The generous lounge/dining area includes two sofas and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and cooking utensils for those wishing to dine in, and a coffee machine for your first caffeine hit of the day.
The bedroom is separate to the lounge and includes a queen size bed and plenty of hanging space and drawers for your clothes. There is a single fold-out sofa bed which can be set up in the bedroom or living area as needed.
The bathroom includes a shower over a bathtub and generous mirror and bench space. Linen and toiletries are provided.
In the laundry you will have access to a front-loader washing machine and dryer (washing powder included), and an iron with full-size ironing board. Guest AccessIn addition to the apartment, you will have access to all common areas in the apartment complex including the outdoor swimming pool. Parking in the secure underground car park is also included. Interaction with GuestsI will be available to answer any questions that you have, and am more than happy to recommend things to do, see, eat and drink around Canberra to make your stay more enjoyable. The NeighborhoodThe apartment is in the ideal location to explore some of Canberra's most famous attractions and neighbourhoods. Manuka, Kingston, Barton, the Kingston Foreshore and the Parliamentary Zone are all within easy walking distance, and the City and Braddon are a short taxi/Uber or bus ride away. Getting AroundParking in the secure underground car park is included, however you won't need your car for many of the nearby attractions.

Other Things to NoteThe apartment is on the fourth floor and there are no elevators available, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Also, the balcony is enclosed (no views) and the window in the bedroom is small, however there is still plenty of natural light in the apartment.
