    A Loftbed in a fun shared, crashpad-style studio in the heart of Hollywood. All utilities included: wifi-cable, rooftop [tanning/stargazing], kitchen, balcony, ect. 2 loftbeds, airbed, loveseat [for 2 people] & cot available per request. Please note, this is a shared unit, and occasionally I'll have other travelers renting the other loftbed, airbed, cot or loveseat. So while there may be nights where you would essentially have the unit to yourself, there may be nights where we are at full capacity [7 people]. It isn't common, but occasionally this does happen and will feel more like a crashpad/sleepover on those nights, so please consider this prior to booking. I also offer the studio privately, pending availability, if you would prefer that. Also, while I straighten up the unit and do routine cleanings of the floors and sinks, I am not responsible for guest's dishes and belongings and therefore cannot ensure that all guests will be clean [though I will request it of all guests]. Keep this in mind before booking. Also, I offer housing to both men and women, so if you are uncomfortable with co-ed accommodations, you may pay additional fee to secure that I only accept reservation requests from your gender. Interaction with Guests Depending on your itinerary and my work schedule, I'd love to get to know you, have a game night, order a pizza, ect. I love meeting new people and learning of their perspectives. I also will respect your quiet/alone time if you prefer to unwind after your Hollywood adventures. I'm open. :) Also, I'd be able to help you find housing or jobs if you intend to stay longer than planned. I'm definitely in your corner as you transition. I can also send you info on free events in Hollywood [film screenings, comedy clubs, ect]. The Neighborhood Family and dog-friendly neighborhood, within walking distance to anything one would want or need to enjoy the city, but tucked away and quiet for privacy. Arclight Theaters, Subway, Starbucks, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Denny's, Hollywood Forever Cemetery, Larchmont Village, 24 Hour Fitness, At The Beach Tanning, LA Fitness, ect are all within 1 mile of the unit. Getting around Within walking distance to various buslines and metro stations. Uber and Lyft and Relayrides are also available. I offer 3 refillable metro tap cards for your use, $5/day for unlimited bus rides From Union Station: The redline [802] is an easy busride, just get off at Hollywood/Vine station and it's a 20 minute walk to my place. Otherwise you can catch the 704/4 bus and it stops on Santa Monica/Vine or Santa Monica/Gower, which is about a 2 minute walk to my place. From LAX: best bus route would be to take the LAX2US flywaw shuttle to Union station [catch it at the LAX Terminal #1 Lower Level FlyAway Stop] and that takes about 45 minutes - Then you would take the Metro Redline [802] to the Hollywood/Vine Station, then walk south on Vine street until you hit Fountain, turn left, and then once you hit Beachwood drive [one street past Gower], turn right. A few houses down on the left side of the street. Apartments are behind the pinkish house [which is next to a blue apartment complex], and my unit is upstairs. House Rules: If guests are sleeping or studying, please take all phone calls out on the balcony. If you are on the balcony past 10PM, please whisper as a courtesy to neighbors who keep windows open at night. Before leaving for the day, please make sure your belongings/bed is clean out of a courtesy to other guests. Please keep the front door closed during the day to allow the AC to properly circulate, as well as for privacy to other tenants. If using the roof, step lightly out of respect to neighbor, and if on the roof past 10PM, please whisper.

For this listing, you are getting both the North & South Unit totaling to 2,000 square feet of smartly divided spaces that consists of two (2) master en-suite bedroom (there is a bathroom attached to each of these master bedrooms), two (2) small lofted 'floating bedrooms' above the main living space, two (2) second bathrooms on the ground floor, and two (2) fully equipped kitchens with all major appliances and everything you may need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The kitchen opens to a dining area, office, and living room with vaulted ceilings and a 16-foot tall gas fireplace. The whole house (2 back-to-back units called North & South) accommodates up to 10 persons and has central heat and air. Two extra beds (inflatable air mattress with memory foam topper, twin or queen size) are available for a one-time setup fee of $50/bed. It also has two (2) washer and dryers, internet/Wi-Fi, and a total of 4 LED flat screen Samsung televisions with satellite channels. The TVs in the living area are Smart TVs with Netflix, so you can watch from a selection of thousands of movies, TV shows, etc. A large private garden with a trellis, outdoor dining, gas BBQ grill, and a sunning area all connect to another private garden- surrounded by fruit trees and fragrant flowering vines- which makes this house very special.
