supermarket and cinverience stores nearby. _________________________________________ We stayed in Matsumoto's house for two nights. It was peaceful and cozy. Ideal for two people. The location was good, the metro station, a supermarket, some stores are near. Also it was good experience to sleep without bed. It was comfortable. And the bathroom was very clean. _________________________________________ The house is very clean and cozy in a quiet neighborhood,10 mins walk from the subway station, a very convenient line to go anywhere. Matsumoto San was very welcoming and helpful to answer a lot of my (URL HIDDEN) great that he trusts his guests with such a nice apartment! _________________________________________ The host provided a very detailed details on how to get to the place. So, we have no problems with that at all! He was also very prompt in replying to our inquiries! _________________________________________ Three of us stayed here for 2 nights in March. The house was clean and spacious with many amenities for us to use, including a washer outside on the veranda and a very convenient portable wi-fi. Location was in a quiet neighbourhood with the train station (Awaji) a 10-minute walk away. Since Awaji Station is on the Hankyu Kyoto Line, this place makes a good base for day trips to Kobe and Kyoto. Although we did not meet Matsumoto-san when we first checked in because he was busy with work, he specially dropped by to greet us and check if everything was alright later that evening. He also responded quickly to all our messages and was a very friendly host. We had a great stay. Thank you Matsumoto-san! _________________________________________ The place is about a 10-15min walk from the station. if you follow his instructions, you should be able to find it. The house is just as shown in the pictures and fits 3 people and 3 luggages just nicely. The futon was really comfortable so we had good sleep on some nights. Theres a convenience store 5 minutes away so it is convenient if you need anything. It seems to be open till late at night. Matsumoto-san was also really helpful, he answered to our questions immediately and messages us at times to ask how we are during our stay. Overall its a nice place to stay at, especially if you want to live like a local. _________________________________________ I was good. Since I was able to sleep in a residential area of the city. Our group was able to experience the real life. Also was okay even transportation to downtown in a residential area. Mr. Matsumoto kindly gave answers to our questions. This trip was a deep meaning, thanks. _________________________________________ Guest AccessDetail Kitchen gas stove Refrigerator Air conditioner The internet Wireless Internet Full, private bathroom with a shower ACCOMMODATES (sleeps): 1-2 people (plenty of space) 3-4 people (comfortably) Interaction with GuestsDelivery of key I made at check-in. The SpaceIt's located in a local, Ōsaka neighborhood with adjacent views of Shinkansen slowly leaving the city; it's away from the loud, hustle-and-bustle of Umeda, across Yodogawa River. Great seventh-floor balcony (southern) view of the skyline. Studio is minimal, but detailed in a way that a native Kansai person can only do. Walking towards JR, Hankyu or Ōsaka City Subway stations nearby, you'll get a calmness of its daily life in the Higashi-Yodogawa / Yodogawa /Sōzenji / Awaji districts. You can cycle into town across two bridges nearby and see how the city really* feels, avoid the rush of tourist hubs and ease into all the great places, hidden gems and hip shops that can only be reached by the mode of choice by locals. Interaction with GuestsI'm often busy, but traveling abroad to places like Europe, East Asia and the Americas, you can always communicate and it'd be easier for helpful hints to find what you're looking for. There's always new places, things change...but Ōsaka will always be Ōsaka, with its distinct dialect, culture. The NeighborhoodThe area is bordered by Hankyu Railways, JR Kyōto Line, Shinkansen and Midōsuji Line, which helps unfold true characters of greater Ōsaka. Historically, Higashi-Yodogawa was populated by local minority populations economically spurned and by elder residents of Shōwa and Taisho generations, whose remnants remain. It's also occupied by scores of corporations and factories that call Ōsaka home, specifically places like Esaka and Suita. For example, Asahi Brewery is only minutes away, while HQs of Japanese companies make their inroads in the Hyogo prefecture. Getting AroundJR & Ōsaka City Subway /Shin Ōsaka Station / East Gate *5 minutes away Hankyu Railways / Sōzenji Station *10 minutes away Local Buses and Airport Buses are from Umeda (Ōsaka) Station Taxis are also nearby. Other Things to NoteI have one set of futon...maybe it's a little small for two people...
