Very quiet, safe, southwestern, suburban, modern, green accommodation in one of the newest neighborhood suburbs in the Denver metro area. The House We are in Highlands Ranch, a new suburb in the south Denver metro area. Enjoy our common areas: kitchen, great room, TV room, office, old Western-themed back yard, basement with its own home theatre. We are surrounded by 4 parks, 2 golf courses, miles of hiking/biking trails, basketball courts, gym, semi-private neighborhood swimming pools. Guest has full access to: Kitchen: cappuccino maker, drip coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, grill. Laundry: washer, dryer, detergent, softener, bleach, iron, starch Bathrooms: soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow-dryer, flat-iron Technology: WiFi, desktop computers, satellite TV, multiple television sets in the house, premium channels, 2 movie theater systems (one is in the basement for complete privacy). Outdoors: Old West-themed back yard with awning, tables, seating, hammock, trees. We are right next to parks, bike trails, hiking trails, pet off-leash park, open-space. Transportation: On-demand local community bus for close-by connections to public transportation (train, bus). We can also provide you with our private vehicle for an extra fee (4-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited - modified for off-road use). Interaction with Guests We live in the house, so we will be sharing the common areas (we are discreet, and we do not impose, plus we are away during most weekends). We often -but not everyday- prepare breakfast for everyone, and all material and food are provided if you wish to make your own. Nice comfortable room and private bathroom in a private and quiet neighborhood. Rent includes continental breakfast, wi-fi, and community pool in the summer. There are no children, only one adult and one small dog. No smoking.

The SpaceRent an ensuite guest room in beautiful surroundings. Golf course and hiking right out the door. You will need a car to get around the city. Need the whole 4 bedroom house? Let us see if we can work it out. We both work, but I am off in the summer. Roxborough is a suburban neighborhood in the foothills west and south of Denver (45min). It is about 100 miles to Vail, an hour drive to Colorado Springs. It is a beautiful place to relax. Arrowhead golf course is fantastic! (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) it for a look! You will see wildlife. We have deer, fox, bear, wild turkey, and mountain lions. The hiking is beautiful and right out the door. We can help you with all Denver attractions as well as restaurants. The SpaceBuilt by DuPont in 1917 as the managers home, it was over-built with great care and attention to detail with a grand room and spacious bedrooms. There is a also a large front and back yard with great view of the front range. The quite designated open space contributes to a peaceful experience that can include nature walks along creeks, open fields or just around the village. 3 State parks within 20 minutes. Guest AccessLouviers is located 2 miles south of Titan Parkway on Sante-Fe (Hwy 85). Once you turn right into town, you will travel one mile to the top of the hill. There is lots of parking in the back for big vehicles. Lock Box combo provided. Host will greet you upon arrival. Interaction with GuestsNo interaction necessary, except for the friendly hello and good-bye. Party bus available upon request. Plan ahead as an advanced notice is required. Bring your potty trained pets if you need to, however, the yard is not fenced so they must be on a leash when outside. The NeighborhoodVery unique historic village built by DuPont as a company town at the turn of century and is completely surrounded by open space. It's a quiet village that has an historic clubhouse just down the hill that is often used for wedding reception and the first bowling alley in the state which can be rented upon request. Getting AroundNo public transportation, but transportation can be accommodated for and a party bus with a designated driver that seats 15 is available for a night out on the town. The Space1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full size, 1 Twin and 1 toddler day-bed available. Also, portable crib available upon request as well as extra twin and king size mattresses are available. There are 3.5 baths. Media room in basement with large TV room with surround sound as well as a playroom for the kids. Interaction with GuestsI can be reached on my cell phone for any questions or concerns. The NeighborhoodWe are 1/2 mile from Town Center and Civic Green Park. We also are within walking distance to Foothills Park as well as the numerous other parks in Highlands Ranch. Getting AroundThere is a light rail that takes you to downtown Denver that you can jump on a few miles from our home. The popular attraction Red Rocks Amphitheater is about 25 minutes away. Other Things to NotePlease note that we recently had a dog living in our home.

The SpaceWelcome to Colorado! We would also like to welcome you to our home for a comfy & pleasant stay during your travels while here. We just LOVE the Colorado lifestyle and outdoors - and in fact run a fitness business because we love being active! Here you can hike, bike, ski/board, and you'll have quick access to it all from our location! We hope you'll have the "home away from home" feeling at our place! We live in a three-level townhouse in a quiet, attractive neighborhood. You'll have access to a patio with a small garden right outside your door and can literally walk out onto the patio and then onto a bike/running trail, since we back up to open space. We've also reserved a parking spot for you in front of our house. Just a block away you'll find plenty of restaurants, shopping, grocery...just about anything you need! And you can quickly hop on the highway to get you into the mountains, which are less than 30 minutes away. The nearest ski resort is only about 1 hour away. If you like to cook, you'll have access to the kitchen anytime you'd like to make yourself a meal. The bed is a QUEEN. There's also a single XL twin bed that would accommodate a child or your buddy. Tell us what you need to make your stay enjoyable and we'll do our best to accommodate you! Welcome to south Denver! Guest AccessThe kitchen is on the main floor and you'll have access to it whenever you need it. You're welcome to utilize the fridge, stove, kitchen utensils, anything you need. Please be aware that our kitchen is small so while we're more than happy to make a little room in the pantry and fridge for you, it may get a little crowded. However, as far as cooking, we do most of our cooking on Wednesdays for "family night" and Sundays. So if you like to cook, it'll be available most of the time because most of the evenings are pretty quiet! Interaction with GuestsWe run a fitness and nutrition business so we're in and out, working from home or at our studio. We're happy to interact with you but also, if you prefer privacy, that's totally fine. The lower level where your room is located will be very spacious and quiet. You'll receive a lockbox code in case we're unavailable to greet you upon check-in. The NeighborhoodWe LOVE our neighborhood! Our neighbors are all amazing and we look out for each other. We love that we can walk to restaurants and bike onto the Highline Canal right outside our front door. Getting AroundThere's a bus stop just a short walk outside your door. The C-470 highway is less than 5 minutes away so you can get going to your destination quickly. Denver is about 25 minutes. And the airport is about 35 minutes away. Other Things to NoteWe receive lots of requests for renting long term, so please know that we're happy to have you as our guest for multiple weeks or months. Make sure you read the weekly and monthly pricing info because we give a great discount! :-) Your bedroom will be on the lower level, the dining room and kitchen are on the middle level, and our family's bedrooms are upstairs. We are in and out due to our business and while we will always do our best to greet you when you come in on your first day, sometimes you may need to let yourself in using our lock box. We will send you the key code upon reserving. We can accommodate a second or third person on a single bed in your room. Just know that 3 adults may be a bit crowded. The single bed is most suitable for a child or a guy who doesn't want to share the queen bed with his buddy. ;)

The SpaceThis house is peacefully situated on 5 acres perfect for your family getaway with stunningly beautiful views. The house is well maintained and very clean with comfortable mattresses and furniture. The kitchen is very well outfitted with everything you need! Wifi and cable are included. Our back deck has a year round hot tub as well as an outdoor grill and enclosed patio for entertaining. In the summertime, we hope you enjoy our pool and patio. There is also a playhouse for your little ones outback with swings and a slide. We have converted the garage into a game room with a ping pong/pool table and an arcade game. The closest shopping is a 30 minute drive away in either Highlands Ranch or Castle Rock. Denver is an hour drive away and so is Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. You can still see the sites of Colorado, but return to a peaceful getaway at the end of the day. We have a lot of baby and kid gear too. We love to get to know our future guests so that we can make sure you have the best stay possible. Guest AccessWhile you're here, our house is your house! The main house, pool and hot tub area, play house area and decks are exclusively for you and your group's use. The only off limits area is the pool shed because it houses tools and pool cleaning gear. Keep in mind over the summer we have daily watering and pool up-keeping duties. Interaction with GuestsWe live onsite in a cottage house across from the main property about 300 feet away, which gives a great amount of privacy to both homes. We are available for as much or little interaction you would like. We can suggest hiking trails and running paths throughout the subdivision and we can recommend restaurants and shopping in nearby Castle Rock and Littleton/Highlands Ranch area. Our dog Bella, is very friendly and she likes to roam the property, but during your stay we keep her inside our house unless you and your group don't mind her roaming. Bella loves to be near Sallie and the grandkids when they visit, but she is only allowed indoors at our cottage for those concerned with allergies. Getting AroundIn the wintertime it's a good idea to rent an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle, we do plow the driveway, but the snow can make it difficult to get up. Other Things to NoteKeep in mind we have daily pool and hot tub maintenance duties as well as landscaping upkeep and watering in the spring and summer. We do as much grounds keeping as we can in between guests, but the property requires a lot of the daily maintenance too.
