The SpaceThe bedroom is beautifully lit in the day by a sunlight. It is on the backside of the condominium complex with trees filling the window framed view. There are two closets and a lamp. I try and keep the house looking nice to spruce up the actual condition of the facility. There is numbered parking spaces and extra parking across the drive. I have towels and shampoo available and your welcome to use anything you may have forgotten at home of mine.
The area is in a safe neighborhood. Not too far away in one direction is not as safe which I can point out. It is fairly quiet, especially the sunlight room since it is on the backside (the backside butts up against residential property/land). Occasionally you will hear a train (twice in 6 months I've heard it) and since it is in the city you hear emergency vehicles at such times. Guest AccessThere is an outdoor firepit on the patio and indoor fireplace. All areas of the house are accessible except my room: kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, trash. I ask to not use my vitamix mixer or food processor without talking with me first. Interaction with GuestsI will do my best to be home to greet you. If not, I will have the keys in a code lock which I will provide to you upon reserving the room. Sterling, my cat will be there to greet you! He loves belly rubs. I work early in the mornings during the week, but other than that I live a quiet and simple life. Any assistance you need please let me know. If you are hungry at all for anything that I cook up, let me know and I can make enough for everyone. I have some great recipes and love getting ideas from others and meeting people from different corners of the world. The NeighborhoodFarmers Market in Downtown Hinesville Thursdays 4-7p
