This is a beautiful spacious apartment which is located on the southern side of the complex with views of the main street of Huskisson. The apartment is ideal for those with small children/infants or for those who are less mobile. Entry is via ground floor where the laundry facilities are located and you then continue up one flight of stairs to the rest of the apartment that is spread across one floor. Once you have accessed the first floor, there are no further stairs making it easier to get around all living and bedroom areas. These entry stairs can be blocked off with a baby gate (supplied).
The apartment has great cross ventilation as well as reverse cycle air conditioning. The apartment consists of a full kitchen, large open plan lounge/dining room with double sliding door access to a large north facing outdoor courtyard complete with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
The main bathroom is complete with separate bath and shower and the bedrooms consist of a master queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom with balcony facing Owen Street, and a tri-bunk bedroom (double plus single bunk bed as one).

Check in is STRICTLY on or after 2pm unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management. Keys must be collected from the key box located adjacent to door way on right hand side of car park garage door by using the code issued with your booking confirmation.
Once check-in has taken place, keys are the responsibility of the tenant. If keys are lost or locked inside the apartment a call out fee of $50 (after 7pm) applies which will be deducted from the tenants bond. If a remote is lost a replacement cost of $66 will be deducted from the tenants bond.
CHECK OUT & KEY DROP OFF
Check out is STRICTLY on or before 10am unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management. Front door key and garage remote must be returned to the key box from where they were collected using the code issued with your booking confirmation. Failure to return the keys and remote to the key box by 10am will incur a $50.00 charge, which will be deducted from the bond. If check-out occurs later than midday (unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management), a full nights tariff will apply and be deducted from the bond. The apartment is right in the heart of Huskisson and Husky is the gateway to Jervis Bay. Take a walk down Owen Street where you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, wine bars and the newly renovated pub “The Huskisson”. Dolphin and Whale Watching Cruises are just metres away, as are the famous white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay.

Coastal, marine and hinterland National Parks offer fantastic bushwalking, cycling tracks, Indigenous culture, camping spots, cliff-top lookouts and maritime heritage.

One of the best places in Australia to witness whales on their annual migrations, humpbacks and southern right whales can be seen both offshore and inside the calmer waters of the bay from June through to November.
The many bay and ocean beaches, lagoons, secret coves and hidden creeks are perfect for swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, standup paddle boarding and surfing.

The main clubs eg. Vincentia Golf Club, Husskison Pub, Club Husky and Club Jervis Bay (RSL) all offer courtesy buses.

Nowra Coaches (Ph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) operates extensive bus services throughout the Shoalhaven including Bomaderry, South Nowra, Huskisson, Vincentia and Jervis Bay.
GETTING TO JERVIS BAY
Getting to Jervis Bay is fairly easy, regardless of whether you plan on arriving by car, coach or train. Jervis Bay is a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney and Canberra.
Premier Transport and Murrays Coaches both offer several coach services between Sydney and Canberra to the south coast arriving in either Nowra. There are also regular City Rail services on the South Coast line from Central Sydney to Bomaderry. Alternatively, the CountryLink rail service connects Canberra to Nowra, via Albion Park. From the train station you can catch a bus out to Jervis Bay (and Huskisson) which takes about half an hour. Other Things to NoteInclusions

Servicing, Linen and Cleaning
The apartments are self-contained and are also set up with a servicing ‘starter kit’. This consists of linen and bath towels on arrival as well as basic amenities that include small milks, tea, coffee, toilet paper (2 rolls) etc. Beach towels are not included in the linen package. For stays over 7 nights, a service clean and linen change will occur at the half way point of your stay. This is at no additional charge. If you require additional services please tell us before you check-in, these can be arranged for a fee. Cleaning of the apartment is included in the initial quote, but an excess cleaning fee of minimum $50 will apply if the apartment is not left in a clean and tidy manner. Garage parking is provided for the apartment. Car spaces are marked as per apartment number. There is one car space per apartment. For additional cars there is plenty of free off-street parking outside the apartments in Field St.
There is strictly no smoking inside the premises. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the property.
