The SpaceA quiet neighborhood with sweet neighbors. 12 miles from Danville Ky. Could be an alternative to hotels for parents with Centre college students. Guest AccessGarage may be available upon request. Interaction with GuestsWe will communicate prior to your arrival and discuss the keys. I prefer guests let me know when they arrive and that are comfortable. I also like guest to let me know what time they will arrive and depart so I can be certain the home is ready for their relaxing stay. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is very quiet. You may see my 13 year old neighbor, Ethan. He keeps a watch on the home as he was very close to my mom. He's a delightful kid and quickly comes by and leaves! I seldom see anyone on the street here otherwise. It is very safe and the yard is full of woodpeckers, bluejays and beautiful red cardinals. Getting AroundThe home is located 8 miles from the Danville Walmart. There is a sweet restaurant in Stanford called the Bluebird and the Hub in Danville is a good coffee shop with a tasty latte and other dining options. In the summer, local theatre is fun. Shaker Village is 21 miles away and has a delightful dining experience as well as hiking trails. Other Things to NoteI will charge a cleaning fee for all stays over 5 nights. No smoking No animals unless we agree Love it when my guest enjoy and feed the birds!
