The SpaceYour piece of paradise in beautiful Huskisson, private, comfortable and welcoming. Just steps to the beach and village cafes,
Enjoy the privacy of your own artsy, eclectic, studio apartment, nestled amongst the native foliage this tastefully decorated studio apartment is a perfect romantic getaway or beach holiday for small families and is fully detached from Casa Cantamar (the home of artists and musicians Marco and Tracy Verdugo) You will wake to the sound of the lorikeets and kookaburras, make yourself a coffee and stroll a few minutes to the turquoise waters and white sands of Jervis Bay or walk along the beach ( 10-15 minutes) to the cafes of beautiful Huskisson for breakfast.
Free Wifi is included but can be a little touch and go in our area, especially in peak holiday season. If you are unable to log on in the studio feel free to sit on the back deck of the main house where the signal is stronger OR jump fully into holiday mode, forget the internet and head to the beach! :)
The main living area has lounge area plus a small, kitchenette with basic facilities (toaster oven, a portable two burner camp cooker, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities.)
Studio Cantamar offers 2 separate sleeping areas, the main bedroom has a queen size bed, television and DVD while a separate open loft area above the main living space has a queen size futon (not suitable for very small children or toddlers as there is a ladder to climb.)
The studio also has one small bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is a private deck attached or feel free to wander over to the main deck of the Casa Cantamar and pull up a hammock with your hosts Marco and Tracy.
There is much to see and do in the beautiful Jervis Bay area, swimming, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, kite surfing, exploring National Parks and much more.

We lead pretty busy lives and both work mostly from home. We like to give our guests their own space to explore but also enjoy learning a little about them when there is time.
We love being able to walk the short block to the waters edge and also strolling along the beach to enjoy a meal in the sweet village of Huskisson. There are also many beaches and walks close by. Even after eighteen years here we still haven't managed to see every beach in this beautiful area!
You can get to Bomaderry/nowra (30 minutes away) from Sydney by train or bus but transport from there to Huskisson is limited. Best to come by car to explore all the area offers! Other Things to NoteFor overseas visitors Australia has a myriad of cute critters that sometimes go bump in the night. Please don't be alarmed by the occasional noise of a little bandicoot digging around in the grass outside for his dinner or the plonk of a brushtail possum jumping from his tree onto the roof. Its all part of the Aussie experience!
