The SpaceFirstly, welcome, thank you for considering my space.
My home is an original 3 bedroom red brick based in old Narrabundah. This listing is for a double bed guest room. (See other listings for larger room and/ or entire home) You'll have access to a shared toilet and bathroom but given I'm not home much it's hardly sharing :)
You'll have full use of the remainder of the home. It's an oldie. Some say nurturing with a daggy kitchen. Some say sooo comfortable with that old timber and brick feel. Some even like the quirky way to open Nanas fridge with a chisel!!
There's a small deck facing the sprawling grassed yard. You can mow it if you like:) The wide street with 2 elms out the front give a peaceful feel.
The bathroom would hardly suit a footy team. It's small, but the bath is deep.
I happen to like creaky floors and the history they exude. Maybe you like peaceful energy . Maybe your not into polished marble benches and white interiors where the fear of breaking or marking something somehow eats away at total letting go.
You can do that here, just let go as your springboard to whatever Canberra has to offer you or you it.
TV in lounge room
And a host that will engage with you as much or as little as you wish depending where I am.
Keys will be left in a secret spot I'll share later. Guest AccessYou'll have access to everything!!!! Except the 2 other bedrooms. One is my 2 sons who stay with me when no guests are present and the other is mine or if booked another guests. Interaction with GuestsI live a flexible life driving for uber and working on other entrepreneurial ideas. I'll do my best to meet you but if it's not workable I'll be communicating all the way.
I can come home very late after work but please, don't worry about noise in the morning. I'm not fussed at all. The NeighborhoodI love old. Do you ?
