The SpaceThe area is a very special spot that a large herd of kangaroos have made their home as they feel safe there and there is a lot of nice green grass on the lawns. The price depends on the number of people and the time of year. I have to give you a price if you have a large group as it depends on how many adults and kids. Sorry but some rather nasty people have left some bad reviews about the house cleanlyness. This is totally unfair! The large indian family who stayed had an issue with the studio having a bit of dust. This has been fixed now they didn't mention the main house which was perfectly clean. They probably had a lot of people stay and they could not use the main house as others were using it. Guest AccessThe house and the studio apartment on the same block. They are not rented separately. The studio is great for kids. Interaction with GuestsI give guests detailed information about things to do, secret spots, surf spots, mountain biking, climbing, fishing, snorkeling, diving, picnicking, Brush Island and the aboriginal reserve and restaurants as required. Price depends on the number of people who stay and the time of year. The NeighborhoodSo many pristine small beaches, the kangaroos, birds and possums who are often in the backyard, just drop a snag off the barby and see what happens after dark. Getting Aroundnot really but there is a coast bus that stops at Ulladulla/Batemans bay and perhaps the Bawley truck stop. Other Things to NoteIts a really great place for surfing, diving, snorkelling, mtn biking up the hills and toward Durras Mtn, also mountain climbing up the Castle Mountain and the pigeon house walk are very close by.

Cupitts Winery and Restaurant is a great spot to grab a bite to eat. Warden's Head provides great ocean views and more than likely a pod of dolphins or a whale or two can be sighted. Where else is there a functioning lighthouse for a roundabout?! South of Ulladulla there is copious quantities of beaches to explore - Bawley Point, Merry Beach, Kiola or Pretty Beach. The kangaroos in this area are many. No-one should ever leave this area not having seen a kangaroo! Six k's further down Pebbly Beach Road and you arrive at the famous Pebbly Beach! Take some sunflower seeds or fruit and the birds will sit on your hand or shoulder or head and greedily eat what's offered. It's a magical experience. Such a beautiful place! On the western side of the highway through the stunning state forest, venture to the "Pick Your Own" Berry farm [Seasonal]. Then stop by the popular swimming spot at Shallow Crossing. Drive through the brackish Clyde River and follow the river road back to Nelligen and Batemans Bay. An Encyclopaedia of the NSW South Coast would take an age to compile and a large Spotted Gum for paper, due to the diversity of landscape, rivers, lakes, towns, beaches and a myriad of other attractions. All this and more is available to you to explore from your Luxury Villa base. We love the South Coast! You will too! Getting AroundGetting around is difficult unless guests bring their own vehicle.
