The SpaceThis is a big island house in an incredible location, with a huge deck, own sandy beach, on front of the Parana river where you can swimm, fish, paddle or just sit, lay and relax, sunbathe, enjoy nature and the most beautiful sunset in Delta. It can be rented by days, weeks, fortnights, months. Is a place for relaxing, very peaceful and silent. The house is over 50 years old. I do my best to keep it up to the standart, is like having a boat. Is suitable for people who like to enjoy nature, fish, cook and relax. There is a full kitchen and bbq. Kitchen appliances, hammocks sunumbrellas, beachgear, there is a boat for paddling. On front of the beach the river is very shallow, therefore apt for children. On front of the deck is deep enough to dive, however you always need to be careful. There is a floting market (boat) passing by 4 times a week for stuff, however, people bring their own food when arriving. Getting there is great fun, you can take either a (boat) taxi or get a (boat) bus, who departs 5 times a day, the river station (nearby the tigre railway station. The boattrip takes about 90 minutes and takes you around Tigre until the very dock of the property. The price for the roundtrip is about 8 USS. There is a 32 inches flat screen TV with Direct TV channels (2 channels for kids) and Radio, there is mobile phone coverage for all major nets. It is an incredible place to disconnect from the world, GREAT FISHING!!, swimm, sunbath, BBQ, enjoy the night and the stars by the river or by a fireplace. Ask for more info. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Tigre or Delta del Tigre for info on the area, is an incredible paradise just a couple of hours away (or 8 euros) from one of the largest and most chaotic cities in Southamerica. Guest Accessthe whole house, deck, garden, beach, backgarden with volleyball net, river, bbq, boat Interaction with GuestsThere is a housekeeper living at the back of the plot who will receive you and help whenever need it. You won´t see him unless you call him! As for me, I´m not too bad answering mails & questions The NeighborhoodWELL THIS IS INCREDIBLE NATURE ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS AWAY FROM A 15 MIO INHABITANTS CRAZY CITY. YOU LL FEEL YOU TRAVELLED 1000 MILES. THE RIVER IS A MILE WIDE AND YOU LL BE ABLE TO SWIMM, MAKE FIRE TO COOK OR JUST TO ENJOY (THERE IS PLENTY OF WOOD EVERYWHERE TO BE PICKED), FISH (NO JOKE, YOU COULD LIVE OUT OF IT OUT HERE), SUNBATHE, ENJOY THE RIVER, HAVE TONS OF FUNS WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. IS A SAFE PLACE, NEIGHBOURS ARE FAR, FAR AWAY. Getting AroundTO GET HERE YOU WILL CROSS THE 1ST SECTION OF DELTA AND HAVE A LOOK AT THE ISLAND LIFE AS CARRIED ON HERE. EVERYTHING IS SPECIAL ABOUT THE DELTA. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - DELTA LINES - IS AN INCREDIBLE WAY OF ENJOYING A TOUR OF THE TIGRE S DELTA FOR A MERE 5 EUROS. THE WILL LEAVE YOU DIRECTLY AT THE HOUSE. Other Things to NoteWell, this is a place which is easy to reach, though in the middle of the Delta, be ready for rustic ammenities - this is not the MedClub, there is a mosquito hour (right after sunset) where you will need repellent or to get inside the house. The housekeeper cleans like a man does, so again, is not the Sheraton. You need to bring own sheets and towels. Everything you need to coock is provided (except the food itself of course, which you might buy at markets right on front of the boat station at the continent - or thurdays afternoons from the market boat which moores at the deck).
