The SpaceOur architect award winning studio is a relaxing place to stay. We lived in it for a year while we built the house in front. Fully self contained with queen size latex bed, own bathroom with shower and bath, full kitchen, free WiFi, new flat screen TV and DVD, BBQ with natural gas, reverse cycle air conditioned, deck, Off street parking. No cleaning fee if studio is left neat and tidy. Cereal, tea, coffee, milk, bread, condiments, spreads, ham, cheese, yoghurt, biscuits, juice and fruit are all complimentary. Easy to walk to Shelly Beach Surf Life Saving Club for a great breakfast, lunch or a drink in the evening on the balcony overlooking the beach. Secluded Bateau Bay beach with its gorgeous rock pools is a short walk or two minute drive and is great for snorkelling. Our Neighbourhood - We have beaches, a national park and the famous Shelly Beach Golf Club, literally at the end of our street. There is a choice of beach - Shelly Beach is a patrolled surf beach, while Bateau Bay Beach is a gentle family beach with really safe swimming. This beach is within Wyrrabalong National park which has wonderful walking trails and ocean views. Great 20 minute walk along the famous Coast Track to Crackneck Lookout. We are a few minutes on our bikes from Tuggerah Lake which has the most wonderful bike track all around it. (About 30km) Bikes provided. You can ride on a separate path from Nth Entrance to Westfield Tuggerah. No cars to worry about. Restaurants and cafes are one block away at the beaches and our major shopping centre is three blocks away. Tennis courts are a short walk away - racquets provided.Don't miss Long Jetty's eclectic cafes and shops. 3.30pm each day sees the famous pelican feed at The Entrance - 10 minute drive from here. Ken Duncan's gorgeous gallery is a 10 minute drive as well. The Adelaide (war ship) has been sunk off Avoca Beach (5 beaches south) so this will be perfect for anyone wanting to go scuba diving. We are a 90 min drive from the centre of Sydney, and an hour to the Hunter Valley which is famous for its wine region.Maps provided. 30 minutes to The Reptile Park to see kangaroos, crocodiles and koalas. Our rules are few. We don't have children or pets. Checkout is around lunchtime, but can be later by arrangement. No smoking. Read our reviews and see what others have done - but most simply relax after a game of golf or tennis, a bike ride, or a trip to one of the beaches or local cafes. Board games and scrabble provided. Other Things to NoteGuests like the flexible arrival and departure time, the beaches, the surf club for coffee. Some have a game of golf, others just relax. Some use the BBQ, others the local restaurants, while some like to cook inside. All books in the studio are yours to take. So start one and take it with you.

The SpaceThe Master bedroom with en-suite features a king-size bed, the two other bedrooms have queen-size beds - all linen and towels provided. The living areas are a modern open-plan design with unique luxury furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped - there also is a fancy BBQ on one of the three terraces. Upstairs the studio features a day-bed (single size) and a couple of memory-foam mattresses. From the terraces on either end you can see the sun rise over the ocean and set over the lake. Guest AccessParking for 2 cars in security car park, with internal access to the apartment via lift. Interaction with GuestsAs our guest you can enjoy total privacy in your own surroundings. We are, however, available for any guidance you might require. The NeighborhoodThe Entrance is scenically spectacular, the beach pristine and the atmosphere that of a sleepy fishing village. There is a lot of action nearby (Terrigal, Gosford, Wyong), some great restaurants, golf, tennis, fishing, paddle boarding, great swimming bays, bicycle tracks along the lake, walks, and lots of entertainment for children at the Entrance. Getting AroundBuses are just outside, the closest train station is Tuggerah Station, 15 min drive from the Entrance. The SpacePrivate Cabin only 200mt to beautiful Bateau Bay Beach and Wyrrabalong National Park for bush walks to Crackneck lookout or further to Forresters Lookout, with lots of native flowers, bushes and bird life, you may even catch a glimpse of Whales in the cooler months. A great romantic peaceful getaway where all your needs are met. A yummy continental breakfast of cereals, juice, milk, fruit, yoghurt breads and spreads, is supplied in your cabin to enjoy inside or outside overlooking the pool and gardens, the cabin has a FRIDGE and MICROWAVE. At the Purple Door, all linen, bed linen, bath towels & tea towels are supplied. Towels for the pool are included, but not to be taken away from the Purple Door. Guest AccessYou have your own parking space off road, with private entry to your cabin in my backyard overlooking the sparkling inground pool and gardens filled with interesting art. You are welcome to catch the sun in any part of my yard, you do have a small screened area for privacy off the sliding doors. Close by is Shelly Beach Surf Life Saving Club for dinner/drink on Friday evening on the balcony overlooking the beach. Very private Bateau Bay beach for a swim stroll or walk on the rock platform, also great for snorkelling. Interaction with GuestsI will usually be in my house when I have guests, but that is far enough from you and will respect your privacy and not interfere, but will be available to help with any information on the local area if needed. If I am not home, I am usually available on my mobile. The NeighborhoodThis is a beautiful bushy neighbourhood with the beach and National park a short walk at the end of the road also a short walk to Shelly Beach and Cafe, also Cafa Mocha, just 5 minutes down the road, great food and coffee. Only 10 minutes to Terrigal and 7 minutes to the Entrance for great beaches, cafes and walks. There are 2 bikes with helmets available for you to use to explore the area, just let me know beforehand so I can leave them out. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop to the local areas a 2 minute walk away. Off street parking is available. From Newcastle airport it is a 1 hour drive down the freeway to Bateau Bay, or from Sydney airport 1.5 hour drive up the freeway to Bateau Bay. Other Things to NoteThere is a TV/DVD player in the room. The wifi does not always work in the Cabin.

Other Things to NoteWhether you want to surf, fish, shop or just laze around, it is all here in East Bateau Bay. A little paradise that hasn't been spoilt, very natural and lovely.

The SpaceWe are the newest Backpackers in The Entrance located in the heart of The Entrance, close to world class surf beaches, restaurants and cafes. With only three dorm rooms and a private room. We are a bright and cheerful boutique hostel. Great atmosphere and fun-loving staff will make you feel instantly at home. Our rooms feature air-conditioning/heating in every room, 24hr hot showers, clean fresh linen and daily cleaning. Tea and coffee is free all day. General hostel facilities include fully kitted communal kitchen and dining/lounge area. Guests are welcome to use our self-catering kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster or to take advantage of the lovely cafes and takeaways within close proximity of the Backpackers. We also have computers with pay internet access, a large selection of DVD’s and a book exchange. Our safe, clean hostel has security lockers in all the rooms, and the building is secure with 24 hour swipe access, so no lockout. The Entrance town is situated almost exactly between Sydney and Newcastle (about 1.5 hour trip), with frequent trains from both arriving in nearby Gosford, Tuggerah or Wyong. The SpaceThere are only approximately 8 properties on Toowoon Bay that can boast that they are genuine beach homes and we are one of them. The accommodation is very comfortable (maximum 6 people) with TV's and VCR's in both main bedroom and lounge. All rooms have fans. Both bathrooms have been renovated and look like new. The main bedroom has a queen size bed,with air conditioning. One bedroom has two single beds and the other a double bed on suite. The building has had a make over and we are really proud of the outcome. You can judge for yourself. The unique point of difference is that it has panoramic views of the ocean and beach and the full extent of the bay. All this can be soaked up from any one of your 3 bedrooms, the lounge or one of the two balconies. There is safe parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a barbecue. Coffee/ breakfast is available within walking distance as well as an assortment of shops and restaurants. Snorkelling can be rewarded by seeing a few Blue Grouper and an assortment of fish species. There are Bike Riding Tracks, Lawn Bowls, Golf Course and Gyms all within close proximity. The Entrance shops and village are also close, with regular markets taking place and the Pelican Feeding daily is always a favourite with the kids. There are 3 large modern shopping centres within a 20km radius. If you want a holiday that satisfies the entire family, this is it. We have travelled around the world visited beautiful beaches and I have to admit that you would have to search far and wide to find better. This remains the best kept secret as it still remains free of the crowds and the masses. Thats what makes it so unique and enjoyable. Please note that sheets, towels, pillow cases and tea towels are not provided. They can be provided should they be requested. The SpaceWe have ensured that our home is furnished for your comfort and convenience. There are two reasonably sized bedrooms each accommodating a queen sized bed fitted with fresh linen. To keep you cool during summer, 2 Air conditioning units are installed within the house. We have provided a mobile clothes rack in each bedroom, an iron and ironing board so that you don't need to worry about having creased clothing during your stay. If you prefer to wash your clothes there's a washing machine, outdoor clothes line and dryer. The main living area contains a comfortable corner lounge perfect for relaxing with your laptop or a book. To satisfy your technological needs we 3 HD digital televisions plus free wi-fi throughout the house. If you enjoy your morning coffee outside there is a modest outdoor table with chairs in the large enclosed backyard plus 2 outdoor lounge chairs. If you decide to forego the local dining experience for one evening and enjoy a home cooked meal our kitchen offers ample bench space, stove top & oven, microwave and a spacious fridge. A wide range of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery will be accessible should you choose to utilise them. There is also a BBQ located in the backyard should you wish to dine under the stars. Should you wish to explore the cycle paths around the lake we have two bicycles available. After a few hours of Vinyl Shopping or sipping Latte's why not walk a few more steps to the lake and hire a paddle boat or take in an afternoon of admiring then natural beauty that is Tuggerah Lake? Beach more your thing, head to the other end of the street for the beach! Perhaps you want to travel another 5 mins north to the beautiful seaside town and modern family playground of The Entrance? Filled with restaurants, Hotels, Cafe's, Shopping Centres, Boutique Fashion outlets and even a Cinema! Getting AroundBus stop is a 2 min walk, with connecting bus services to train station.

    Our holiday home is the best place to enjoy a break. It has a bright living area with bay windows. It is centrally located between Toowoon Bay & Shelly Beach and Toowoon Bay village shops (bakery, cafés, general store, newsagency and bottle shop). The large yard is perfect for soccer/cricket.

Two bedrooms have built ins. The property has a large backyard which also includes a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ. The property has a double garage with remote access. Close to a number of Central Coast's finest beaches including Terrigal, Avoca, Wamberal and Shelley Beach. Guest AccessGuests will be provided will fresh linen and towels. You will also have access to all basic food items (sauces, salt, tea, sugar etc) and all regular kitchen utensils and kitchware. If there are any special requirements I will endeavour to arrange. Guests will also have access to a number of surfboards if required. Interaction with GuestsThere is a security box at the front door. Once booked, I will supply you with a code to open the box to get access to the sets of keys. The NeighborhoodForresters Beach is 1.5 hours drive from Sydney. It is also located 1 hour from Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. It is very quiet neighbourhood. We have excellent neighbours and house backs onto a reserve. Other Things to NoteThere is a bus stop 150 metres away which will connect to other parts of the coast including Erina, Gosford and The Entrance. The house is a 3 minute drive to the pristine Forresters Beach.

About Toowoon Bay , Nestled on a headland between two beautiful beaches, Toowoon Bay, on the Central Coast, is within minutes of great beaches, dining and parklands of The Entrance and the Tuggerah Lake. Chinese fishermen established a base here in the late 1820s, curing and smoking fish and sending it to Queensland, China and the goldfields. Toowoon Bay is still sometimes referred to as Chinamans Bay. Toowoon Bay and Shelly Beach are clean, clear and patrolled throughout the year. If you are travelling with young children, Little Bay has calm waters, protected from the surf by nearby breakwalls. Being a walk to the North Entrance flagged beach and also Tuggerah Lakes you ill have no excuse to not get out and about. Or you may wish to wander over the bridge to the fantastic restaurants and cafes at the Entrance. This apartment featured ducted air conditioning and is located in a secure complex with an indoor solar heated pool. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second and third bedrooms have single beds with trundles. There is also a spare pillowtop single mattress available for a 7th person if needed. You will need to bring your own linen namely sheets towels and pillowcases or otherwise we can provide linen for $30 per head if we are given enough notice. The beaches are great for surfing, sunbathing and swimming. The lake is great for fishing, paddle boats and has extensive bike riding paths. Sight Seeing at the Entrance or Terrigal is a must.                 Talinga Waterfront Beach House is an absolute beachfront property perched on the hill with 180 degree views of the golden stretch of South Pacific sand known as Toowoon and Blue Bay only a one hour drive from Sydney or Newcastle. Talinga Beach House has everything you could ask for with. It has been tastefully renovated with timber floorboards, large decks to make the most of the panoramic views, a modern kitchen (perfect for those foodies out there) and a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with reverse cycle air-conditioning all looking out to the beach and ocean. Accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has views to the ocean with a queen size bed and two door ensuite with large spa bath. The second bedroom is a queen room and looks out onto a sunny courtyard. The third bedroom is a spacious room with 2 solid wooden bunk beds and the fourth room has single bunk beds allowing comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests. We do have a few mattresses for young children. All beds are made up with quality linen and we provide bath towels. You can BBQ on the deck, cook a lovely meal in the state of the art kitchen, have fish and chips on the beach or take a 5 minute stroll down the beach to Kims Luxury Beach Hideaway for a wonderful breakfast, lunch or dinner and try one of their exotic cocktails. Getting AroundBus stop is a 5min walk, but, generally we all either bike it, walk it or drive it. Other Things to NoteThis home is not suitable for children.                     Welcome to your home away from home. We have an array of great facilities for 1 or 2 families, with 2 Queen beds and a bunk bed (double and single). Linen and towels are provided. Our family pool is a wonderful place to relax and we have undercover areas if it happens to rain. We have a small spa bath downstairs and plenty of inside facilities. We have an air conditioner downstairs and another in the main bedroom. You will have access to your own outside washing machine and laundry, also with an outside toilet. We have plenty of kitchen goods including a large 420 Litre fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooking facilities, crockery and cutlery, tv, and most likely free Wi-Fi (although we can't guarantee this). We are relatively close to Tuggerah train station, so it's possible to come up by train from Sydney and catch the local bus, which stops only minutes from outside our door. There are also plenty of reliable buses to other areas on the Central Coast. We are walking distance from Tuggerah Lakes, cafes, second-hand furniture shops, The Hemp shop, a vinyl record shop, pizza, Chinese and Mexican restaurants, Diggers RSL ...... The list goes on!! You can go bike riding along Tuggerah Lake and the Entrance isn't too far to walk to either, where you can feed the Pelicans at 3 pm each day. The house adjoins a small granny flat at the back, which the owner resides in, so there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions about the area, or to contact in case of an emergency. Please be sure to take care of our house and treat it as if it were your own. (Thank you!!) We look forward to meeting you soon!! This is zoned as a residential area, although the town of Long Jetty is only 5 minutes walk from here. The neighbours are very laid back and enjoy the many features that the area has on offer.
