Your rate includes flexible early check in and late check out (when available), initial tea and fresh coffee supplies, your choice of milk (regular, skim, soy etc).
Some breakfast items, seasonal fruit, a sweet treat and all linen.
People who stay for 5 nights or more recieve a complimentary bottle of Tassie wine, cheese and crackers as well as the initial supplies.
Our building is listed as 'Significant Architecture of Tasmania' but behind the 40's art-deco facade is your modern Studio Apartment in a convenient ground floor garden location. Double glazing ensures maximum warmth and minimum noise.
*Please be aware that the apartment building does not have onsite parking. There is 2 hr metered and non metered (weekdays) parking directly adjacent to the property. Weekend parking is free and un-timed.
The separate kitchenette has facilities for light meal preparation; you have a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric frypan and steamer, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
*Please note there are no hotplates.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower, toiletries, a hairdryer and a heated towel rail.
The main room has an HD TV (18 free-to-air channels) with DVD player, free movies, mini stereo with and ipod dock, USB input and a selection of CD's, some good holiday reading, a lounge, clock radio alarm and a comfy queen size bed.
We are only able to supply bedding for 2 guests with the option of a porta cot and linen if one is required. Guest AccessSunray Apartment is located on the ground floor in private location. During your stay you will have the apartment to yourselves. Interaction with GuestsCheck in and out times are flexible. When I can I will meet guests at the apartment to welcome them and answer any questions they may have with regards to where to go and eat, drink, view live music, theatre, exhibitions etc.
Sometimes I am unable to meet guests as I have a young school aged family and live off-site. There is a coded key box which all details will be forwarded to you via email once you booking is confirmed and handover is arranged.
I will ensure there is plenty of relevant information available for perusal. The NeighborhoodQuick Facts - within 10 minutes' walk you'll find: 22 Restaurants, 9 bars or pubs, 11 Cafes, 4 delicatessens and food shops including the Salmon Shop, 4 bottle shops, 2 supermarkets, one 24 hour bakery as well as Museums, galleries, churches, cinemas, the CBD, Visitor Information Centre, THE best Bookshops, ferries, buses, Parliament House, banks, Constitution Dock, historic Battery Point. Phew! Getting AroundThe best thing about Sunray is it's location. So you probably wont need a car unless you're planning to go beyond city limits.
The apartment is a short walk to anywhere in Hobart and easy access to transport that will take you to the places further out.
