The SpaceEfgeni House is a small two floors building located in the old village of Himara, at the foot of the ancient citadel. This little gem of stone architecture is a splendid balcony facing the sea. Livadhi beach, just below it is 2 km driving road away from here or 1.2 km walking through the olive groves. Strolling on the old alleys, through small churches and courtyards of vines and flowers, you can contemplate a breathtaking panorama all over the Ionian Riviera . Here you are far away from summer bustle, but only 5-minute driving from the beach of Livadhi and new town of Himara, where the chaotic summer life dominates. All public transport direct to Vlora and Saranda stop in the main square of the village, while the shorter distances can be reached by taxi available on site at reasonable prices.
