Our beach themed house will constantly delight you. You will enjoy breathtaking views from the first floor deck as kayakers, boats, ducks, sea gulls and cranes constantly change your view. The deck spans the entire width of the back of our home offering panoramic views of the bay. Relax in our six lounge chairs, cuddle on our new love seat, or grill in our newly purchased Char Broil gas grill, with searing feature. Our spacious great room seats eleven; the bay window overlooks the water, use our binoculars to see across the bay. If it’s chilly, light up your gas fireplace; and relax in our new dual leather recliner. If it’s warm, crank up the air conditioning --- either way, the views can’t be beat! You can also enjoy your favorite television shows on our 42” new Visio television set. The office is furnished with four spacious desks; one hand carved, one writing desk, another table. Enjoy the various board games located in bins on the floor, or get in some reading with our assortment of books and magazines. Our map of hull shipwrecks is not to be missed! The kitchen has an expansive bay window with water views, and contains a microwave, over the counter and standing gas ovens, hidden washer and dryer (we supply the detergent and fabric softener), dishwasher, air conditioner, GE side by side refrigerator/freezer, with crushed ice and filtered water; garbage disposal, single and triple crock pots, and is fully equipped with silverware, dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Enjoy your complimentary tea/coffee. Also located in the kitchen are two resource books, one with maps and menus specific to Hull; the other provides an overview of some of the activities located in nearby Boston and surrounding communities….and, of course, another new Samsung television for your viewing enjoyment. If you prefer a more formal dining experience, you have to walk no further than our dining room, decorated with hand crafted masks. There, you can dine on our fine china (both Noritake and Royal Albert Old English Rose Bone China patterns), set up your own bar on our rolling bar, using our crystal glasses. Even our downstairs bathroom has a view of the Bay! (and complimentary shampoo, cream rinse, soap and the use of a Chi hair dryer). Upstairs, you will smile as you are greeted by our seven foot statue of a golfer as you enjoy the breeze created by our five paddle light fan. Sleep like a baby in the master bedroom, equipped with a new bed and mattress. This room offers a different view of the bay, and, at night, you will be amazed at the beauty of the twinkling lights across the bay. Open up the skylight, and enjoy watching the stars, before you drift off to sleep from a soothing breeze. If it’s chilly, light up the portable fireplace heater stored in the closet. (If your clothes are wrinkled, there’s a steam iron in the closet!) The second bedroom is also furnished with a new queen sized bed and mattress. When you walk into the upstairs den, you will find a second haven of privacy to read and relax. The new sofa opens into a very comfortable queen size bed, and our Claire Murray rug is a pretty tie in to the paintings on the wall. If you have additional guests, just pull out the air mattress from the closet. The bathroom is equipped with double shower nozzles, one hand held…..you can also sit on the built in shower seat, as you enjoy the breeze from another sky light. Work it! If you are an exercise buff, running on Nanatasket Beaches’ six miles of sand is for you. On days when this pace doesn’t appeal, use your exercise room, equipped with an exercise bike, television with DVD capacity. (Yes, there are DVDs available for your use). Other equipment includes weights, kettle ball, boxing tower, Brookstone’s body form total fitness plan, ankle weights, Pilates personal fitness station and yes, another sky light. There is a mini fridge in the room too! For a more intimate experience, walk through the second floor exercise room, and open the French doors where you can lounge on our balcony to enjoy a bird’s eye view. Grab a beverage from our mini refrigerator and relax! If you choose to stay connected with the outside world, turn on our new exercise room television. Naturally, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. We are a twelve minute walk to Nantasket Beach, when you walk, you’ll avoid parking fees, and the hassle of trying to find a place to park on the beach. Within walking distance, are a child’s park, equipped with picnic benches, swings, and a jungle gym; bands regularly perform at the C Note, and karaoke night is regularly held locally. The restaurant, The Red Parrott, boasts an open second floor deck where you can look at both the bathers and the beach, while enjoying seafood. On the same street, you can choose from a variety of other dining experiences, from a breakfast/lunch place to a hot dog stand to more elegant dining at the Nantasket Grille. Behind the Grille, you can order pizzas. The other side of Nantasket Avenue contains a mini mart, a Vietnamese Restaurant, kayak rentals, a lobster/seafood take out store, one of the oldest working carousels in America, miniature golf, Bridgeman’s Restaurant, an arcade, Dunkin Donuts and these are just a few of the features within walking distance. A brief drive (another half mile) and you will be at the synagogue – nearby are both catholic and protestant churches, a grocery store, liquor store, a drug store, bank, bakery, gift shop and a spa.
