It is perfect for a couple who enjoy relaxing in a secluded setting, while being able to stroll within a few minutes to the Huskisson Wharf. Leave here for whale and dolphin watching, diving, fishing charters and the Huski Ferry which will take you across the creek. Walk a little further along to the seawater pool and beaches. Guest AccessOur guests will have offstreet parking, and have access to their accommodation through the garden. They will have their own deck, bedroom and bathroom.     The SpaceThe two bedroom cottage has a spacious main bedroom with queen bed and amazing views over Jervis Bay. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with built in wardrobes. A fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge and sink (there is no upright stove an electric frypan is provided and a Webber BBQ is situated alongside the deck and pool.) Guest AccessGuest can access the communal laundry with washing and drying facilities free of charge. Saltwater swimming pool and private jetty for fishing or relaxing. Garden and seating areas for eating and relaxing alongside the waterfront. Interaction with GuestsWe live on site and have a small reception area to distribute keys and local tourist information. The NeighborhoodAnglesea Cabin is centrally located and only 3 minutes level walking to cafes, restaurants, beaches. We are situated at the end of a laneway so there is no public access or traffic noise. We have 6 other bungalows on the property, 4 are for couples and 2 family cabins as well as the owners residence. Getting AroundSecure parking is available on the property. We have space for 1 car per bungalow which is parked in the parking area inside the entrance of the property. If you require more than one parking space or have a boat or trailer we can arrange parking if requested. Other Things to NoteThis cabin is semi detached from the owners residence and frequently used by family and friends. Noise is restricted after 10 p.m in all bungalows to ensure everyone has a relaxed stay.

    The SpaceAcross the road from Moona Inlet and Husky Beach, this spot is perfect for accessing everything both Husskison and Vincentia have to offer: gorgeous beaches, great walks, cafés and restaurants. This was our family holiday home for 20 years before we decided to renovate and offer holidaymakers and those seeking a quiet getaway the opportunity to enjoy the spot. Guests have access to the full house, as well as parking, a small back yard, and BBQ, with complete privacy. We live in the house behind this cottage most of the year and are available to offer recommendations of great places to eat, if that's what you want. Off the main road in a quiet spot, you'll hear the waves from your bedroom at night and the birds in the morning. The house is a stroll from the beach, a 15 minute walk to Husky town and 30 to 40 minutes walk from Vincentia. Plenty of great walking tracks and paved bike paths close by. Guest AccessTwo bedrooms one with qs bed,one with 2 singles. Separate lounge room, new kitchen fully equipped,and new bathrooms ,one with bath ( full size ) and vanity the other with toilet shower and vanity, porta cot can be provided on req, large laundry . Guests have access to free Wi Fi. All beds have electric blankets.there is an extensive DVD collection . All linen is provided. By prior request we can also provide the use of ladies and gents bicycles, a stand up paddle board, and a two person canoe. Large outdoor entertaining area with BBQ's. The unit is 50 m from Moona Moona Beach and ideal for families with safe areas to swim and play. Also some sneaky little areas to sun your self away from all the visitors to the Jervis Bay area. Guest AccessUnderground security parking for 2 cars. Plenty of outdoor parking in front of the property. Access to all other areas of the unit including communal outdoor entertaining area. The NeighborhoodThese units are nestled directly opposite one of the most family friendly beaches on Jervis Bay. Frontal outlook is over the pristine Jervis Bay with the rear outlook (and entertaining area) hidden in the tranquil outlook of the tropical rain forests. Getting AroundLimited taxi, but the best way to travel is via a relaxing walk along the 8 km track (35m from your door step) along the shores of Jervis Bay and into the main towns of Huskisson and Vincentia. Small fenced rear yard. Getting AroundThere is limited public transport in the area. A taxi service is available and local clubs provide a courtesy bus to and from their venues. Local bike hire is available, with delivery and pick up service. Lots of cycleways so you don't have to ride on the road. Other Things to NoteWe have 3 dogs that live in the adjoining back yard. Two are small mini foxies and the other is a large airedale cross. All are very friendly and good with children.

Free Wifi is included but can be a little touch and go in our area, especially in peak holiday season. If you are unable to log on in the studio feel free to sit on the back deck of the main house where the signal is stronger OR jump fully into holiday mode, forget the internet and head to the beach! :) The main living area has lounge area plus a small, kitchenette with basic facilities (toaster oven, a portable two burner camp cooker, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities.) Studio Cantamar offers 2 separate sleeping areas, the main bedroom has a queen size bed, television and DVD while a separate open loft area above the main living space has a queen size futon (not suitable for very small children or toddlers as there is a ladder to climb.) The studio also has one small bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a private deck attached or feel free to wander over to the main deck of the Casa Cantamar and pull up a hammock with your hosts Marco and Tracy. Beaches are less than 5 to 15 minutes away from Streamside depending where you go in the Jervis Bay area. Please note that Streamside Guesthouse is not a whole house. It is connected to the main house with your own private entrance & under covered BBQ & entertaining area. Streamside is the home of Penny & Charlie Daly & we are happy to share our little piece of paradise with our guest to interact as much or as little as you like. The recycled Blackbutt kitchen & dining room is designed for serious cooking with friends or family, complete with European appliances & extensive quality kitchenware & cookbooks. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves and wakeup to beautiful birdsong. The house has a unique layout with 3 beautiful bespoke queen beds & 1 double. We supply quality pillows & duvets (with linen covers). Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases & towels for our more eco friendly option, or we can arrange linen for an additional cost of $200. Metta uses eco products right down to the "who gives a crap" toilet paper & corn garbage bags! With a lighter tourism footprint you can enjoy Metta again & again. Seasons are beautiful on the south coast and though we are famous for our summers and beaches, we would really recommend spring, winter and autumn by our roaring fire, when you are likely to be the only person on the beach for miles. The NeighborhoodFor those that need more than books & birdwatching the location is sublime. There is dolphin and whale watching (with a resident pod of dolphins on our beach), stand up paddle, kayaking, kite surfing, diving, snorkelling & legendary fishing. Lots to enjoy! The location of our house makes for a very convenient holiday being so close to everything; yet the house somehow remains tucked away in a beautiful and peaceful leafy location. No noisy traffic or people passing by. Our local beach is breathtaking, white sands and crystal clear blue ocean water. Bring your snorkel or paddle board as there are lots of fish and Dolphins to spot! As Jervis bay is so protected it rarely has big waves great for toddlers and young kids. Getting AroundOnce you arrive, there is no real need to jump in the car. The house is in a very convenient location to the beach and shops. Bring your bike as there is a great bike track or we can arrange for you! Other Things to NoteWe try and make your stay as homely as possible. We provide a few essentials to get you through the first few nights, including dish tablets, couple rolls of toilet paper, fresh dish cloth, garbage bags, soap etc. We welcome guests to our cupboards where you can find a few supermarket basics but it cannot always be guaranteed what will be in there. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION This is a beautiful spacious apartment which is located on the southern side of the complex with views of the main street of Huskisson. The apartment is ideal for those with small children/infants or for those who are less mobile. Entry is via ground floor where the laundry facilities are located and you then continue up one flight of stairs to the rest of the apartment that is spread across one floor. Once you have accessed the first floor, there are no further stairs making it easier to get around all living and bedroom areas. These entry stairs can be blocked off with a baby gate (supplied). The apartment has great cross ventilation as well as reverse cycle air conditioning. The apartment consists of a full kitchen, large open plan lounge/dining room with double sliding door access to a large north facing outdoor courtyard complete with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The main bathroom is complete with separate bath and shower and the bedrooms consist of a master queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom with balcony facing Owen Street, and a tri-bunk bedroom (double plus single bunk bed as one). Walk out your front door and you are on the trendy main street of Huskisson with it’s numerous cafes and restaurants. Guest AccessCHECK IN & KEY COLLECTION Check in is STRICTLY on or after 2pm unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management. Keys must be collected from the key box located adjacent to door way on right hand side of car park garage door by using the code issued with your booking confirmation. Once check-in has taken place, keys are the responsibility of the tenant. If keys are lost or locked inside the apartment a call out fee of $50 (after 7pm) applies which will be deducted from the tenants bond. If a remote is lost a replacement cost of $66 will be deducted from the tenants bond. CHECK OUT & KEY DROP OFF Check out is STRICTLY on or before 10am unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management. Front door key and garage remote must be returned to the key box from where they were collected using the code issued with your booking confirmation. Failure to return the keys and remote to the key box by 10am will incur a $50.00 charge, which will be deducted from the bond. The area boasts world-class cafes, restaurants, pubs, wine bars and a burgeoning music scene. Getting AroundAROUND JERVIS BAY The main clubs eg. Vincentia Golf Club, Husskison Pub, Club Husky and Club Jervis Bay (RSL) all offer courtesy buses. The local Taxi company is called St Georges Basin Taxis and can be reached on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Nowra Coaches (Ph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) operates extensive bus services throughout the Shoalhaven including Bomaderry, South Nowra, Huskisson, Vincentia and Jervis Bay. GETTING TO JERVIS BAY Getting to Jervis Bay is fairly easy, regardless of whether you plan on arriving by car, coach or train. Jervis Bay is a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney and Canberra. Premier Transport and Murrays Coaches both offer several coach services between Sydney and Canberra to the south coast arriving in either Nowra. There are also regular City Rail services on the South Coast line from Central Sydney to Bomaderry. Alternatively, the CountryLink rail service connects Canberra to Nowra, via Albion Park. From the train station you can catch a bus out to Jervis Bay (and Huskisson) which takes about half an hour. For stays over 7 nights, a service clean and linen change will occur at the half way point of your stay. This is at no additional charge.                   The Space10 years ago we moved to Jervis Bay to renovate and run the beautiful 100-year-old Huskisson Bed & Breakfast. The B&B We are both passionate about creating the perfect B&B for guests to feel relaxed in informal; a bit quirky; vintage/beach-style and VERY comfortable with everything you would expect in a boutique B&B: comfort, quality linen, big towels, tea and coffee and cookies any time, delicious light breakfast. For an idea of how popular our B&B is, look us up online or check out our many great tripadvisor reviews. We have a friendly dog (chocolate labrador) and a fat cat. Breakfast is included in the price and is fresh, locally sourced and seasonal. Fruit salad, fruit compote, organic muesli (and all the cereals), greek yoghurt, fresh juice, fresh bakery bread and homemade marmalade (with limes from our garden). We make great espresso coffee and leaf tea for you too. You have your own private, airy and light queen guest room with private ensuite, a super-comfy, queen-sized bed and own TV/DVD. Every individual guest room has a private ensuite bathroom with clawfoot bathtub and walk-in shower. All rooms have access to garden or verandah. All guests have use of the verandah, the big guest only sitting and dining room with comfy sofas, lots of books, games, and a great DVD library. We have a real wood fire for cosy winter evenings. Please note that this is not a whole house rental: there will be other couples or families staying with you in this B&B. Guest AccessThis is a real B&B. The NeighborhoodJervis Bay Jervis Bay's many beaches have the whitest sand you will ever see and crystal-clear blue waters. Wild eucalypt forest spills down to the pristine sands, the huge natural bay teems with whales and dolphins, the national parks have kangaroos and there are wallabies on the beach. There are sugar gliders and possums and a myriad brightly coloured birds living in the gardens. Jervis Bay really is paradise. Huskisson The town of Huskisson is Jervis Bay's capital - This coastal village has several world-quality cafes and restaurants, a great ocean side pub, a tiny heritage cinema, banks, pharmacies, boutique shops, a great bakery, butcher and deli. A post office, a surf shop, paddleboard hire, kayak, bike and dive hire shops, and most importantly the the wharf which is the jumping off spot for all Jervis Bay's dolphin and whale cruise tours. All this is just five minutes' walk from Huskisson B&B. Getting AroundThis area doesn't have great public transport yet and there is still a lack of land-based tours for visitors, but there is local bicycle hire and plenty of great walking and cycle tracks for you to explore. There are some buses in summer but to be honest - if you really want to explore the national parks and everything Jervis Bay and the Shoalhaven have to offer - it would be best to hire a car. Parking at the B&B is free. Other Things to NoteWe are an established B&B and have been running for many years. We do take families in our family suite: the Garden Room can be taken along with a small annex room (with twin beds for up to 2 kids or 2 extra adults). These rooms share a big private bathroom with walk-in shower and clawfoot bathtub. Extra adults or kids are $50 per person per night. We have four seperate B&B guest rooms, so if it looks as though we are booked up on airbnb, please contact us through our website as we may have availability.

We are situated at the end of a laneway so there is no public access or traffic noise. We have 6 other bungalows on the property, 4 are for couples and 2 family cabins as well as the owners residence. Getting AroundSecure parking is available on the property. We have space for 1 car per bungalow which is parked in the parking area inside the entrance of the property. If you require more than one parking space or have a boat or trailer we can arrange parking if requested. Tapalla Point is also within easy walking distance of Sailor's Beach. Key Features- Tapalla Point is a comfortable beach house in a fantastic location. It is perfect for either a couple, a group of friends or a small family getaway. Configuration- Tapalla Point is a single level home with three bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and living area, sunroom and internal laundry. Outdoors - Tapalla Point has a lovely veranda on the front of the house leading on to a grass area which takes you to Moona Moona Creek. The house also offers a small backyard. Heating and cooling- Tapalla Point has ceiling fans to keep you cool on those hot summer nights and a gas heater for the cool ones. Linen- Tapalla Point provides linen and towels. It is located across the road from the Lady Denman Museum and a short walk to the famous beaches of Jervis Bay. There are footy ovals around the corner along with a park and tennis courts which are available to hire. LAYOUT (please see floor plan) While the house is not huge, it has plenty of room for a family or 2 couples. It has been recently renovated yet still retains the charm of its era of construction with timber floors and an open fire. This is how a beach house should be! A lounge room with reverse cycle air conditioning, an open fire and access to the deck is at the entry to the house. There is also a separate dining room next to the kitchen.                     The SpaceOne of the most sought after locations in Huskisson is Moona Moona Creek. It provides a safe swimming spot for the kids and is protected from the Nor-east winds through summer. The near new Aqualeaf Apartment is located on the creek and across the road from its grassy verges. Completed in 2014, the Aquamist apartment complex has set a new standard for the area. Aqualeaf is a comfortable apartment located on the ground floor with large outdoor spaces and a very liveable layout inside. Based here you have plenty of options! You can ride your bike along the beachfront to the main street of Huskisson or over to Vincentia along the well uitilised bike path, or go mountain biking in the forest behind the complex. Swim, kayak or fish in Moona Moona Creek or wander up to Collingwood beach and swim in the bay. There’s a great barbeque area and playground on Huskisson Beach a few minutes walk away. It’s all at your doorstep. The apartment is a top example of modern architecture with a practical layout for one or two families or 3 couples. Up one end is the dining room and down the other is the living room. Combined with the outdoor areas there is plenty of space to get away when you’re not at the beach. There is a state of the art kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm, or you might prefer to sit on the deck and fire up the barbeque. Having heating and air-conditioning, you will be able to escape the heat in summer and keep toasty warm in winter. BEDROOMS Linen is included all year round. BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet, while the ensuite has a double shower and toilet. There is a closet with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. OUTSIDE There are two decks; a very large one that runs the length of the apartment and a private one off the living room and main bedroom where you can see the water. Just in front of the main deck is a shared lawn for the kids to play where you can keep an eye on them, although there isn’t direct access to the lawn. But with 4 bedrooms it allows each person to have privacy. The outdoor area is child friendly and has a BBQ for your use. Guest AccessThe flat is situated on 107 acres. We have around 18 000 Christmas trees, 2000 timber trees on the property with the balance being native bushland. You are welcome to go for a walk anywhere on the property. Kangaroos come up to the back fence every evening. You can pat the horses feed the chickens and pat our very friendly dogs. Interaction with GuestsAs I live on the property I will generally be on hand to welcome you and show you the highlights. I am generally available 24/7. We aim to please. The NeighborhoodThe little house is situated a short walk from the village - the area is very safe and you can walk safely during the day or night. Getting AroundParking is available on the site in your own space. If you travel by train, you alight at Bomaderry/Nowra station and catch the bus to Huskisson - which will stop outside the door. Check the timetable with Sydney trains - South Coast timetable to Bomaderry/Nowra. Shuttle services are available from Sydney airport - we can arrange pickup. Other Things to NoteFrom the house you have access to all the beaches in Jervis Bay to swim, snorkel, dive or just for that lazy afternoon walk. You can catch a boat and head off to view the dolphins and whales during their migration season - or bring your kayak and paddle out around the coast. You can also fish in the Bay - but you will need a license which is available locally.

Getting AroundYou are a short drive away from the beautiful beaches of Hyams Beach & Vincentia, as well as the spectacular Booderee National Park. Please note that there is not a lot of public transport in Husky, however a daily bus leaves Vincentia for Nowra. Other Things to NoteSailors' Shack is at the rear of a 3 bedroom house, Sailors' Cottage. The two properties are often rented together for large groups (eg 3 generations of a family is popular), or separately. A high fence and gate give each group privacy when rented separately.

There is one queen, double and single beds. Bath towels are provided. Throw rugs and extra quilts can be found in the large white cupboard in living area. Ironing board and iron are in the linen press in hallway. First aid kit and other essentials can be found in the cupboard above the fridge. Guest AccessThere is a large back deck with BBQ area. And front deck for a more quiet reflective time looking onto nature reserve. There is a double garage which currently only lends itself to a single garage as the right roller door is permanently locked but the left door can be opened and the garage accessed this way. There is also a side door on the garage which accesses the laundry and second shower/toilet. There is medium sized back yard with clothes line. Interaction with GuestsWhen you arrive there will be a sheet with general information and contact numbers that can be used if needed during your stay. I will also individually keep in contact with guests prior to your stay answering any questions and providing information required.

You have your own separate entrance, garden area and outdoor setting. Should you need us, we are only a text message or call away. The NeighborhoodWith lovely garden views and outdoor setting, Anam Cara is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! With the Jervis Bay Maritime Museum & Nature park across the road, you are surrounded by the sounds of birds and a short stroll through to the lovely mangrove boardwalks. The Main Street of Huskisson is an 8 minute walk away and has plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, not to mention the amazing views of our lovely town! We feel like we live in paradise and know that we do ;) Ssshhh Getting AroundHuskisson is a small, walkable town, surrounded by beaches and national parks. You can easily walk to the main beaches or national park areas. Should you wish to explore more of Jervis Bay, there are buses that run between the coastal towns, or a car would enable you to further explore the hinterlands.
