The SpacePRIVATE ROOM I have a clean and quiet private bedroom available in a 3 bedroom unit. There is a single bed and a built in wardrobe with plenty of room. There is also space for an additional mattress if there are two of you travelling (provided for $5) NEAR UNI Conveniently located to Monash University, Clayton Campus. It takes about 12 minutes to walk over to the uni, so this is a great spot for students. SPACE There is storage space available in garage if you don't want to store everything in your room! I live in a 3 bedroom house in a quiet street. 10 minute drive to the beach. South East of Melbourne.. 20 to 30 min by train to the heart of Melbourne... 5 min walk to the small local shops. My home has a beautiful front garden...and my large back yard has access to a massive public park with sport facilities , picnic areas, a beautiful lake with a walking track.. My home also has a large kitchen with a great view to the back garden...

Even though it is not listed as a bed and breakfast I provide a warm welcome with supplies to cover a couple of days and there is tea and coffee available. You can wash clothes in the trough and hang them on the line outside but if you have any major washing requiring a washing machine and a dryer you are free to use the washing machine/dryer being careful to follow instructions regarding weight or there is a laundromat 5 minutes walk to the right as you leave the unit. The NeighborhoodClose to Monash University and Monash Hospital about 2.5 kms for each and a short walk to Amesleigh Primary School. You will love Oakleigh shopping centre the heart of the Greek community with it's fantastic cafes and restaurants in the Eaton Street Mall. There is a park just at the bus stop and a Health Club for anyone enjoying a daily work out. There is also a kindergarten for any long term bookings with young children. Getting Around5 minutes walk to the bus which takes you to Oakleigh station for a 20 minute ride to the city. The bus also takes you to Chadstone the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere. You can walk to Monash University or there is a bicycle trail. If you fancy a trip to the Caribbean Market or Puffing Billy the bus goes right past in the other direction. If you would like to experience the 150 cultures which is Dandenong there is another bus at the other end of the street which takes you straight there. Other Things to NoteIf you have children you are responsible for their safety - child proof locks, blind hooks and power point covers have been installed and/or available but you know what your child can get up to or into so please supervise your children at all times.

Only one room in the second level will be available for single female guest and of course the use of the common areas. Comfort, very clean, tide and practical with unlimited WiFi access, ideal for enjoyable rest or studying. In the home it will be available one bedroom with a king-single bed and anatomic mattress, TV, split air-condition system, kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, washing machine and dryer.
