The SpaceThis private studio space can accommodate a combination of guests between 2 single beds and a queen-size adjustable-level air mattress. There are also two sofas, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a medium-size refrigerator. Guest AccessAccess to the house is through a keypad door lock, so you can easily come and go with your own individual code that I set before you arrive. No need to worry about keys or exact arrival times if we aren't home.
Guests have access to the basement, the entire first floor and the upstairs bathroom. We also have a "breakfast bar" set up with snacks, coffee, tea, etc. Please help yourself to anything you need to use in the kitchen. Most bathroom amenities (shampoo, toothpaste, Advil, etc.) can be found under the first sink in the upstairs bathroom. Interaction with GuestsI work regular business hours, and I'm out of the house most evenings due to various social activities and sports, but I'm always open to conversation when I'm home.
My fiance is home most evenings, and I'm available almost 24/7 via my cell. Please feel free to text or call me with any questions, concerns, for recommendations, etc. Gibbs the dog will usually be there to greet you if we aren't home. The NeighborhoodOur townhouse is tucked away in a dead-end area less than a mile from Routes 22 and 81. It's a small, private neighborhood with townhouses surrounding the parking lot. There are a ton of things to do in the area, including Hersheypark, Koons park (park and pool), hiking trails, restaurants, clubs, etc., all within 15 minutes or less. Getting AroundThe neighborhood is along the Route 12 CAT bus line. Uber and taxi services are also available in this area. Other Things to NoteWe currently have a small foster dog named Ducky. If you arrive when we aren't home, he will be in his crate in the kitchen, and Gibbs (our jack-beagle mix pictured) will greet you at the door.
