The SpaceLog home is peaceful quiet, beautiful nature surround, covered porch, large bedroom with large bath attached. Natural Log Home in awesome natural surroundings. Private bed/bath; access to kitchen and great room, exercise room and deck, covered and not. No smoking. Little interaction, unless needed by guests. Depending on host schedule. April-October Hollis Flea Market every Sunday; Many antique shops near; great home town activities as well as hiking and biking in abundance here. No public transportation could help access or arraign rides. A harman p43 pellet stove will help keep you warm while providing that perfect ambiance It's unique location in the middle of the lake and extensive lake frontage makes this a unique waterfront getaway! The grounds are landscaped and there are a ton of nature opportunities locally including hiking, biking, fishing, apple and strawberry picking (in season) and fantastic bird watching. It's a Snowmobile, Ice Skating and Ice Fishing haven in the winter, DIRECTLY ON THE TRAIL you can ride your snowmobile to Canada from your doorstep! Guest AccessWater, Dock, Multiple Firepits, Weber Grills (Propane & charcoal), wireless Internet, DirecTV (No PPV please unless discussed) water for swimming, boating. Small boats, kayaks and canoes are OK if you want to bring them or you can ask to use ours. We also have a Jon boat, two Sunfish Sailboats and more. Winter is fantastic as well, we are on the southern NH corridor trail that leads to Canada. Snowmobiling, Ice Skating, Hockey, Snowshoeing are all great winter activities accessible directly from the backyard. Interaction with GuestsLimited interaction if none at all. It all depends on my work schedule, if I'm working from home or travelling. You may catch me having a cocktail down near the water after work some evenings or taking the boat out and doing some waterskiing after work. On the weekends you'll find me around working on the grounds. If there are any problems or questions, I'm always available to help. The NeighborhoodQuiet, safe and great neighbors. At night you can often hear Owls, Coyotes, Whippoorwill and the occasional Fishercat. Local bears and moose roam the woods and you can spot them on occasion. Great blue Herons, Osprey and Pileated woodpeckers are also regular visitors. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, saling and also has tremendous bass and carp fishing. In the winter the 501N Snowmobile trail opens up and you can snowmobile directly from the property. There are thousands of miles of trails available. Getting AroundNone, walking trails are great, hiking, biking. Renting a car is the best bet or using a taxi. You can Snowmobile in the winter to get breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as gas and then head northwest to other great towns like Peterborough, Wilton, Hillsboro, Washington, or head north to Maine and Canada right from the backyard! Other Things to NoteLocal hiking trails directly across the street, Silver lake State park at the end of the lake. Apple Orchards and open space to hike accessed from trails less than 1/4 mile away. Excellent Dog walking, biking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, kayaking, canoeing as well as fantastic bird watching, nature watching. Lull Farm and Brookdale farms are local, fantastic fresh local foods.

Guest AccessA cozy living room with front yard view is reserved for our guest. The dining room welcomes you for a delightful french breakfast and dinner. You can enjoy a "Gourmand" breakfast for $8 per person: Hot beverages, bread, english muffin, cereals and fresh pressed fruit juice. Yogourts, jam and fruit salads are homemade. Breakfast can be set on our deck, weather permitting, served until 10:00AM. We propose to our guests a French style dinner with reservation preferably the day before your arrival at the latest. The front door is left open, two delightful dogs will growl and bark, but give kisses soon after! The NeighborhoodPlenty of quiet walking in the immediate neighborhood, not a through fare so your access will be generally very quiet! WE share a driveway with our neighbors, so please be cautious when driving. Getting AroundBoston Express is a travel connection from the Hollis, NH area to Boston area! With a convenient location off Route 3/Everett Turnpike, they offer daily service to both Boston South Station and Logan International Airport. Free parking is available at the Exit 8 - Nashua and location. Experience a stress-free and enjoyable trip into Boston from our home! (website hidden) for current info. The SpaceThe room is 10x12, great for one, a tight fit for two. There is a day bed and a trundle - 2 singles. A trundle is a portable bed which stores underneath the day bed when not in use. The NeighborhoodMaple trees are abundant and there is a sugar barn a few miles away called Parker's Maple Sugar Barn Getting AroundWe are far from public transportation. The nearest would be Nashua. Other Things to NoteWe are within walking distance of Lake Potanipo. Great for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, ice fishing, skating etc. There are many trails around for hiking and Andres Institute of Art is nearby. I offer pottery lessons, hypnosis, breathwork and past life regression in my home studio.

      Rocky Pond Camp is located on Rocky Pond, a pristine 66 acre lake surrounded by mature woodland in quaint Hollis, NH, just north of the Massachusetts border. Rocky Pond Camp is a rustic cabin built after The Hurricane of 1938; it has been in the family since, allowing many generations to vacation and enjoy summer outdoors on the shores of a quiet lake. It features exposed ceiling beams, wooden walls, doors, and floors, and simple furnishings. The camp features a large gathering room with a woodstove, game table, couches, and armchairs. Two bedrooms on the first floor offer brand new queen-size beds. The second floor is set up as a dormitory with five twin beds and one full bed. The second floor is a great place for kids to stay. The camp sleeps 11 people comfortably. Well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals. Utensils and condiments are provided. The camp has a small ¾ bathroom with shower. A large screened porch faces the lake and provides a perfect gathering place for meals, reading, and relaxing. Rocky Pond is a natural spring-fed lake. There are only six other houses and camps on the entire pond and no powerboats are allowed. From the camp you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and see only one other summer house across the lake. Rocky pond is very clean and it is great for swimming and fishing. It supports abundant aquatic life including smallmouth and largemouth bass, pickerel, and yellow perch. Bring your own kayak and explore around, maybe you will find “The Rock” in the middle of the lake. The camp comes with its own private, sandy beach and raft. Hollis is a classic New England Village abutting Nashua, NH and Pepperell, MA and just one hour from the Lakes Region of NH, The Seacoast, The White Mountains, and Boston. Hollis has a lovely Historic District with two small museums, a beautiful Congregational Church, and several small grocery stores and restaurants. Hollis also has town tennis courts and ball-fields. Hollis locals and visitors enjoy visiting the many local farms in the area that offer berry and apple picking at various times during the summer and fall.
