The SpaceOur modern, clean and comfortable apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room with double height ceiling and windows, a gallery kitchen with quality appliances and a laundry. A generous north west facing balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. There is secure underground car parking with internal access to the apartment.
The northerly aspect and double height windows allow in plenty of light. Ducted air conditioning throughout the apartment allows the temperature to be easily controlled.
We want our guests to relax and feel at home. We provide a complimentary bowl of seasonal fruit on arrival and breakfast supplies for the first morning you stay with us. The NeighborhoodOur apartment is part of the Realm Precinct, an award winning development that features two hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, professional office suites and a health club. The precinct is adjacent to the Parliamentary Triangle and close to many Commonwealth Government agencies, diplomatic missions and private businesses.

There are many parks nearby for those that want to enjoy Canberra's seasons, do some exercise or entertain the kids including Telopea Park (0.8km), Bowen Park (1.3km), Old Parliament House Rose Gardens (1.3km), Lake Burley Griffin foreshore (1.7km) and the Red Hill Nature Reserve (2.4km) all offering a range of different opportunities.
In the warmer months, Canberra's heritage listed art deco Manuka Swimming Pool (0.6km) is a great place to relax. Adjacent to the pool is Manuka Oval which hosts Australian international cricket matches in summer and Greater Western Sydney AFL matches in the winter.
There is much more to our neighbourhood in the Inner South than Government buildings, national institutions and parks. Close by are three of Canberra's vibrant precincts for entertainment, dining and shopping. The historic villages of Kingston (0.7km) and Manuka (1.0km), and the new waterfront development at Kingston Foreshore (1.3km) are home to many of the most popular spots in Canberra for a bite to eat, a cup of coffee or a night out.
There is always something to see and do around Barton and the Inner South and we would be happy to assist our guests make the most of their time in Canberra. Getting AroundCanberra has a bus service that operates seven days a week. The nearest bus stop is only 150 metres away on National Circuit which is one of Canberra's main bus routes. During weekdays there are a number of services heading into the city or south to Woden at very regular intervals. Services also operate on the weekend although less frequently.
Apart from public buses, Canberra has a number of taxi services and was the first Australian city to regulate ride sharing services, so Uber is another legitimate option for getting about.
