The SpaceA comfortable house, fully equipped kitchen and use of all property amenities are available to you during your stay. Sleeping up to 16 people in 4 bedrooms and a bunk room, the farm stay boasts 1.5 bathrooms inside and a further 5 toilets and 6 showers (segregated) in an amenities block a few metres away. A BBQ is also available, but if you don't feel like cooking, breakfast and dinner can be provided at an extra cost. The farm stay has a comfortable lounge and dining room, supplemented with a combustion stove, and a games room for playing pool, table tennis, fussball etc.

**every 7th day stay is free** Guest AccessGuests have full use of our amenities, such as pool, laundry and limited wi-fi. The property is wheel chair friendly, with no stairs. Parking is not an issue. All areas of the farm are accessible, the only restrictions being the garage, the equipment shed and the owners' residence. Make sure you close the gate behind you if you venture into the paddocks for a walk or an encounter with our 6 "wild" horses. (They're not really wild - they just free range.) Interaction with GuestsWe live on the property as well, and we therefore can provide breakfast and dinner at an extra cost. By arrangement, help can be provided with managing guests with special needs as Amanda has worked in aged care and has earned her CERT III. Our friendly dogs will be happy to play fetch with you. We are happy to discuss any aspect of our farm operation or our local area with you.
Weather and fire bans permitting, we also offer a bonfire under the stars, for the socially oriented musicians, singers and storytellers.
At all times, we respect your wishes for privacy if preferred. The NeighborhoodBungwalbin is a very scenic Wetlands setting in northern NSW, filled with all kinds of wildlife. We have documented over one hundred different types of birds on our property alone! Outside of the window in the mornings and evenings, you will usually see kangaroos grazing peacefully! A short drive away, and you may even be able to see some emus or koalas in the wild.
Local attractions include New Italy (URL HIDDEN) and Aranyani Bison Farm ((URL HIDDEN) Fishing for Australian bass is popular in Bungawalbyn Creek.
Outside of that we are close to the beautiful Evans Head, and not too far from Ballina, Lennox Head and Byron Bay, all of which make for a great day trip to a beach. We are also near Casino, historic Coraki, Woodburn, Lismore, Nimbin and other Rainforest Way destinations. Coraki and Woodburn offer all the usual outlets for food, alcohol etc. Getting AroundYou will need your own car to get around. If your booking includes children, pricing for children 2-13 incl. is $20 per night, not $35 per night. Please advise of any children so that we can adjust the quoted tariff as a special offer.
