The SpaceAfter a long day of sightseeing you can come home to relax and unwind on the shiatsu massage chair or watch some TV on the 60" high definition LCD smart TV.
Or after indulging yourself in all the culinary delights Canberra has to offer you might want to burn some calories at the in-house Gym.
Wireless charging (for compatible mobile phones) and USB charging port also available in your room.
You will also get to enjoy free unlimited High speed WiFi Internet (NBN) during your stay.
With ducted air conditioning throughout the apartment you'll have no trouble keeping yourself cool during Canberra's hot summer days or warm during the winter time.
Having instant and continuous hot water means never worry about running out of hot water while in the shower, especially for some of us who enjoy taking long showers.
It's an extremely safe and quite neighborhood but for that extra bit of peace of mind feel safe knowing that the security entrance to the building has CCTV and requires swipe card access. Also the Australian Federal Police headquarters is just 2 buildings down. Guest AccessYou will have 24/7 access to the Gym, underground secure car park, washing machine/dryer, your own private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony which is accessible from your room.
For breakfast you will have a choice of two types of Uncle Tobys cereals, eggs, juice and complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. Interaction with GuestsI will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as I can. I'm contactable 24/7 on my mobile if you need any assistance.
Some guests might prefer to be left to their own devices so interaction is entirely at your discretion. The NeighborhoodCanberra secret number 1:
The most beautiful (and cheapest) show you can see in the capital is the sunset and Brindabella orchestra, sitting from the regal post of Lake Burley Griffin. Bell Shakespeare is pretty good too, when he’s in town. But sunset is far more regular, fewer crowds and like I said, cheap.
Canberra secret number 2:
The best place to boogie, apart from the home territory d-floor, is, in no particular order of merit: Monkey Bar, No Lights No Lycra, Knightsbridge, The Chop Shop (before it got chopped), Galaxy, Cube, Treehouse and Mooseheads. NB ensure you’re in a pack of at least four if you choose the Mooseheads adventure path.
Canberra secret number 3:
It is possible to get a substantial portion of your fruit from suburban and reserve foliage. Figs, apples, cherries (including native types), lemons, grapes, plums, apricots and even pomegranates abound! Totes or-gah-nic.
Who knew that natural surrounds, minimal traffic, clean fresh air, solar filled skies (some sources, not just Wikipedia, claim that the ACT has more sunny days per year than QLD), exceptional national institutions, excellent dining, a groovy arts scene, a badass uni or two would be such a sweet place for living. :) Other Things to NoteCurrently there is some building work going on so weekday mornings you might hear some construction noise from outside. I apologise for it but please consider this when booking. Thank you.
