The SpaceMinimum stay of 7 nights from 11th December until 17th January and over Easter. Definitely only 2 guests for all bookings. New, airconditioned modern studio with kitchen, en-suite and queen bed. Private entry! The studio is right in the centre of town and is only about 3 - 4 minutes’ walk from the main street & only 8 - 10 minutes walk to Main Beach. It is quiet at night as this part of town is a dead end, with no through traffic. We and our neighbours all think we live in the best location in Byron. Situated at rear of a new residence in a quiet lane. Little Burns St is located just 700 metres from Main Beach and only 300 metres from Byron’s main street for shopping, restaurants, cafes & cinemas. Free high speed Wi Fi available. Simple yet very comfortable living with a peaceful air to restore the spirit. Use of a large shower with a view, toilet and basin. There is a laundry and covered carport as well as plenty of parking and surrounding garden area to entertain. Guest Access10 min drive to Byron bay, Brunswick heads or Mullumbimby. Also close to Tyagarah Ballooning and skydive centre... Interaction with GuestsYour stay is private and the only correspondence with host will be to manage bookings. The NeighborhoodLovely relaxed and safe semi rural feeling. Getting AroundMinimal transport but airport shuttles will drop off pick up nearby. Other Things to NoteAvailability can vary, but feel free to make a request even if not open in the bookings calendar. Often available over Easter and Xmas, so would be ideal for an extended break over this season. Particularly those wanting nearby accommodation for Bluesfest. Avoid traffic and have a beautiful retreat to rest your weary legs. Usually suited to 3 people, 2 extra can be accommodated with the use of large 5 meter canvas tent for $50 Per night. The SpacePeacefully secluded, yet Byron & the beach are so close! Furnishings are eclectic while a large movable market umbrella & double sun-lounge in the courtyard add a hint of luxury. Comfortable king bed can be configured as twin, if you request this in advance. There is air conditioning, however with 270 degrees of windows you can catch a good cross-breeze. The kitchen is kitted out with all you need for simple home-cooking, with a small gas cooktop & benchtop oven. Separate WC off bathroom with shower over bath. Also an outdoor cold shower, and a fire bath if you want to stoke it up and have a blissful soak under the stars! Good quality washing machine & dryer in bathroom. The cottage has split level tiled floors. Suits 2 people, however there is room for your own portable cot for a baby. Guest AccessThe cottage has a beautiful, private garden courtyard with a sculptural timber daybed/deck overlooking the land. There is another dwelling on the property about 100meters away, though it is not visible. Please respect their privacy by not walking into their garden or shed near the studio. However, feel free to walk on the land in front of the studio. Interaction with GuestsIf I am around, I would like to meet you. However, if I am already away, my parents who live in the other dwelling on the property will meet you to hand over the keys etc. They are nearly always available by phone unless they are out surfing, swimming etc. I too am generally contactable by mobile phone. The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood is very quiet, and most social interaction happens with the surrounding birds, cows and wild native animals (dont be alarmed by koalas grunting in the nearby trees at night, or possums on the roof). Getting AroundOnly 5 minutes drive into Byron and the beach, or 20 minutes walk along a beautiful bush road. You can hire bikes in town if you choose... Domestic flights arrive daily at Ballina (35 minutes drive south of Byron) and Coolangatta (45 minutes drive north of Byron) airports. International flights arrive at Brisbane airport which is a two hour drive north.The airport shuttle buses can drop you off and pick you up from here. Other Things to NoteI rent out my cottage when I travel for work, and keep my belongings in a locked walk in cupboard between the studio and kitchen.The pantry will still be filled with my non-perishable food. There are a number of house plants. If any look like they need a drink, I would love you to water them! While I endeavour to keep my house free of creepy-crawlies, as the building is a converted old cow bales and is sited on a farm, it can be difficult to keep nature (in the form of bugs, ants, spiders etc) from entering through small gaps around doors & windows etc! These creatures (inc spiders) are harmless, however if you are very fearful of these, perhaps this is not the right place for you.

The SpaceFilled with light and colour ByronView our clean modern holiday house is set high up in Byron Bay township and catches the breeze and has panoramic views towards the hinterland. The 4 bedroom (3 bathroom) house has a timber floored open plan living/dining/kitchen area which flows onto 2 large decks with views of the lush green landscape of Byron. There is a separate downstairs area with a twin bedroom and bathroom and an enclosed courtyard, ideal for children. The downstairs area has a laundry with washing machine, dryer and small fridge. The house is ideal for an extended family holiday with children enjoying the separate downstairs area with their own entertainment facilities including a table tennis table. The main bedroom has a King sized bed, walk-in robe and an ensuite, Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed, built in wardrobe and opens onto the deck with a full length glass sliding door. Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed, built in wardrobe and shares the bathroom (with bath) with Bedroom 2. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the house living area has reverse cycle air conditioning for cooling and heating. Flat screen TVs with DVD players are in the upstairs and downstairs living areas. The kitchen has modern appliances and a large dining table and there is a BBQ on the deck just waiting for that meal on the deck enjoying the wonderful local produce from the Byron markets and watching the beautiful Byron sunsets. The house is located in the heart of Byron just 2 minutes drive or a short stroll to Byron’s pristine surf beaches, restaurants and cafes, town facilities and Cape Byron national park walking tracks. ByronView has a private garden and ample off-street parking for 4 cars and a lock up garage. Bikes are available for our more energetic guests. We use ByronView quite often ourselves and respect our neighbours therefore like to keep it well maintained and fully equipped, because of this we prefer to have mature guests and family groups. A few No Nos - No Schoolies bookings, no parties, no loud noise after 10pm, no smoking and no pets. We follow the Byron Holiday Letting Organisation Guidelines and if we receive a complaint regarding noise you will be asked to leave. We love Byron and hope that you will too. The house features a side verandah and a front verandah so you can laze in the sun all day long. Plenty of parking on street and on site. The SpaceSuite with its own entrance, bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a lounge/study and a bright kitchen/dining room. Bathroom with shower recess and full-sized bath; toilet with bidet. The 50 square metre suite is half of our brick home, separated by walls with 130mm of soundproofing. It is suitable for one person or a couple. The entrance is five metres from our main entrance. The kitchen/dining room (3.5 by 3 metres) is a bright room with two burner stove, small oven, full sized fridge and several appliances. The bathroom has a full-sized bath and a shower recess. The toilet is in a separate room with a Japanese warm water bidet (Washlet), incorporated. In our 2014 renovations we used non-allergenic substances like casein wall paint, citrus oil-based wood paint and sand-coloured natural linseed oil linoleum with a cork underlay. The bedroom has a Dunlop Sleepmaker Orthopaedic Supreme inner spring mattress with magnets in the underlay. While we are meticulous with the cleaning of the suite, keep in mind it is nested in an organic botanic collection where no insecticides - no cides at all - are used. The one acre organic gardens have over one thousand useful species, including cooking and salad greens, herbs, spices, and fruit, nut and fibre plants, for your use. Our garden and the nearby paperbark ecosystem are home to wallabies, echidnas, possums, bandicoots and 45 species of birds. In summer sea breezes keep the gardens and dwellings cool. The sound-scape is calm as the house is set back from neighbours and street sounds are muffled by 13 species of clumping bamboo and 20 wide clumps of tall tiger grass. Guests from the city are always impressed by the number and brightness of stars visible in the large night sky. Since 1998 we have collected perfume plants with drifting scents:- Osmanthus, several types of Jasmines, including Star, Night and Sambac, Roses, two types of Champaka, Brunsfelsias, Gardenias, seven colours of evening-fragrant Brugmansia, Burmese Bayur and ten types or species of Frangipani. In August 2016 we commenced making perfume with these on a base of our home-made sandalwood tincture. We employ traditional French methods of extraction:- cold enfleurage (in village shea butter), warm oil maceration and tinctures. We have also started a 3 tonne sculpture in white rock of breaching Migaloo the white humpback whale at the bottom of the garden. Several guests have continued their work while staying here. The park-like gardens, tranquility and natural beauty are conducive to hatch ideas and to focus the mind; the lack of distractions may be conducive to an art retreat, researching or writing a script, song or novel, running your business remotely, or similar. You may like to test out a sea/tree change by observing the other residents (Jude and Michel) going about their back-to-the-land lives. As the Peasants of Pleasantville they tend and harvest the gardens, repair and create, collect eggs from the (two) chickens, play music, draw and paint. Unless away, they will offer you fruit, greens, herbs and spices from the gardens. Guest AccessYou have sole access to the guest partition of the house. Wifi @ 200Gb per month. You might like to enjoy meals alfresco in the garden. You have access to a laundry with a front loader. There is a dedicated space for parking your car at the edge of our circular driveway. Drive in on the right side and continue on out the opposite side of the circular driveway. You are welcome to use two mountain bikes and also two old beach bikes. The doors of our home and your suite are just four metres apart in a courtyard under a large verandah, with a privacy screen so each party is aware of the other's comings and goings. Should you need anything come to our entrance or phone/text our mobile. If we are overseas, we shall keep in touch by email. Canned music is kept to a low. The NeighborhoodClosest airport is Ballina (thirty minutes by car or shuttle bus); closest international airport is Gold Coast (one hour). The Organic Urban Park is located on the southern edge of Byron Bay, 2.3km from the CBD in a leafy neighbourhood that is surrounded by bushland, suburban but secluded, on one acre. 150m away on the main road are the popular cafe / restaurant, the Roadhouse, a chiropractor, a delightful garden nursery and The Blues Festival office. Heart and Soul Gym and Yoga centre is another 100m toward town and both the Green Garage and Mac's delicatessen are within a kilometre. The Thursday morning Farmers' Market and the first Sunday-of-the-month General Market are just to the north of the small CBD. There is a Saturday evening craft market in the centre of town. See our Guidebook for several other local attractions and dining options. Tallow Creek mouth, with local and migrating birds, on the wild Tallow Beach is only a short walk/bike ride (700m) via a small coastal heathland track through Arakwal National Park. From there take long promenades to Cape Byron Lighthouse or Broken Head. Whales can be seen migrating north from June to August and returning south in September and October. Our latitude is 28.3°S, with a sub-tropical climate, relatively cool in summer and warm in winter. Temperatures are mild rarely reaching over 30°C in summer and in winter up to 25°C. Getting Around2.3km to the post office and CBD is a 20 minute walk for the fit, or cyclable. There is a Blanch's bus into town with a bus stop just 200m away. You will find many car hire options at airports and in Byron Bay (even coupes!). Daily there are dozens of long haul buses from/to Brisbane and Sydney. Airport shuttle buses will bring you to the door. If you would like to visit local beauty spots like Cape Byron, Brunswick Heads, or Broken Head, you will need a car. That said, there are plenty of attractions, in particular the two big beaches, within walking or cycling distance. You have the use of two mountain bikes. Other Things to NoteWe very much welcome folk of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds as we have worked in over forty countries and also have a multi-cultural and multi-racial family. Guests often report how well/deeply they sleep. The distant sound of pounding waves from Tallow Beach may help. Mosquitoes breed in the Bay tea tree swamps and can be a nuisance, usually January to April. We have home-made organic repellents, a very effective mosquito buzzer and citronella burners to keep them at bay. Wear long loose sleeves and pants when outdoors in the evenings. We beg you to be very careful when you swim at the beach because of the rips particularly at nearby secluded Tallow Beach and even at Main Beach where, unless an experienced swimmer or surfer, you should swim between the lifesavers' flags.

We are in the area of Byron Bay where the locals like to go. We are only 800m from the centre of Byron and 50m from the Bay itself. But you will feel like you are in Bali with the relaxed laid back atmosphere. We are a short stroll along the Beach to the centre of town. There is nothing more romantic than a moonlight stroll along the beach after a great night of wining and dining. Walking to town will only take 25 mins and the beach is a 5/10 min walk, directly across the road. If you just need a few groceries, the Green Garage is great destination , before town, full of fresh produce, breads and coffee. This would be a 5/10 min walk .Even closer is the one of the best coffee places in town, the Roadhouse , right next door! This is delicious for breakfast and lunch , turning into a restaurant and whiskey bar at night . Everything you need is in close proximity ! House has been split in 2, I live on one side of house with my dog (and sometimes friends, ) but do not share the space with you. Some previous reviews are from when I used to share the kitchen with guests. This is not the case now. The house has been divided in two but guests have main part of house to themselves, including own entrance. Two bedroom windows look out into my art studio. Backyard is divided and shared but I will guests space and privacy. We may see each other in passing and I am available if needed. Come and join the Byron Bay Stringrays every morning to swim the bay and have coffee at the Beach Hotel. Enjoy the lush green hinterland and small local villages and markets. Watch the dolphins surf the famous right hander at "The Pass." My house is open plan with 2 available bedrooms for rent. For single person only - there is single bed, desk, dressing table and built in wardrobe. You will have use of all facilities including large, well stocked kitchen and verandah overlooking garden. There is a piano for all you budding musicians! It is a fairly quiet area about 5 minutes drive to the main town and beach. There is a back beach called Tallows which is a little wilder and can be accessed via a walk through national park, which takes about 20 minutes. Lots of people cycle here and it takes about 15 mins on a bike to town. The township of Byron caters for tourists and has many restaurants and cafes. Public buses run from the main coast road (7 mins walk) into town and takes 10 mins. We have a beautiful hinterland with many small villages and scenic views. A short drive away, we have the national parks of Lamington and Border Ranges exhibiting some of our beautiful, lush rainforest. Guest AccessEverything in the house apart from my room. Getting AroundThere are buses into town from the main road (10 mins walk) but I think it is just as easy to walk in or ride a bike!     The SpaceCharming and rustic-styled self-contained one bedroom apartment -- not a studio but a proper apartment with a good sized eat-in kitchen and a separate living room. The apartment is in the Lilli Pilli area of Byron town. It's light-filled and breezy and there is a shaded verandah for relaxing on. The apartment is attached to, but totally separate from, our house. We are on hand if you need anything but will give you all the privacy you want. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bedroom has a king sized bed or can be configured for two singles sharing a room. We have a large garden for your enjoyment filled with tall shade trees. Relax in our hammock chairs with a book or a drink. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to self-cater. There is a small oven with two hotplates. There is also a rice cooker, toaster and kettle. We provide a stove-top espresso maker and a coffee plunger. Tea, coffee (real, not instant) and milk are provided and a few essential ingredients. There is also a barbeque for your exclusive use. Our rates are in most cases better than the double rooms offered by some hostels in town but here you will find far more charm, character and privacy. And you have your own separate kitchen and living room. We are on the outskirts of town. It is close enough to walk almost everywhere but far enough out of town to not be affected by the chaos that can make the centre of Byron a bit crazy in high season. There is a short walk along a bush track to Tallow Beach or a 20-25 min walk to the middle of town. Lilli Pilli is a quiet area of Byron town fringed by a nature reserve with koala habitat. We had a koala in the garden one night recently! Really! There is a great little cafe on the corner just near our place, The Roadhouse. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is also a whiskey bar at night! You can walk to the Palace Cinema complex and local restaurants and bars. Also check out the Pighouse Flicks cushion cinema which has mostly recent release arthouse/independent films. They are in the Byron Bay Brewery/Buddha Bar complex which has a courtesy shuttle bus that goes from town out to the Brewery and back. Two bikes are available for guests to use to get around town. Free unlimited WiFi. DVD player and TV. Sheets and towels - bath and beach - are provided. ***PLEASE NOTE in Dec/Jan we have a minimum stay of 3 nights. Infants stay free - we have a travel cot. Please remember if you are bringing small children that we have a dog. He is totally friendly but if your child doesn't like dogs then you should probably choose different accommodation. Guest AccessThe garden is a shared space - we have a very friendly dog and two children. The trampoline and hammock chairs are yours to share. You will find them unoccupied most of the time. The NeighborhoodYou can walk down to the groovy Roadhouse cafe/restaurant. It is a happening bar at night. Walk to Tallows Beach and the tea tree lakes - said to be very healing.     The SpaceGorgeous modern, Byron designed apartment, with original furniture. It has large folding doors which open onto a patio at the front of the house, which catches the sea breeze from Tallows Beach, only a short walk away through the national park. Much of the year this beach is relatively deserted! The side of the building opens onto a large three level day bed and tropical garden. The perfect place for afternoon drinks and for relaxing in the cooler evening air. While this apartment is very spacious, 100 square metres, it only has one bedroom. This room has a queen bed. We wanted to keep the space very open. However there is a area, with two day beds that can be closed off with concertina doors to create a second sleeping space. The kitchen is gorgeous and modern with side sliding pantry doors and self-closing draws. As the apartment is used regularly by the owners, who are specialists in the food industry, you will find a good range of kitchen wear to cook and entertain. The apartment was designed by a local builder and artist Luke Wrencher and with the owner Lynne Tietzel. Lynne has travelled extensively and studied design. Luke lives in the hinterland and has designed and built a host of outstanding houses and interior spaces. Together they have created an eclectic, elegant and beautiful space to relax, entertain and recharge from your everyday life. I manage the property and I also live upstairs with my two daughters and little daschund. I have lived in Byron Bay for twelve years. I love living here for the beauty, and healthy lifestyle. I also like that we have so many great venues for music and food. Town is a 20 minute walk and 5 minutes drive into Byron Bay. However if you just feel like staying in the neighbourhood we have a great new cafe just down on Bangalow Rd called the Road House. Two local guys have set this place up. It only serves coffee and pasties, but it does both very well. If you feel like a more extensive breakfast menu Espresso Head in Fletcher St (directly opposite the court house). The food is fresh and the menu unique (however you can get all your standard breakfast favourites like eggs bendict). My partner, John is the chef too! They also do lunch. Another place I go regularity, and has become a Byron institution is the Top shop. This is only a short walk up the hill past the water tower. It does a range of breakfast rolls, and the best burgers in town. They also have great coffee and pastries. For dinner Italian, at the pacific, is a must go. For the atmosphere, as well as the food. It is attached to the beach hotel and has a cocktail bar at the front of the venue where you can get an excellent range of wines and delicious cocktails. My friends and I also love exploring the hinterland. There are so many water holes and beautiful rainforest destinations. Any local tips you may need just send me a message and I am glad to help. Bangalow is a lovely little town to explore and have lunch. There are lots of boutiques for browsing and cafes for lunch. I recommend Town and Country and Utopia. Interaction with GuestsWe usually catch up with quests to say hello at least once while they stay. This is usually because we bump into each other whist coming or going from the property. Some people come up to say hello when they arrive. We like to give people their privacy but are happy for guests to ask us for help or come up if they need something. We are always happy to give recommendations for eating out and local attractions. The NeighborhoodI love that it is close to Tallows, a place that brings me so much peace and joy. This area is called Dolphins, as that is what the local surfers call the break directly out from here. Patterson's hill begins its decent one street over. The water tower is at the the top of this hill and you get a brilliant view of main beach, the light house and all the way down the coast to Broken Head. From here you can head into the national park, across to Pacific vista and into some of the bush tracks in Arakwal. Or you can take a short walk down the hill to the top shop, a great local cafe, that serves awesome burgers, coffee and many yummy things. We are a minute walk from Bangalow Rd which leads into town. But head South on foot for five minutes and you are at the Rd House, another local gem for food and great coffee. A short bike ride or drive into town and there are bars, cafes, pubs and often great live music. Just grab the local paper (the echo) which has a live music guide.

The Long Version: A welcoming and spacious 3-bedroom non-smoking holiday house in town, a few blocks from the most beautiful beach on the east coast of Australia. It is a fully renovated, with charming verandah and garden on four sides, 8 mins walk to the beach, two mins to shops and cinema. Byron Bay is now world famous for its great surfing, its bizarre mix of hippies, backpackers, tree-changers, sea-changers, the rich, the powerful, the green and of course, the bronzed. Learn to surf, kayak with dolphins, count the whales in season, have your chakras realigned, a daily massage, whatever you fancy. Byron is popular year round, with good restaurants and a weekly farmers' market, and a couple of world class festivals - the East Coast Blues and Roots Festival at Easter, Splendour in the Grass rock music fest in July, a writer's festival and a film festival. Best months are February-April, September-December, but June and July are also lovely - just cooler (southern winter). We are usually in Byron over Christmas, New Year and most of January, which means our house in Sydney is sometimes available during that period. See our other listing. The house is about 65 years old, with a long covered timber verandah down one side. Inside it has polished timber floors, and the main double dining/lounge room has doors that slide back so that the whole room is open to the verandah. There are three bedrooms - the cool master bedroom has a new built-in wardrobe and a king size bed; bedroom 2 has two king singles that can be placed together; bedroom 3 has a queen bed, built-in wardrobe and French doors opening to the verandah. The galley kitchen was installed about a decade ago, with everything you'd need, and most of the rooms have high ceilings with fans. The garden was completely remodelled in 2010 with lots of tropical plants, ferns and palms. When the rest of the country is sweltering, we usually get a sea breeze across the verandah, where there is long chaise for the important afternoon siesta. The house is in the town, with no views, but it's very light and airy and comfortable. A car would be an advantage, but is not absolutely required. If you fly in to Ballina-Byron, the pick-up services will drop you at the door. Once in town you can walk everywhere you might need, or hire a car for excursions. Byron Bay is 660 kms north of Sydney, 160 kms south of Brisbane. It is Australia's most easterly point, with a lighthouse on a headland surrounded by National Park. The beaches run 20 kms to both the north and south. Main beach is patrolled and safe for kids, with Olympic pool nearby. Byron is legendary for board surfing, with some of the best waves on the east coast, including several surf schools. The diving is also terrific at Julian Rocks marine reserve. The town has a population of about 10,000, many of whom will be visitors from other countries at any one time. Driving from Sydney takes about ten hours, or two hours from Brisbane. It is our idea of paradise, and most people do not disagree.

Wireless included. Buses to and from Splendour in the Grass go from the end of the street regularly. Safe parking on the property. Just myself, the host, living here unless the second bedroom is booked. The room is upstairs, has a it's own TV, is very clean and private and has plenty of shelf space. There are beaches just across the road, a 7/11 around the corner and a very popular cafe/restaurant a few minutes down the road. I have three lazy cats but the room is always 'cat free' so ok for people with allergies. Breakfast can be provided if organised when the room is booked. The Cumbedin Nature Reserve runs arounds two sides of the house and one often sees wallabies, echida, bandicoots and a diverse variety of native birds. The main rental room has its own private ensuite, walkin wardrobe & an upstairs balcony off the bedroom that looks out over the garden & nature reserve. Please no additional unauthorised guests. The NeighborhoodThe street is a cul de sac so it's safe, quiet & friendly. The house backs onto a nature reserve so wallabies, possums, birds, lizards & even a koala can be seen. It is five minutes walk across the road to Tallows Beach. There is a very popular cafe called The Roadhouse Cafe a few minutes walk away & a milk bar the same distance in the opposite direction. Getting AroundBuses go from the end of the street & the house is within walking distance of Byron CBD, beaches & cafes. The airport shuttle will do pick ups to & from the house. Safe parking. Other Things to NoteI prefer non smokers but smokers can smoke outside. I have three cats so no other pets are allowed. The cats never go into the guest space, the door is always closed. Good sized, private garden wraps around the house and overlooks a nature reserve at the back of the house. No neighbours behind us at all making it private and peaceful. 12ft trampoline 8 metre private swimming pool. Large screen tv with foxtel. Wii games -Netflix - Free Wifi Badminton, Boules (Bocce), beach umbrellas/shades, picnic hamper, pool toys and board games provided. It's a 20 min flat walk into town or less than 10 mins cycling on the bike track. Bus stop is 2 min walk away that takes you directly into Byron Bay (less than 10 min journey). 5 min drive into town - depending on traffic. 5 min walk from festival bus stop -taking you directly to the Blues and Splendour Festival sites towards Tyagarah. 20 min drive from Blues Fest site. 45 min drive from Gold Coast airport 25 min drive from Ballina airport. There is off-road parking in the drive way for 2 cars. Other Things to NoteFor New Years Eve week the min. stay is 6 nights. For bookings that include both Christmas and New Years Eve - the minimum stay is 12 nights. Breakfast provisions for your first day provided - fresh coffee, tea, milk, juice, bread and local muesli. Pool Maintenance - if staying more than 8 days we will need access to the garden only for 1/2 hour to clean the pool. This Security Bond relates to any missing or damaged items, excessive noise leading to complaints and general cleanliness of the property, eg. left in a clean and tidy condition, washing up done, BBQ cleaned and rubbish in bins, etc. Security call outs are charged at $165 including GST per call out. After a 2nd complaint you may be evicted without refund. Guests are responsible for missing or damaged items and cleaning expenses beyond the usual level for the property and will be charged accordingly. If a security bond claim exceeds the bond held, the guest agrees that any outstanding balances are to be paid directly to Beachside Byron within 1 week of notification including any associated recovery fees. If any claims are made against your bond, a $50 admin fee will apply and be deducted accordingly. NUMBER OF GUESTS – the number of guests must not exceed six (6) the maximum allowed at the property. Getting AroundThere is limited public transport in the area but you don't need it. Most people walk when they stay in Byron Bay. It is a 20 minute walk up to the Cape Byron Lighthouse, or 20 minutes in to town. You can book airport transfers from Ballina or the Gold Coast. We recommend Xcede Airport Transfers and Byron Bay Airport Transfers. Other Things to NoteIMPORTANT – When booking, mention that the bus needs to be able to take you to the rear of 166a Lighthouse Road, which is only accessible via NO NAME LANE. Some buses have a luggage trailers and the driver may be reluctant to go up No Name Lane (although it can be done). All the above transfer companies will ensure you are delivered to Ayana, via No Name Lane.
