The NeighborhoodGreat neighbourhood; very quiet residential street but still within easy walking distance to town. Getting AroundBest to rely on a private car for convenience and reliability.

Supermarket, Bottleshop, restaurants, Doctor, Chemist, Tennis Courts, Bakery, Pub, Golf club all within 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk. Getting Around10 minute walk to CSU, Thurgoona supermarket, services, shops and dining. 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Thurgoona Golf Course and Kinross Woolshed. 10 minute drive to Albury CBD or Hume Weir and even less to the airport. Public Buses available at various spots in the suburb, refer Martins Bus Lines. Only 10 minutes drive to train or airport/car hire, 15 minutes to Hume Weir, 1/2 hour drive to wineries and tourist towns like Rutherglen, Beechworth etc, all worth visiting. A public reserve at the rear of the property takes you to beautiful treed walks and bike tracks all over Thurgoona and even into town if you want to ride or walk that far (10kms) Other Things to NoteFresh linen is always on your made up beds, fresh towels, bathmats, facewashers and soap provided. Dishwasher stove microwave fridge freezer, fully equipped kitchen, cater in for yourself if you wish. Tea, coffee, sugar and other staples in the pantry, help yourself to these please. Stocked laundry with dryer and washing powder all provided.

The SpaceThis one-bedroom, 50 sq. m, low allergy, fully self-contained, ground level apartment with FREE WI_FI, is at the end of a group of 3, within a group of 7 apartments on the block. In addition, it has an adjacent private carport and also features two private courtyards (each approx. 25 sq. m). It is in a quiet residential street so you can get a great night's rest. Separate bedroom, bathroom/laundry and living room/kitchen. The driveway and communal areas of the complex are maintained regularly by a body corporate. The bedroom has pure cotton sheets and the entire apartment is cleaned with fragrance free products so is ideal for chemically or fragrance sensitive guests. The bathroom has a spacious shower with fragrance free shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bathroom includes a washer and dryer. All towels are pure cotton, and again, everything is washed in fragrance free detergents and natural cleaners (organic where possible) are used throughout. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need whether for a quick morning cuppa or to prepare a proper home-cooked meal. Supplies are included for a snack on arrival and a light breakfast, for your first morning. A breakfast bar joins the kitchen to a living room with a 32in TV, DVD player, CD player, a comfy sofa, R/C air con and ceiling fans. A desk with lighting and wireless internet, is provided, making the space versatile for holiday or business use. The two courtyard patios (each approx. 25 sq. m) are completely private. Both have outdoor furniture and are perfect sun traps to start and end your day. Additionally the back courtyard has a BBQ and outdoor clothes line. The NeighborhoodThis tastefully refurbished apartment, in a well maintained 1960's apartment complex, is in one of Albury's most well-known, quiet residential, tree-lined streets, within Albury's CBD. The building is nestled among delightful period homes in a leafy neighbourhood opposite a small park and near a community vegetable garden and local bike trail. It is 1 block from the Botanic Gardens and Dean Street, which is Albury's main street, and only a few moments from the vibrant Central Albury with it's wide selection of shops eateries, supermarkets, library/museum, Art Gallery, and services. Getting AroundThe apartment is only a 5 minute walk from Dean Street, the main street of Albury, and 10 minutes from QE2 square in the heart of the city. From here, buses and taxis are easily accessible to all areas of Albury and the surrounding region. Other Things to NoteThere is an under-cover parking space directly next to the apartment with night-time security lighting. All access is on the ground level though there are two small steps to enter in the front door. Please note, if you are travelling as a pair and wish to use both beds, you will need to book for 3 people as the extra bed will incur an additional charge of $20/night. This is to cover additional linen and cleaning costs.

The Space1 bedroom self contained granny flat. Features 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, bedside table and wardrobe. (second queen sized mattress stored under main bed if needed) Ensuite with shower, hand basin and toilet. Living / dining room comprises of kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, small electric oven/stove with hotplates, George Foreman Grill, a blender and a sink. table and chairs seats 4-5 and click clack sofa bed that folds out into a double bed. There is a new LED TV with crystal clear reception for all the free to air TV channels. There is a door separating the bedroom / ensuite from the kitchenette/living room and blinds on all windows/doors for privacy. The granny flat has been recently renovated and is freshly painted and new flooring and bathroom. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly with no traffic noise. The closest shops including woolworths supermarket and takeaway are 1km away, and the main street and shopping centre are approx 3 km away. There are two local parks within a 2 minute walk so plenty of spots to take the kids, or to unwind in lovely creekside parts Bus stops are located around the corner Our backyard has 2 small dogs and some happy little hens so there may even be some freshly laid eggs for you to try during your stay. It has gas heating, refrigerated cooling and two ceiling fans, ( lounge and bedroom) it is a nice quiet place to stay that is close to all Dean Street has to offer.

The SpaceOur townhouses are less than 5 years old. Built to accommodate the family traveller or just looking for some extra room. Large lockup garage and a beautiful courtyard with a BBQ. All bedrooms are large with a queen, king and a single bed. Free wireless internet to both units. Interaction with GuestsOnce you have checked in you will not be bothered for the whole time of your stay. If staying longer than a week a cleaner will service your room. The NeighborhoodSchubach Street is located in the very quite East Albury just 5 minutes from the freeway exit but still only 8 min walk into tour. Getting AroundOne of the closest properties from the Airport; within a 10 min drive.

The SpaceParkway Lane Apartments have been refurbished in the last 2 months and are very affordable if staying for more than one night. These units are perfect for families who want a little extra room. The units are located on the corner of Crisp & Parkway Lane. Undercover carspace for each unit. Short walk to Dean Street, cafes and supermarket Guest AccessThere is an BBQ avaliable to all guest. Interaction with GuestsOnce you check in you will not be disturbed for your whole stay unless you need anything. The NeighborhoodThe units are situated in Central Albury and are very close to Dean Street. Once you check in you will not be bothered for the length of your stay. If staying longer than a week your unit will be serviced at no extra cost. if you wish to have extra cleaning a service will be charged. Getting AroundThe units are only 2 blocks to Dean Street which is our main Street.

The SpaceSet in the garden behind my home, the Art Studio is where I spend time working when there are no guest bookings. A large bedroom is upstairs with ample space for a quiet read in the armchair. The bathroom/toilet, kitchenette & living spaces are downstairs. There is a queen size sofa bed for extra guests. There is a fridge, single sink, 2 hot plates, microwave & small oven in the kitchenette. The split system air conditioning works very well in all seasons. STAIRS MAYBE A DIFFICULTY FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OR THE ELDERLY. Broad St is a 'no through road' so it is very quiet. Broad St runs along Albury's bike track & various parks and sitting areas. The neighbourhood is walking distance to the base hospital, railway station and Albury's CBD. It is a 5 minute drive to the airport. Walking to Dean St is an easy stroll, or hire a bike at a the bike shop near the train station. There are also taxis in Albury & of course the car. A large bedroom is upstairs with ample space for a baby's cot. The bathroom/toilet, kitchenette & living space are downstairs. There is a queen size sofa bed for extra guests. There is a fridge, single sink, 2 hot plates, microwave & small oven in the kitchenette. The split system air conditioning works very well in all seasons. Stairs may be a difficulty for very young children or elderly. I am happy for guests to let themselves in and make themselves comfortable. The Art Studio has its own street access and I will leave the door unlocked for you. However if you would like me to welcome you that would be lovely too. The SpaceLovely home in a quiet street, lovely cottage garden with courtyard. Sleeps 8 guests but probably more comfortable for a group of 4 or 5. Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole property including front and rear yard and driveway/carport. There is a vegetable garden at the back that is separate to the house which is off limits. Interaction with GuestsI like to meet and greet my guests at the house with keys and ensure they are comfortably settled. The NeighborhoodGreat neighbourhood; very friendly folk in the street. Lovely and quiet. Wander into town and enjoy breakfast in any of the great cafes in town, take a walk along the Murray river and shop in many of the great boutiques in Dean Street. Getting AroundBest to use a private car or taxi. More convenient and reliable.

This brand new townhouse is situated one block from Dean Street. The main bedroom is upstairs with ensuite and huge walk in closet. Downstairs has a full kitchen, lounge, extra toilet & laundry. Relax outside on the deck or in the courtyard.

The SpaceWaterstreet was once a local pub that has been converted into luxury townhouses in central Albury. This National Trust buliding has been fitted out with the best of everything from the furnisher to the pillow top beds. Guest AccessAccess to the units is down the lane off Smollett Street. Each unit has a lock up garage and security keys to get into the buliding. Interaction with GuestsOnce you've checked in you will not be bothered for the duration of your stay. If you ever need anything I'm available on my mobile at all times.

Children must be supervised at ALL times whilst they are in the Pool area, The property contains a separate studio. Unless the studio is included in the booking, guests do not have access to the studio. The only off limit area is the garage at the rear of the property. The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood is lovely and quiet with many family homes located in the street and surrounding areas. Town is easily accessible and is either a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk from the house. Getting AroundPrivate car and taxi is the most convenient and reliable way to get around town.

Wodonga is on the Victorian-NSW border and separated by the Murray River. The Victorian Ski fields (Mt. Hotham and Falls Creek) are nearby as well as many wineries, old gold mines and the historic towns of Yackandandah, Beechworth and Rutherglen are less than 30 min drive. This exclusive manor house is dedicated to a maximum of eight guests only and can be assured personal service. On arrival guests receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and a box of chocolates, just to say thankyou for staying with us. Elizabeth’s Manor is ideally suited for the person / s who would like to indulge in 5 star luxury accommodation (rated by AAA Tourism), now upgraded to 5 crowns at a 4 star price. Breakfast is a true English gourmet delight and can be served from seven am through to ten am in your suite or the Gallery. Although we have a “No Smoking” policy in the house, smoking is permitted anywhere outside. We also have a late check-out, twelve pm. A two course dinner which includes complimentary red or white wine can be arranged during booking the accommodation.         Gulf Stream waters lap the shores of Madeira resulting in fantastic summers and mild winters making the island an exquisite holiday destination all year round. Our spacious cottages enjoy a privileged location in Estreito da Calheta which is to be found on the sunny west coast of this idyllic island. The accommodation is within easy travelling distance (7 minutes by car) to Vila Calheta - a lovely area with an outstanding sandy beach, a big marina, a well stocked supermarket, great coffee bars and some good restaurants serving local specialities, to be sampled with cold white wine or a 'shandy'. Each villa has its own private terrace and the panoramic views are spectacular! All the windows and glass doors are double glazed with comfort in mind. If you need to check in on the real world you can do so by scrolling through any of the news channels included in the TV programme menu or by connecting to our wireless broadband internet facilities. Within walking distance there is a mini market, a cafe, pharmacy and health centre. And if walking is what you enjoy then this area offers some of the finest levada walking on Madeira! Lavender cottage is the larger of our two recently built villas and is perfect for your island holiday! The living area with its vaulted ceiling comprises a well equipped open plan kitchen and comfortable dining area. There is a wonderful flow between this and the glass fronted, comfortably furnished lounge area which opens onto a private terrace; ideal for alfresco dining.             The SpaceYour bedroom is in the centre of the house with your own bathroom and toilet. It is very quiet for a good nights sleep. There is a television in your room if you want privacy or join me in the lounge for a chat. Linen & towels provided. Getting AroundWalk to central Wodonga in 20 minutes, nearest good coffee 5 minutes, supermarket 8 minutes, swimming pool 9 minutes. A nice and flat area if you have your own push bike. There are many scenic bike tracks around the river & other areas. Other Things to NoteThe falls creek ski fields is an approx 1.5 hr drive away. The beautiful Hume Weir, Murray River, wineries & Beechworth are also not too far away! :)

With the closet still unfinished, a make shift cupboard is still available to store cloths. Has the same bed as the master, an expensive, very comfortable queen size bed. 3rd BEDROOM has 2 beds; a double bed and a king single. Contains a portable air-con. Guests must be sure to position the exhaust pipe of the air-con to outside. Lounge room has a very efficient gas heater which warms the whole house very successfully. Ducted cooling throughout whole house. Fully equipped KITCHEN with dining table and breakfast bar. NO WIFI NO ANIMALS Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole house to themselves.
