Upstairs is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and view of the ocean; a three-piece bathroom with an old-fashioned claw-foot bath and a media room with a TV, a DVD player and stereo. Comfortably furnished with an eclectic mix of old and new pieces, the cottage features a woodstove for warmth and ambiance and a cozy day bed in the corner of the living room. It's the perfect spot to while away the afternoon with a good book.
With the Atlantic Ocean at your doorstep, and the beautiful white sands and great surfing waves of Johnston's Pond Beach just a half-mile away, Bramble Lane Cottage is far from civilization, but close to nature. Itâ€™s a 45 minute drive to the historic towns of Shelburne and Liverpool with their restaurants, museums, theatres, shops and other conveniences, a 2.5-hour drive to Halifax International Airport and 1.5 hours to Yarmouth.
