The SpaceA great offer for this fabulous location near mid levels.
This Open Studio offers a large comfy double bed, FREE Wifi, hair dryer, large LCD TV with entertainment DVD system. The building has an elevator direct to the apartment with just a few steps to the lobby area.
Located on Third Street in a laid back area and has rapidly become a hip area hosting many of the city's most creative types, it takes 5 minutes/$3 USD cab ride or 15 minutes by foot to Central. There is a 7-11 convenience store just across the street. The area is a melting pot of East meets West, with older chinese traditional buildings being surrounded by high end new luxurious developments with new restaurants, nice coffee shops, banking, shops popping up all the time.
Transport is very easy through the nearby tram, buses and minibuses. Of course, the taxis in Hong Kong are most convenient and very cheap compared to other big cities like New York and London.

Interaction with GuestsAs much as possible or invisible if you want. I will try to meet with arriving guests and show them the area. Whenever guests need information or recommendations, I am always available via messaging or phone. The NeighborhoodThe Sheung Wan neighbourhood is ever changing and a fantastic mix of "old' and "new" Hong Kong. This apartment is located in the heart of Hong Kong's commercial, cultural and shopping districts and within short walking distance to the subway and HK Macau Ferry Pier. A few minutes walk away from the harbour front and the fantastic Sun Yat Sun Memorial Park and Public swimming pool over look the world famous Victoria Harbor. Getting AroundBuses, Trams, Minibuses and taxis are near by on Bonham Rd or down on Des Voeux Road West, any of these conveniently take you through Central and all other parts of Hong Kong like Causewaybay, Wan Chai, the exhibition center and beyond. Other Things to NoteOnce you arrive in Hong Kong, everything is quite simple and all starts with a call from the FREE phones at the airport located in the hall immediately after you pass through baggage customs. There is also a Visitors Center there if you would like to pick up some maps, local travel guides, etc. to read on your way to the apartment. If you need a local SIM card, there is a 7-11 in the middle section of the main arrival hall where they see all types of SIM cards, I usually prefer the PCCW brand as it is the larges local operator.
