The two singles are only mattresses that will be placed on the ground in the study (see pictures).

The SpaceBuilt for relaxed living, every home comfort has been thought of and provided – high speed internet, Foxtel HD, fresh linen, bath towels, hammock, a well stocked pantry and even a herb garden are all included! Beds are made up before your arrival, so no need to lug sheets, pillows or other bedding. Bathtowels also supplied, so just bring your beach towel (we can supply these upon request also). All furniture in the home is brand new. The kitchen and bathroom decor are a little dated but everything is fully functional and all appliances are brand new. Kitchen has electric stove / grill / oven, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, kettle, 4 toast toaster, jaffle iron, sunbeam kitchen whizz, even a slushy maker! Brand new Circulon saucepan set, baking trays - including bread tin - loads of salad and sauce bowls and dinner & cutlery sets for 10. Additional picnic set and rug for day trips too! Main bathroom is huge with great shower and a bath. Separate second toilet as well. Laundry with new Bosch front loader washing machine and this is where you will find extras like totem tennis, golf clubs, sun shelter, tent, picnic set and the like for your enjoyment. Large main living room features brand new leather couches, fan, huge Smart TV with Foxtel HD, including Sports channels, a DVD player and HDMI cable to hook up your own e-library. Did we mention the free high-speed internet? A second living room (The Snug) has yet another leather lounge suite and an air conditioning unit. The leafy backyard is completely enclosed by colourbond fencing, so is child and dog friendly. There is plenty of undercover for outdoor living enjoyment/entertainment area and a hooded, 4-burner gas BBQ. The property is dog friendly upon request, so please let us know if you intend to bring your dog as there are certain conditions. There are no busy roads to cross to reach Ocean (South Umina) Beach, with direct access to both the patrolled and the dog-friendly areas. On the way you will also find the skate and bike ramps, kiddies playground, tennis courts, Surf Club cafe and many other amenities. Club Umina (Bowls club) is conveniently positioned on the way home from the beach, perfect for that afternoon beverage! It's also family friendly and does a top Sunday roast and yes, they do 'barefoot bowls' on request. We're also within walking distance of a great little local Thai restaurant and the main Umina shops - about 10 and15 minutes walk respectively.     The SpaceEnjoy the pool, the bali hut, your own unique private room. Visit the spiritual room with plenty of interesting books and objects. Pat the handsome cat and play with the little Yorkshire Terrier. If you promise to bring him back, you can even walk the dog along his waterfront pathway or go alone, either way it is heaven anytime of day. Woy Woy station is close by with taxis waiting. The bus stop is at the end of the street. Plenty of parking out the front, either way you can easily get to our Fishermans Cottage. Your Olive Cottage on the scenic Central Coast, on the Peninsula with Umina Beach one end, Ettalong Beach the other side and Woy Woy finishing our triangle of beauty. With water on three sides, you can boat, canoe, catch a ferry to Palm Beach. See you soon.     The SpaceHomes is this area let for up to $7,000 pwk. I am delighted to allow priority use of my home for a fraction of this . I only need to use my own bedroom and study to quietly work online for some of the time, when I am not out. The home is only 3 houses off the beach and has views. The home is modern and air conditioned. Fully furnished with all facilities. Lovely airy light filled home, beautiful energy. You will have use of the kitchen and living areas when you want and also the HUGE bathroom and expansive balconies. Laundry is available most of the time. My bedroom and office is off limits. I am here if I am needed otherwise will busy myself elsewhere or in my office. In most instances I may go out and let the guests enjoy the living areas with freedom. Quiet, beautiful fresh air, right next to the beach. Walk the beach for many kilometres if you want. There are many picturesque walking areas as well right next to the beach. Unwind....recharge your batteries. This is my favourite place in the world....I am confident it will become one of yours too. Bus at the door. Buses also take you to the Railway station if desired. There are shopping centres within 3 to 10 mins travel by bus. Sydney is a beautiful scenic rail trip through the mountains and waterways about 75 mins to the centre. There is horse riding in various locations here on the central coast if desired. Fantastic Regional Shopping Centres (accessible by bus). you could get lost in them all day or drop in for a quick look. 9 beautiful world class beautiful cinemas in Cinema Paradiso. 5 to 10 minutes up the road, part of a beautiful Market and Café complex (which is unique and world standard) clothing, gift items, food, ambience supreme. Live theatre/Musicals about 30 to 45mins away at Laycock Street Theatre. LOTS to do or Just relax just far enough away from the hubbub. Tennis, netball, bowls if you want. Many cafes, or budget Lovely meals at clubs a quick bus trip of a few minutes or 15 minute stroll to the closest one which is right next to the beach. Just 30 mins away from Terrigal if you are driving. Otherwise a bus to Erina Fair or Gosford, then another bus to Terrigal. This is area is just as lovely, in fact more to me and others who live and love to visit this Peninsula of Booker Bay/Ettalong/Umina/Woy Woy (place of many waters). So much to see or just relax. Bus at the door, choice of several destinations. This is the place I love most in the world. Let me share it with you, I am sure it will become one on your shortlist too. Getting AroundYes bus at door, and also a couple of blocks up the road. bus goes to the (significant) local shops 3 to 10mins trip. Huge regional shopping Centres accessable by bus. Cafes aplenty, also several clubs handy by bus, for very inexpensive meals. Swimming, Bowls, Tennis, Netball, scubadiving, boating, fishing charters etc on the Peninsula, Shop or get away from it all. Live theatre/Musicals at Laycock Street theatre at Gosford etc, Palm Beach ferry for another nice scenic outing (few minutes up the road to the wharf). Beautiful Scenic Rail trip through the mountains and waterways...Sydney is about 75 mins to the centre. Other Things to NoteWe are about 10 mins walk ( couple by bus) to the World class Cinema Paradiso cinema/market/café/restaurant complex. A wonderful experience.

The new recreation precinct located at the beach has a great playground for kids of all ages and is a nice spot for a bbq but also has a cafe and restaurant. Please check the map on the listing prior to booking so you can see if the location is suitable to your needs. Its really close to Umina shops 10 minute flat walk. The area is great for surfing, swimming,boating, bike riding, fishing, SUP, kayaking, walking & Umina beach is a great beach for kids to swim, surf, body boards etc. Surf Lessons: Central Coast Surf School run surf lessons at Umina Beach on the weekends & school holidays, Umina is the perfect beach for beginners, give them a call before you arrive to make a booking. Umina is great for walking and riding bikes everywhere as it is so flat! West Street shops & cafes in 10 minute walk at Umina for all your shopping needs. Umina beach is beautiful and if you have a car it is also worth a visit to neighbouring beaches, Pearl Beach is just around the corner and Patonga is a bit further. Ettalong Beach is another lovely spot with many great cafes & it's own cinema. Umina has a skate park in the recreation precinct & an amazing playground for kids of all ages. The flying fox is great. A great place to base yourself to explore the central coast area. The old Wyong Milk Factory is great and has Luka Chocolate Cafe and chocolate making and Little Creek Cheese shop is also on site. The Reptile Park & Walkabout Wildlife park is very close by back on the freeway at Somersby & Calga, and Treetop Adventures at Ourimbah is great but you might need to book in advance. Peninsula Leisure Centre at Woy Woy has a great indoor pool centre with waterslide. Palm beach ferry service which leaves from Ettalong wharf is one of the most scenic I have ever been on! Getting AroundPlease note, the cabin is located 60mins drive from the start of the M1 freeway in Sydney. or 90 mins drive from Sydney Airport. Umina beach is on the Central Coast of NSW about 1.5hrs drive from Sydney Airport. Take the Gosford exit off the M1 & then turn right at the Woy Woy turn off, follow the signs towards Umina Beach, once on Ocean Beach road at (Ocean Beach Takeaway Store) turn right into Priestman Avenue. It's a 1 hr train journey from Central station in Sydney to Woy Woy train station, with a bus from Woy Woy station it will drop you on Ocean Beach road, Umina Beach, it is a few minutes walk along Priestman Avenue to the property. The walk from cabin to Umina beach is 15 minutes. Coles supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Parking right next to the cabin door. Other Things to NoteThe cabin is a great size for a couple, 2 couples or singles. It is also perfect for families with kids, we have a porta cot, so please let us know if you need it & we can have it ready to go.

Look for an Australian flag on a tall pole on your left halfway up our street and our house is next door, with a white verandah. Getting AroundPUBLIC TRANSPORT Public transport is especially great in this area with a bus stop at end of our street for getting you to Umina or Woy Woy. Catch bus 50 or 55. A trip to Sydney to visit Opera House, The Rocks, Darling Harbour or other attractions ideal day trip from Woy Woy. Other Things to NoteCOMING BY TRAIN FROM SYDNEY Just catch the Newcastle train from Central and get off at Woy Woy Station (1 hr 15 mins). If possible, we will pick you up. Otherwise catch a bus No 50 or 55, hop off at the Umina Mall which is located at the end of our street, Neptune Street or catch a taxi. COMING BY CAR When you arrive, park your car off the street on the paved area in front of our white verandah. FERRY RIDE TO PALM BEACH There is a nice ferry ride to Palm Beach, takes about 35 minutes and then have a meal over there at the RSL or other restaurants. MARKETS Why not visit our famous Ettalong markets, opened Saturdays & Sundays and long week-ends. Lots of bargains to be found. MOVIE THEATRES We have 6 theatres with all our latest movies showing at Ettalong. Five minutes away. JAPANESE GARDENS - East Gosford, a small garden display, entry free.

Coffee addicts can still get their morning Campos just a 1 minute stroll away at popular cafe Coast, which also has a gourmet breakfast and lunch menu, and delicious cakes all day, and there are plenty of other cafes to choose from very close by. You can see the latest movies in Cinema Paradiso, and enjoy cocktails and tapas after or before. Everything is within walking distance, but there are many beautiful places and surf beaches to explore if you have a car, and for a day on the water you can hire a boat from Anderson's Boatshed, located walking distance away at Booker Bay, or go across to Palm Beach on the ferry which leaves on the hour most of the day. Getting AroundThere is a bus or taxi from nearby Woy Woy train station if you are coming from the city, or there is a ferry from Palm Beach. Ettalong town centre is a 10 minute stroll along the waterfront reserve walking/cycling track, which extends all the way to Umina Beach. Parking is available on request. The house is right on the water and has a private swimming pool, great for those hot summers days. There is a BBQ area at the property. Within 15 mins you?ll find; Patonga, Kilcare, McMasters, Copacabana and Pearl Beach so you?ll have plenty to choose from. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. For the nature lover you are right on the edge of Bouddi National Park, home to some stunning walks. In fact one of the walks (flannel flower walk) starts just down the street and will take you to the picturesque Hardy's Bay - a perfect breakfast or lunch destination. If fishing is your thing we can guarantee you'll love the shack. Brisbane waters is full of sea life and is a local fishing spot. Fish right of the jetty at any time of day or if you have your own boat you are welcome to bring it and enjoy the deep water right out front.

    The SpaceOur studio apartment at Ettalong Beach Resort (the same complex as The Mantra) has quality solid oak and beech furniture, easy to use electrical appliances and enhanced entertainment . There's even a new slightly elevated outdoor setting to make the most of the views from the balcony over breakfast. Another benefit is the king-size bed - studio apartments here normally only have a queen. The king bed here gives couples that extra space that helps make for a peaceful night's sleep. For those looking for a twin room the king bed can be split into two singles making this a great twin room option - there's no argument over who gets the sofa-bed! (because in this apartment there isn't one... it accommodates two guests only) The apartment is on the 4th floor of the resort on its western elevation so it's great place from which to watch the sunset over the hills. Please bear in mind the water is to the south and so is visible from the apartment's balcony (see photos) but not from inside the apartment. We have often stayed in other apartments in this resort ourselves so we know what a difference little additions, modifications and alterations can make to the experience. This is why, as well as the upgrades mentioned so far, being new owners we have also included little features like these: - the choice of front-, side- or back-sleeper pillows - additional, more convenient hanging hooks for towels and robes in the bathroom - a bluetooth speaker - Maxwell and Williams Cashmere crockery, including mugs rather than cups for a more thirst-quenching cuppa! Anyway, that's enough about the apartment - we hope you get the picture. Now for the resort and location. There is a lovely pool on the first floor with sun-loungers and a terrace with tables, chairs and more great views of the water. There are three lifts to whisk you up and down and plentiful parking both underground and on the surface. So, to summarise... This apartment is a cut above the norm in this resort but isn't any more expensive most of the time and will usually be much more affordable. It has been carefully and thoughtfully upgraded with quality items. The washing machine is a Bosch, the TV and microwave are Panasonic, the bar-fridge is Westinghouse and the clothes dryer Whirlpool. There is also an iron, ironing board, safe and hair-dryer. The bathroom has a spa bath with a shower. Please note the kitchenette does not have an oven but it does have a microwave and a two-plate stove top. Like all rooms in the resort it is a non-smoking room - and the smoke alarms are very sensitive! Guest AccessThe resort has a fantastic pool with views out to the ocean through the headlands. There is also an outdoor spa. There is a gym in the complex that can be used for an extra cost. The apartment is not shared. It will be for your sole use. Check in is after 2pm and check out is before 10am although these times may be flexible. Just let us know your plans. Interaction with GuestsThe apartment is for you only! We will not be joining you. We'll then meet you upon check out to collect the keys and eagerly receive any feedback. The NeighborhoodThe resort is on The Esplanade at Ettalong Beach. This Esplanade is a recently improved jewel with a cycle path and many other facilities and it is perfect for a stroll along the water to take in the natural beauty of Brisbane Water and Bouddi National Parks. There are many spots to sit and watch the boats sail back and forth across the water, all shapes and sizes, ranging from sailing dinghies to the Palm Beach ferry. At night the red and green lights blink into the watery distance and the beam of Barrenjoey Lighthouse pierces the star-strewn sky. A short walk away is Ettalong town, which has many shopping and restaurant options to choose from including Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian and Italian as well as the more traditional Aussie options. Ettalong also has what must be one of the nicest cinema experiences in Australia. It is a quirky Italianate architectural feast for the eyes - just look around when you're there... and we say this as completely impartial reviewers with no vested interest in the cinema! Getting AroundGetting around is easy. There are buses at the door and Woy Woy train station, which has a direct line to Sydney and Newcastle, is only a 15 - 20 minute bus ride away. Parking is available above and below ground for free. To arrive from Sydney airport it's a simple two train and one bus journey. Total travel time would be less than two hours. Other Things to NotePLEASE NOTE: - Our apartment accommodates two people only. There are only beds for two people. Check in time is after 2pm and check out is before 11am although these times may be flexible, just let us know your plans. There is a lost/damaged key fee of $50 (this is what it costs us to replace the keycard).

      Umina Beach House is 400m from Umina Beach, a large, beautiful and uncrowded golden sandy beach just 90km north of Sydney. It is surf patrolled and a large part is dog friendly for long beach strolls with your pet. Umina Beach House features a large covered outdoor area with 6 seater dining table (indoors and outdoors) and BBQ cooking facilities. It has yards at the back and front. It is pet friendly so you can bring your pet with you. The house has 3 bedrooms so is suitable for a family but can be used by a group of adults. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and one with two single beds. It is very comfortable with air conditioning in the house. There are bicycles, helmets and locks available. Board games and boule to play in the garden. Umina has all major supermarkets and a selection of cafes and restaurants. Standard rate is based on two adults. Extra adults or children are charged extra as utilities are included. Cleaning fee is per rental. Linen can be used for a $10.00 per rental charge but there is an option to buy your own. A security bond is collected and refunded after rental subject to any deductions. Umina is around 80 mins drive from central Sydney. The property is near a large beach in Umina (about 400m walk). The house is pet friendly and the beach has a large area where dogs are allowed. The beach stretches from the north end of Umina to near Ettalong and is surf patrolled. There are cafes and restaurants in nearby Umina main street which also has Coles, Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets. The area is very close to national parks and lovely Central Coast localities such as Pearl Beach and Patonga. Ideally suited for a couple the property can sleep up to five (max 3 adults). The place has a secluded fenced area which is secure for small children and dogs. One dog only is preferred although this can be discussed.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms with 2 TVs, 2 bathrooms, 2 decks and state of the art kitchen. There is a large undercover entertaining deck with spa, an indoor toy/play room for the kids, toddler bikes and scooters, boardgames, an outdoor boat cubby house and free wifi, to keep everyone entertained. The house can be kept cool in summer with a reverse cycle air conditioner in each lounge room along with ceiling fans and huge windows and doors that open all the way out onto decks. The main entertaining deck even has an outdoor fan and heater. Three bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main also has an air conditioner. Finally there is free wifi, as well as all telephone usage (all mobiles, STD calls covered - please no international). However parts of the property have not been completely finished. One pathway down the side of the house is paved but the other is not (but it is safe). Other small unfinished touches are some skirting boards, main bedroom with a small patch on the ceiling unpainted, surrounds of front door unfinished (but safe) and an un-renovated but functional bathroom with bath and shower.           The SpaceSTEP OFF THE LAWN AND STRAIGHT OUT ONTO THE SAND.! This unique beach house is set on a nearly an acre of lawn right on the beach. Panoramic views. It might possibly be the largest Beach Front on the Central Coast with the Pacific Ocean coming right up to the front of our property. To the rear of the property is a lagoon, and along the side is a creek - so surrounded on 3 sides by water ! A little wharf on the lagoon side to fish from or launch your canoe, or paddle boat - not for powered craft. the property is set at the end of a private road, you really feel as if you are escaping. There is even a mini 3 hole golf course to have fun with.[not for serious golfers!] A games hut with a variety of games for use on the expansive lawns. This comfortable beach house has 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 12 people. Two lounge areas to relax in, one on each level with Plasma screens and BluRay DVD players. There is also an Xbox set up for further fun and a selection of board games if you get really bored! The master bedroom is upstairs and has fantastic beach views, a king size bed, Bedroom 2 opens onto the deck and overlooking the beach, It has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a set of bunk beds, Bedroom 4 has a single bed and a set of bunk beds, Bedroom 5 has twin beds. Getting AroundEmerald Cove is just over an 1 hr north of Sydney at the southern end of Ocean Beach - next door to Pearl Beach. The property is situated at the quieter end of the beach it is great for children, the surfers can walk about 100m up the beach for better surfing conditions. Walk around the rock into Pearl Beach, or take the track, or travel 5 min by car. Patonga is approx 10mins away and lunch at the pub there is very pleasant. You can also travel to the central coast by ferry/water taxi from Palm Beach to Ettalong or Patonga – just 10 minutes away. Umina shopping is just a few minutes away by car with Cafes, supermarkets, and a vast array of stores for you to stock up on all your needs. Ettalong is also nearby that has some great restaurants and cafes. Other Things to NoteIt is a very cosy neighbourhood, so we do ask guests to respect the neighbours. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms with 2 TVs, 1 bathroom (bath and shower), 1 toilet, 2 decks and state of the art kitchen. In the small studio there is a double bed, a loft with single bed, kitchenette, full sized fridge and freezer, microwave, single-pot induction stove, bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, TV and DVD player that can be moved into the main house if needed, private deck and wifi access. The studio also has a ceiling fan and air conditioner and a portable fan in the loft. There is a large alfresco entertaining deck with built in BBQ and spa, an indoor toy/play room for the kids, toddler bikes and scooters, boardgames, an outdoor boat cubby house and free wifi and Netflix to keep everyone entertained. The house can be kept cool in summer with a reverse cycle air conditioner in each lounge room along with ceiling fans and huge windows and doors that open all the way out onto decks. Overall the home is beautifully and comfortably decorated with new AEG appliances (2 ovens and induction stove top) and huge polished scribbly gum island bench top to sit around whilst preparing meals along with brand new built in BBQ and range hood.
