There is a lounge room with tv, dvd and video, cd player and lots of games for the children. A well equipped eat-in kitchen and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The house has airconditioning in the lounge room which is very welcome after a hot day on the lake or to warm you up in winter. The home has recently been refurbished making it a very inviting and comfortable house which includes just about everything a family should need. You just need to bring your own linen. There is also a children's playground with fort, slippery dip and swing. Also perfect for water skiers with the properties close proximity to boat ramp and ample room to park and clean your boat. The SpaceWe will post new photos of the flat soon. The downstairs Lake Treehouse flat is the premises we have available for holiday rental. Sorry the upstairs is not available. National park and distant lake views where the wildlife are abundant and you can reconnect with nature, hear the birds, see kangaroos grazing at sunrise and sunset. BBQ and outdoor furniture on a small but private deck makes for easy holidays. One bedroom with two queen beds and en suite. Kitchen/dining area also has a small sofa bed and opens onto the deck. Our neighbours hold the keys and will help arrange anything you need. We live overseas. Its a quick walk down the hill to the creek where you can paddle from the creek to the lake to the ocean if you have a kayak or SUP. Otherwise its a quick cycle to the lake or the ocean or 2 minute drive in the car. The neighbours are quiet, nice and helpful if you need anything but keep to themselves otherwise. Milton a quaint town is a short drive away and is a wonderful place to go to the theatre, to hear a band or for a good coffee or some lunch. There are two hotels there and Mollymook beach is close by as is Narrawallee. There are many wonderful bush walks as well as the walk along the lake to the beach and surfing at Green Island, there is always a wave. Swimming in the lake is awesome as the lake is open into the ocean often and the current carries you from the entrance to the shops and you can exit and walk back only to do it all again! The lake is abundant with whiting, flat head and prawns, its a fisherman's paradise. No public transport but everything including the bowling club is within easy walking distance. Kitchen condiments and supplies are available for you to use ie flour and other baking needs, salt, pepper, cooking oil as well as laundry detergent. Please make yourselves at home. The NeighborhoodWe love the peaceful environment here. Sometimes we will be occupying our house upstairs and sometimes we will be away. We are happy to interact with you or not when you are here, its up to you. The creek at the bottom of the street, you can see the water, offers an easy paddle to the lake and then beyond into the ocean if you have a kayak or SUP. There is abundant whiting, flat head and prawns in the lake. Its a fisherman's paradise and safe too. It never gets over populated. The bowling club is walking distance down the road for meals or an opportunity to meet some local people. There is a 9 hole golf course within walking distance also. Green Island has great surf and the beach has awesome waves especially for SUPs and boogie boarders, perfect for families. Best of all is that everything is within walking distance, you can get to the beach by walking alongside the lake. There are two local shops for bread and milk and nearby Milton is a lovely quaint town for coffee, shopping, a nice lunch or dinner. There is a lovely old theatre which hosts bands and other musicians all advertised on the internet so its easy to see what is happening. There is no wi fi at our place we use a Telstra usb which you can bring with you. They are easy to buy and very useful for their portability. You can buy extra credit when you run out so its a good way to monitor your internet usage as well. Getting AroundThere is no public transport sorry but there are lots of walks and you don't really need a car until you leave. Other Things to NoteThe hot water system is solar. The granny flat is wheelchair accessible although access to the bathroom for a wheelchair is via carport because there is a step going from the bedroom to the bathroom. So, its not ideal for a wheelchair but its possible.

This lovely 4 bedroom house is situated in a quite back street away from the main road. it has it's own pontoon with direct access to main lake via kayak or tinnie, or if you are not that energetic simply just drop in a line, have a drink and hand feed the local birds. You are just 500 mtr from main lake and boat ramp.100 mtr from Pattimoores lagoon and 1.4 km from surf beach. It's totally flat so bring you bike and peddle to your heats content, or stay in and Choose a DVD or book from the extensive collection supplied The bowling club, liquor store and grocery shop are all within walking distance. We are on 12 acres of garden and bush full of kangaroos and native birds. Sometimes a goanna or an echidna can be spotted. Since we opened 10 years ago we have won several awards. The house is air conditioned and has a full bathroom with a separate shower and toilet and internal laundry. It has one queen size bedroom, with the second bedroom having 2 x single bunks with a pull out trundle bed and the third bedroom has a double/single bunk bed. The living room contains digital TV and DVD player. The house boasts a large bbq outdoor entertaining area with a remote control lockup double car garage and also side gate access into the yard for either extra secure parking for either the boat or trailer. The house is located only minutes from the water and 400m to the boat ramp. The lake is peaceful and provides safe swimming for both dogs and children. Getting AroundThere is a 8 min max walk to the Post office which includes a takeaway shop & newsagents Or another 8 min walk in the opposite direction to the Liquor & General Store. Lake Conjola is located less then 15 minutes from historic rural Milton the Ulladulla. The surrounding districts offer an abundance of nature's delights with spectacular scenery, forested mountains and myriad fascinating waterways. There is a variety of uncrowded surf breaks. Mollymook reef , Golf Course reef, Ulladulla Bommie, Rennies Beach, Dum Dums, Green Island (located off Conjola beach) or Bendalong The return walk up spectacular Pigeon House Mountain takes about 4 hours. Conjola bowling club just down the road serves great value yummy meals with a free curtesy pick up drop off bus and bare foot bowls. Milton 5 minutes drive is full of cafes, restaurants, vintage shops, pubs and a theatre. The main bedroom has an incredibly comfortable latex queen mattress. The second bedroom has a full size cot and or a single bed. There is a washing machine in the large shed at the side of the house which is unlocked. If you have kids there are plenty of toys and a pram you can use. Pets considered if they sleep on the enclosed deck. There is a kennel on the deck.     The SpaceOur house is brand new, beautifully presented & fully furnished. We think it is in the best location in Lake Conjola and is available for rent all year round. It has a lovely leafy outlook from almost every window with lake glimpses from the rear entertainment deck. A gorgeous cosy Woodfire has now been installed - perfect for a Winter Weekend Getaway with all wood being provided free of charge. Our house sleeps 10 people. 4 Bedrooms consist of a Queen Bed whilst the fifth bedroom has a Double Bunk Bed. It is in such a perfect location approximately 150m from the lake & the Lake Conjola Tourist Park. It is one of the closest houses you will get to the Beach. Speaking of the Beach, Lake Conjola/Green Island is arguably one of the most stunning beaches in the world. Apart from holiday periods, Lake Conjola is very quiet & it is not unusual to be the only ones on the beach enjoying a beautiful stroll. Green Island is also a very famous surfing spot. The lake is perfect for stand-up paddle boarding, waterskiing & fishing. We can provide stand-up paddle boards for use during your stay. The cost is $80 per board for a weekend stay or $150 per board for a weekly booking. We have 3 boards available to hire so just let us know if you are keen. Our house boasts a lovely fully equipped Kitchen with stone bench tops and open plan living. It comes complete with all cooking utensils you would expect to find in your family home. Our house has a beautiful north facing entertainer's Deck with BBQ, bar fridge and ceiling fan. Perfect for afternoon beverages... There is also reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living area with ceiling fans in each bedroom. Our master Bedroom has an Ensuite & Walk in Robe. You can also enjoy a relaxing bath in the main Bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine & third toilet. All linen & bath towels are provided. There is basically nothing to do except arrive & relax! The entire underneath of the house has plenty of room for parking cars and/or boats. There is a general store/newsagency/boat hire/hot food takeaway shop located approx 100m from our house and Anglers Cafe is approx 300m from our house which is highly recommended for breakfast! Our local Bowling Club is approx 1-2 km from our house and they offer a courtesy bus. We are confident that you will thoroughly enjoy your stay & will be back.

          The SpaceMy home has recently been refurbished and fitted out with all new appliances. The front balcony is great for drinks and a BBQ on any summer night, while the back deck is ideal for sun baking during the day. There is ample parking for cars in the driveway and across the street but we ask that you don't park on the front lawn. There is also room for a boat or jet ski trailer directly opposite the house or in the drive. The garage has been turned into a rumpus room for the kids. We have a TV and Wii with Rock Band set up for their enjoyment. Our yard is fully fenced to accomodate for guests that wish to bring their dogs. We ask that those guests be wary of ticks due to surrounding bushland. Dogs are not permitted inside the house. In the event of bad weather please contact the host for consideration. Guest AccessYou will have full access to the house but strictly no access to the shed located at the back of the property. There is a door in the garage that leads under the house but we keep that locked at all times for safety reasons so please do not attempt to enter. Interaction with GuestsWe have a property manager close by who can help out with any emergency needs or requests. The NeighborhoodOur street is made up of mainly holiday homes and it is a dead-end with little traffic. There are some full time residents so we ask you to be respectful with noise at night. Getting AroundThere is no public transport in Lake Conjola. Other Things to NoteBins will be put on a Monday night for collection on Tuesday morning. Lawns are mowed once a week and guests will be given prior notice of this occurring. Only the main bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans and as it can get quite hot in summer we encourage guests to bring fans. There is only one gas heater located in the upstairs lounge room.

There is a laundry, covered parking for two cars, room to park and wash a boat, and plenty of off & on street parking. The accommodation is brand new and has four bedrooms with sleeping capacity for 10 (beds & bunks for adults & children). The house is well suited to large families, family groups or groups of friends.                   “Stars of Doona” is a comfortable furnished house located high on the Great Dividing Range west of Jervis Bay at Sassafras. Nestled in a sheltered north-east facing valley, the property is an ideal place to relax and unwind in beautiful natural bushland surroundings. Take in the beautiful bush views and enjoy watching and listening to birds and other animals or gaze at the distant mountain ridges from the sunny sheltered north facing deck. The architect designed home blends into the spectacular forested landscape and uses passive solar design principles to provide a comfortable environment on hot summer days as well as on and cold winter nights. The name "Stars of Doona" was passed on from a previous owner and supposedly has a connection with Greek Mythology although we have not been able to trace the origin of this theme and suspect it might somehow have been lost in translation. Nevertheless the name is evocative of the clear starry cool nights characteristic of this wonderful place. The Sassafras district is located at the northern gateway to the spectacular Budawangs Range which offers extensive wilderness bushwalking opportunities, spectacular scenery and a stunning variety of Australian native plants and animals. To the north is Morton National Park and the Ettrema Wilderness with a myriad of possibilities for experienced buskwalkers. All this within 45 minutes by car to the pristine beaches of Jervis Bay. With accommodation for up to 6 people, “Stars of Doona” has two bedrooms two bathrooms, a cozy wood combustion heater and a large open plan living dining kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed. You can open the sliding doors to create a wonderful indoor/outdoor living space linking the hardwood deck with the large living area. Accommodation consists of one queen bed in one bedroom, 1 king single bed and 2 king single bunk beds in the second bedroom and one sofa bed in the main living area.
