The SpaceAn ideal couples or family beach escape awaits you at “Mimosa at the Bay", your holiday home away from home in a perfect location just 300m from the patrolled beach of Malua Bay, 15 minutes south of Batemans Bay. You will have the upstairs section of the house, including the expansive deck, exclusively to yourselves. It can sleep a maximum of five people in two large bedrooms (one has a queen bed plus single bed and the other a queen bed. The main bedroom also has a fat screen television). There is also a fully equipped, modern kitchen, complete with dishwasher, oven and microwave, an open plan dining and living room, with flat screen TV and DVD/video player, large bathroom and fully equipped laundry. Relax on the expansive deck and enjoy a BBQ or quiet drink in the evening. Your host/caretaker lives downstairs in a separate self contained flat (with separate access) so you will be completely private upstairs. The large wrap around deck surrounding the top floor of the house is ideal for eating outdoors in the summer months. A servery style window opens out from the kitchen onto an outside bench next to the gas BBQ for ease of food preparation and serving. The deck is fully fenced off and so safe for children and the house is also ideal for small dogs as there is a dog door from the laundry to the fully gated off deck (Malua Bay is a dog-friendly beach!). As well as families with children and pets, the house also caters for holiday makers bringing a small boat as there is room to fit this down the side of the house, as well as space to keep a car undercover in a carport complete with garage door. The house is fully equipped with everything you should need for your holiday, including linen. We have a great range of DVDs, videos, books and games for you to use during your stay and even a couple of boogie boards and a set of golf clubs. A cot, baby bath and highchair can also be provided upon request at no extra charge (please bring your own cot linen). Guest AccessYou will have completely private access to the main house (top floor of the property), including the deck. You will also have shared access to the garden, and use of the garage. The downstairs flat (which has separate entrance) is where our caretaker lives and this area should not be entered by guests unless invited to by caretaker. Interaction with GuestsOur caretaker is usually (but not always) present during our guests stay (in the downstairs flat). If the caretaker is not there you will be given instructions on how to access the keys. Our caretaker is happy to answer any questions you may have about the house or the area, but if you would prefer to keep to yourselves that is fine too! The NeighborhoodOur beautiful house is only a 3 minute flat walk to the patrolled surf beach of Malua Bay and all the other amenities Malua Bay offers holiday makers – IGA supermarket, newsagency, bottle shop, pizza/ takeaway restaurants and great children’s playground at the beach. Unpack your bags and relax – there is no need to drive anywhere if you don’t want to! Also about 200m away is Malua Bay bowling club, which even has a courtesy bus if you don’t feel like walking the short distance home! In close proximity to Malua Bay is the Mosquito Bay boat ramp (2 min drive north), which has a lovely bakery/coffe shop, and great surf beach, Mackenzie’s Beach to the south. Other fantastic beaches to check out close by are Broulee (to the south) and the quiet bays of Lilli Pilli (to the north, just beyond Mosquito Bay) and Guerilla Bay (south). If you want to venture further in your car, we are less than 15 minutes from the hub of Batemans Bay, which offers shops, restaurants, cafes and lots more. Take a cruise on the beautiful Clyde river, or just sit by the river's edge at one of the many coffee shops or restaurants and take in the view. There is also good fishing from the piers along the main strtech of the river in the town. Attractions such as putt putt golf and Birdland wild life park will keep the kids entertained if they tire of the beach. 10 minutes away from Malua Bay is also the town of Mogo, which boasts unique shops, historic gold mining attraction and excellent zoo. Between Malua Bay and Batemans bay is the Golf Course at Catalina. Other attractions during the school holidays usually include a carnival at Casey’s Beach and Circus in Batemans Bay. The whole area is full of beautiful quiet beaches, you really will be spoilt for choice! Getting AroundPublic transport is limited in the Batemans Bay area, so it really does pay to have a car if you want to be able to explore the area easily. But if you just want to relax at Malua Bay beach, you won't need your car as we are within walking distance!

The SpaceThe beach house has two wings (the Beach Wing and the Headland Wing) both with a large deck for outdoor dining and enjoyment. Minimum stay is 3 nights with the exception of Christmas and Easter school holidays minimum stay of 7 nights: (Christmas 2015 is 23rd - 30th December). The Beach Wing: * large living area with open fireplace and long dining table * gourmet kitchen * two bedrooms * large bathroom and sauna * laundry The Headland Wing: * large living area * kitchenette/laundry * 4 bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom; one has bunk beds for 4) There is an easy access track directly to McKenzie's beach. There is a tennis court and guests can enjoy fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden and fresh eggs from our delightful chickens! All bed and bathroom linen is provided as well as beach towels and boogie boards!! There are lots of indoor and outdoor games. Plenty of musical instruments to play including a piano, guitar and other percussion. Guests can also use the portacot for small children/babies and a fantastic tree house and trampoline. There is a cosy outdoor fire for toasting marshmellows and/or enjoying an evening drink (when fire restrictions are not in place!) Guest AccessGuests have access to all areas on the 4 acres, including the tennis court, sauna and chicken coop! Interaction with GuestsThe hosts will introduce guests to the property and then ensure absolute privacy once check in is complete. The NeighborhoodThe South coast has a wide range of beaches. The property is about equitime from Moruya or Batemans Bay. The local shops have an IGA supermarket, post office, pharmacy, butcher and adjacent Mexican restaurant with a good takeaway at the beach. Walk to the headland or Malua Bay shops. There are many beaches in the area that can cater for all age groups. Larger shopping centres are at Batemans Bay or Moruya. The area offers all sorts of water sports: swimming, paddling, boogie-boarding, surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing. There are also many other attractions within a short drive: Fishing trips can be arranged at Batemans Bay or south at Moruya. Mogo zoo, Mogo gold fields, Batemans Bay Bird Sanctuary, Shell Museum. A selection of brochures is available for your convenience. Getting AroundPrior's Bus service operates in the area and connect from Parramatta. Premier Bus service operates from Sydney Central. REX airlines flies into Moruya airport where rental cars are available and taxis can be arranged. Other Things to NoteMcKenzies beach is accessed directly by a bush path. There are many good walks in the area. The Mogo Zoo is popular, as are the tourist shops at the town of Mogo. Wildlife visit on occasions.

The SpaceDesigned for a single, couple, or a family with 1 or 2 children. This cozy 2 bedroom house is relaxing and romantic. The views are stunning: a beachfront with a bit of height. There is a surf beach below and also views out across the ocean. Swim, walk, relax. The main bedroom has a queen bed and builtin wardrobe. The second bedroom has two bunks. There is a leather reclining lounge, pine dining table and equipped kitchen. The seaside balcony has a 4 gas burner BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Beds come with their own doonas and pillows. Just bring your own sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach gear and food. Rental includes cost of cleaning afterwards. Rentals longer than a week are welcome to have the cleaner come through once a week at a mutually convenient time. Guest AccessGuests rent the whole house. The lounge, dining, main bedroom and seaside balcony all enjoy the views pictured. The south facing aspect ensures one can enjoy the views all day without the need to get sunburnt. As a beachfront, the views are uninterrupted. A bit of height ensures reasonable privacy. There is a pine dining suit. The lounge is a leather recliner with two reclining chairs. There is a 102cm TV in the lounge area. There is a 4 burner gas BBQ with hood on the seaside balcony. The kitchen includes a modern glass cooktop and microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, cutting board, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. Downstairs is a laundry with a second shower. There are two beachchairs and boogie boards kept in the laundry that guests may use. (There is also a downstairs studio / 3rd bedroom with separate access that is usually unused and not part of the standard rental rate.) Interaction with GuestsThe host gives the guest access to the property (except the downstairs studio apartment, which incurs an extra cost). The host and cleaner are contactable by phone to answer any questions. The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood is relaxing and residential. There is a local grocery store 10 minutes walk away. A park adjoins the beach. There are nature walks around the headlands. Getting AroundMurray's runs buses from Canberra direct to Malua Beach. There is a stop at the part adjacent to the beach, 10minutes walk to our house. Buses run locally along the coast to / from Batemans Bay (12klms north) and Moruya (15klms south). Other Things to NoteAustralian surf life savers have a club house adjacent to the beach. They set up flags to swim between and watch out for swimmers during school holidays.

The SpaceeNteR .. UnWiNd ... rELaX Large, spacious north-facing, open plan contemporary pole home with open fire, nestles commandingly amongst spotted gums. Our house features a huge loft with a double bedroom at each end. Accommodating up to 6 guests.. The huge deck overlooks the in-ground pool. Private yet convenient. We are situated across the road from beach reserve in spotted gum forest surrounds with filtered ocean views. We are a 100 metre walk to a beautiful and generally uncrowded, safe swimming beach. Native birds abound and wallabies often linger on the front lawn. A 5 minute walk takes you to the head of a cliff top coastal trail that stretches both north and south. There is a nice little bakery & coffee shop just a stroll away and we're a 10 minute drive from town. We're a 3.5 hr drive from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra. The SpaceLilli Pilli is one of Batemans Bay's most sought after beach havens. It's a great place to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. Only a 15 minute drive from either Batemans Bay, Mogo or Moruya and close to many secluded beaches, spectacular coastal walks and popular tourist attractions - Mogo Zoo, local art galleries, National Parks, popular local markets - Lilli Pilli is perfect for a weekend getaway, short break or holiday destination. Lilli Pilli is also an ideal stopover on the Sydney-Melbourne coastal route via the Princes Hwy - just 4 hours drive south from Sydney - it's less than 2 hours drive from Canberra - (both Sydney and Canberra airports serviced by bus services from the corner of my street). I am happy to pick you up from the local Moruya airport - just 20 mins away - or the Batemans Bay bus terminals. FYI - car hire can be arranged for your visit. The area is known as the 'Nature Coast" and "Land of many waters", and renowned for its spectacular natural scenery, many coastal lakes, rivers and beaches, its temperate climate, soft ocean breezes cooling down the afternoons in the warmer months and the occasional 'southerly buster' - a welcome cool change on hot summer afternoons. It's a great area for exploring - by car, by foot, from the water or from the air. Your accommodation is 2 private adjacent rooms - 1 double, 1 single - cheerfully decorated with original artworks, new bedding and large picture windows overlooking back deck and beautiful established gardens with your own private outdoor setting and entrance. The house is single storey with easy access and off-street parking. The bathroom is shared with only one other person (myself, the host) and has separate toilet, vanity and separate bath/shower rooms. During your stay, you can enjoy the use of sunroom (with TV/video), loungeroom (with TV, stereo) kitchen, all outdoor areas and internet access/WiFi. My fully equipped kitchen is available to you if you would like to cook anytime. I also offer breakfast - the fridge will be stocked for your visit with a generous supply of fresh local produce including seasonal fruit, free range eggs, locally grown mushrooms & tomatoes, freshly baked bread...all from the local growers market (a National award-winning market!!). Prepare it yourself in the kitchen and choose your dining area...the back garden deck is a perfect dining space or you may prefer to dine in the sunroom. Your accommodation is an easy 2 minute stroll (150 metres) to a pretty sheltered bay with tall spotted gums, emerald waters and a safe sandy surf beach where at low tide you can explore the rockpools or fish from the rocks. Snorkelling, surfing, sea kayaking and stand up paddling are all popular here. Head the other way and you are just a 2 minute stroll to a popular bakery/cafe serving excellent coffee and overlooking another beautiful bay with pebbly beach and boatramp. There is a lovely headland walk between the two bays abundant with birdlife and sweeping panoramas. You may even spot a wallaby, an echidna or a goanna along the track, or a whale out to sea. I share the house with my two adorable cats (banned from the bedrooms but sure to keep you entertained with their antics...if they are in the mood!!). Guest AccessGuests have access to two private bedrooms; bathroom with separate bath, shower, vanity and toilet areas (shared with only one other person ie the house owner); fully equipped kitchen, fridge & pantry; choice of two lounge areas; choice of two outdoor dining/relaxation areas; laundry and ironing facilities; internet/office space; offstreet parking. The SpacePearls Hideaway is a comfy, quiet coastal retreat. It is fully self contained with a basic but well equipped kitchen. Indoor and outdoor eating area and access to a BBQ. Pearls is conveniently situated for tourist activities; 15 minutes to Batemans Bay, Moruya, or historic Mogo town and Zoo. It has close access to many secluded beaches and dramatic coastal walks, National parks, local art galleries, a local award winning farmers market and restaurants. Guest AccessGuests have full access to their own studio with private entrance. Kitchen will be stocked with basics - milk, home-made muesli, local honey, coffee and tea, plus a few essential cooking supplies. We're right next-door, just ask! Breakfast Baskets are available; fresh eggs from our chickens, smokey bacon,tomatoes homemade bread and butter and preserves, $10 pp. Plenty of safe on street parking. BBQ. Laundry and ironing facilities, $5.00 per load for washing. Wifi , Well…... it is slow, and even slower in the busy holiday times. If you need super connection our place maybe isn't for you. We're used to it, it's part of the south coast lifestyle that we love. We have TV and DVD with a small selection of movies. We also have a few games to play or a jigsaw to while away the time. Whether you want to swim, surf, paddle in the water, explore the rock pools, walk the beaches or just laze in this tranquil setting, this is the place to be for your getaway all year round. You will not want to leave. Denham’s Beach Retreat has an absolute beachfront position that offers you a memorable tranquil beach holiday, where you can get away from city noise, traffic and the fast pace of life. Denham’s Beach is one of three beaches that you can swim and enjoy long walks on, as you experience the feeling of sand between your toes. There are no roads to cross, so perfect for all ages. Enjoy the magnificent views of the beach out to Tollgate Island, through the spotted gum trees with a relaxing drink from your own balcony or living areas. Build sandcastles, swim, surf, and snorkel or walk the beach- the choice is yours. Where is Denham’s Beach? Denham’s Beach is 7km south of Batemans Bay, travelling along Beach Road through Batehaven, and shortly after Sunshine Bay and before you come to Surf Beach you will see Graydon Avenue, which leads down to Denham’s Beach. For those traveling from Canberra it is a two hour drive, a pleasant 4 hours from Sydney and 1 and half hours from Goulburn. Denham’s Beach is sheltered by rocky headlands, with good sized surf on most days and is popular with board riders and has great snorkelling around the rocks at the far end. From here you can enjoy a short stroll around to Surf Beach during low tide, which is surf patrolled during the summer holidays and has lovely waves for boogie boarders. Wimbie Beach which is adjacent, has smaller waves and from here leads you to scenic bush walks. Denham’s Beach is known for its daily visit by a family of dolphins. In Spring between September and late November the humpback whale migration enchants our shores and can be seen from Denham's Beach. For the best coffee in the area try Crust at Batehaven. Surf Beach, which is an easy walk around from Denham’s Beach has a small shopping Centre. There is a Chinese Restaurant- eat in or take away, Piccolo’s for pizza, Fish and Chip- eat in or take away, A Chemist, Medical Centre, an AGA Supermarket, Hair Dresser and Bottle Shop. There is also a Beach Store that has newspapers and takeaway food. There is a double remote controlled garage.     An ideal family beach escape awaits you in a perfect location just 350m from the patrolled beach of Malua Bay, less than 15 minutes south of Batemans Bay on the NSW South coast. The house sleeps a maximum of 9 people. The upstairs section sleeps a maximum of five people in two large bedrooms (One has a queen bed plus a single rollaway bed and the other a queen bed). Upstairs there is also a fully equipped, modern kitchen, complete with dishwasher, oven and microwave, an open plan dining and living room, with flat screen TV and DVD/video players, large bathroom and fully equipped laundry. Relax on the expansive deck and enjoy a BBQ or quiet drink in the evening. Downstairs is a separate self contained flat (with separate access) comprising of another large bedroom, with a double bed, and separate living area with two single futons, in total sleeping up to an additional 4 people. The downstairs area also has its own well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The layout is perfect for 2 families sharing, or for a larger family, perhaps with older children/teenagers who would enjoy having a bit of their own space downstairs. The large wrap around deck surrounding the top floor of the house is ideal for enjoying a BBQ outdoors in the summer months. Our space has a large upstairs area that consist of two bedrooms (1st with Queen bed and trundle,and 2nd with a Double bed), one bathroom and a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. This area is kept warm at night with a combustion fire and cool during the day with large windows. Down stairs is another bathroom, our kids room ( 2 sets of bunks TV, PS2, blocks) and laundry. This area leads out to a BBQ area and big back yard that your four footed family members will love and be secure in. Each bed has mattress protectors, pillows and doonas. Guests to bring their own sheets, pillowslips and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals- note that its one of the few rooms that has not yet been renovated - its a little ' 80's' but everything works fine .. You don't have to go without real coffee - there is a coffee machine. Jarrah floorboards throughout the house, the Living Area has everything you need to help you relax, including a huge 107 cm plasma TV with DVD player, ipod compatible stereo, comfy lounge chairs, games, magazines, DVD and Playstation 2 (located in downstairs kids room), and slow combustion fireplace (firewood is in the garage). The house is located in a very quiet area just one street back from the beach. The house does not have beach views- it is located just a short walk up the hill. Note that because of the steepness of the driveway, and the internal stairs to the family room downstairs, it may not be suitable for older adults or those who are mobility impaired. This beach house is 2-3 minutes easy walk to Wimbie beach - which is dog friendly. The house is both couple, family and pooch friendly - fully fenced back yard, dog kennel and bowls! The beach is sheltered by rocky headlands and is usually calm and is very suitable for children. Great for snorkelling and fishing! For surfing there is neighbouring Surf Beach (patrolled in summer) which is a five minute stroll / paddle around the point, or keep walking to Denhams Beach where dolphins are often seen in the early morning. A bush walk 15 minutes through the National Park south of Wimbie Beach takes you to beautiful Lilli Pilli beach. Guest AccessAs guests in our home you will have access to all areas of the house except for a few locked cupboards. The Kitchen is fully equipped and basic essentials are also provided, but we ask that if you finish something that you replace it for the next guest coming in. The washing machine and dryer are available for your use, but you will need to bring your own washing powder. There are two. surf Skis and some boggie boards for you to use in the garage. There is also an outside shower so you can wash the sand off your feet and paws. We ask that large dogs are kept outside and there is a large dog house for them. We ask that if your pet does come in that they are not allowed on the lounges or beds. There are plenty of water bowls available. Interaction with GuestsWhen you come and stay we will provide you with our Mobile number and the phone number of someone who lives locally, so you never need to be concerned about needing assistance and not being able to get it. The home is very private and situated on a quiet street so you will be able to have all the privacy you could wish for. The NeighborhoodOur home is in a very quiet street with very friendly neighbours. It is a very short walk to both the beaches and a small supermarket. The road to the beach is very safe and carriers very little traffic so it is great when your walking with children. Surf Beach provides you a great point from which you can access great bush walks, beautiful beaches and great local dining all within 10minutes or less. Getting AroundThere are local bus services that can take you into Batemans Bay, but having a car makes it easier to get around. There is plenty of street parking, but we ask that you do not park in the driveway because it is quite steep and it can be unfriendly to the bottom of cars.

Batehaven shops with an excellent woodfire pizza restaurant,Thai restaurant, steakhouse and bakery is only a three minute drive away. All the facilities of Batemans bay are only 8 minutes away.

    The SpaceYour room is as private or as open as you want it to be. There is no direct access from your room to the rest of my house. Your access is via the back garden and your own sliding door to which you will have a key. The room has a TV/DVD player, a kettle, filter coffee maker, cups and mugs, complimentary tea, coffee and milk. You are free to enjoy the garden. You may hang wet swimwear and towels outside on the clothes hanger provided outside your room. Sitting outside is pleasant on summer and autumn mornings and evenings. No cooking or meal preparation is allowed in the room. On booking, you can choose to pre order a healthy breakfast including large pot of brewed coffee or pot of leaf tea to be served to the table outside your room (breakfast is not included in price of room). Guest AccessAccess is (uncovered) via the gate (signed Welcome guests!) to the left of my garage as you enter the driveway from the street. Walk through gate to back garden, turn right, up three steps, along the verandah and into the room via a lockable sliding door. The NeighborhoodThe area is beautiful - there are multiple stunning and safe swimming and walking beaches within a short walk or a five to ten kilometre drive or bike ride. Garden Bay is a couple of minutes walk down the side path - offering pristine waters, nice green grass and shady trees. A couple of restaurants are within 5kms, plus there is an RSL Club at Malua Bay which you can walk to. Eating out is reasonably priced and varies from takeaway cafes to upmarket restaurants. The local towns offer a variety of foods including Indian, Vietnamese, Thai and Lebanese. Local cafes operate during daytimes, but many have longer hours during summer. Local buses run on the hour from just outside my house. Getting AroundRelying on public transport is not recommended as the bus services are infrequent and there are no trains. Taxis are easily accessible. The first town to the south is Moruya (30kms), the first town to the north is Batemans Bay (10kms). In between are small swimming beach settlements with local shopping centres, cafes and some restaurants. A car is desirable if you want to explore further up or down the coast. Cycling is popular over undulating terrain. Walking the many coastal paths is pleasant and easy from my home. Nearest long walking beach is 7kms south at Barlings Beach, Tomakin. Sydney is 3-4 hours north by road; Melbourne is about 7 hours south by road. The national Capital, Canberra, is 2.5 hours west over a mountain pass; the Snowy Mountains can be reached via Brown Mountain via Bega to the south or via Clyde Mountain from Batemans Bay. Canberra Buses and coaches are also available for all these destinations. Other Things to NoteShort stays of one to three nights are welcomed. The accommodation suits a travelling single or couple who need an overnight stay in a homely atmosphere, or a short break by the sea. Not suitable for long stays.       The SpaceThis is a very comfortable family home, with 2 separate living areas - one on each floor. Both areas have televisions and DVD/video players with a selection of videos available. Why not send the kids downstairs or perhaps enjoy the quiet solitude yourself with a book. There are two full size book shelves fully stocked with novels for the young and old. We also have a variety of board games, jigsaw puzzles and playing cards. Guest AccessYou will have access to the entire home, both levels plus the yards. We have one side of the double garage which we have closed off storing some items of our own but there is still plenty of space for 3 or more vehicles or perhaps a boat. There is also another parking space under cover. Interaction with Guestswe are always available to answer any questions so please do not hesitate to call The NeighborhoodSituated on the coastal headland, north facing you can't ask for a better outlook to enjoy that break away. Listen to the crashing of the waves or perhaps take a walk around the rocks and watch the fishermen coming in with their catches. At certain times of the year whales can be seen playing and resting just off the coast - binoculars are not needed as they are very visible. You may also see dolphins (frequent visitors all year round). Through the large doors to the outside is a lovely undercover balcony well equipped for outdoor living with a dining table, cosy day bed and a large BBQ for alfresco cooking options. The Master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a luxurious deep bath tub and completes the upstairs area. Downstairs The second bedroom looks out to a leafy courtyard and features a queen bed and has its own Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 contains a set of single bunks and bedroom 4 has one single bed, they are situated adjacent to another large bright and open bathroom. There is a separate lounge area including a small kitchenette downstairs fully equipped with another flat screen TV, DVD and also an Xbox. A great selection of books and board games is also provided. Downstairs has a functional laundry with washing machine and dryer facilities to use. Kangaroos and Echidnas will be seen on your bush walks, accessible 20 metres from your front door. Getting AroundThere is a local bus that departs from the end of your street but it doesn't run very often. You can however have a lovely walk along the beach to a couple of cafes, a pharmacy, a bottle shop and the local supermarket. And of course there are 3 beaches within 10 minutes walk.

Dining can be a choice of either outdoors while enjoying the sea breezes or inside for a more formal gathering. The kitchen/dining area overlooks the ocean and is beautifully appointed with Smeg appliances and gas cook top - plenty of room for keen cooks to prepare meals, and with the BBQ just off the kitchen (upstairs) you are never far away from the action or views. UPSTAIRS: Master bedroom with WIR, ensuite, plasma TV and Sheridan linen.Wall to wall bifolds open your room onto balcony with fabulous ocean views. DOWNSTAIRS: There are 2 more bedrooms with built-in (URL HIDDEN) with a Queen size bed the other a bunk .They share the main bathroom with a lovely spa bath. The laundry has a brand new front loader washing machine and huge washing line for all your beach towels. Wimbie Beach is around to the right and is a gentler wave for the mini members of the group The beaches are all great for a nice long stroll, power-walk or run along the sand at any time of the year and for watching the local dolphins. If you love fishing Batemans Bay has the lot - river/bay/surf -you choose. No luck then the bay has some great fresh fish shops !! Surf Beach has a small shopping centre a short walk away. There is an IGA Supermarket, Surf Beach Pizza chips, Chemist, Medical Centre, Chinese restaurant (eat in or takeaway), Hairdresser, Bottle Shop. There is also a beach store which has newspapers/mags and take-away food! Other Things to NoteLinen and towels are $25 per bed per stay, please advise your bedding requirements. Please note this is payable direct to the owners prior to your stay. Please note during the peak period of Christmas and New Year it is a minimum 7 night stay. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Smoking inside will incur the loss of your security deposit. On departure Guests are expected to put away clean dishes, clean any appliances used such as: Cooktop/Oven, microwave oven, coffee machine and clean out fridge of all opened foods. If you use the BBQ also please clean it to the condition you found it to avoid cleaning charges of $50 been applied to your security deposit. A king-sized bed with ensuite is on the top floor ( at certain times of the year you can view the sunrise from the bed). Bird attracting gardens are at the front and back of the house. It has 2 TVs with DVDs, books, jigsaws, cards and an assortment of DVDs. You’ll love my place because the Sapphire Coast is breath-taking & our tranquil property has a fantastic view up the northern headlands. Other Things to NotePlease note that cooking and food preparation are not allowed in the room or on the deck. Tea and coffee making facilities, fresh milk and biscuits are provided on arrival. Breakfast is available at an extra cost - served on the deck. Please let me know your requirements a day or so before you arrive.

Guest AccessThis is a self-contained apartment on the first floor with its own private deck and BBQ Interaction with GuestsGuests are able to be completely private but the owners will always provide tips and information re the local area to make your stay a pleasant one. The NeighborhoodWe are 7 km south of Batemans Bay. You can walk around the beach or via the road to a small shopping centre at Surf Beach. There you will find a supermarket, café, chemist and bottle shop. Getting AroundA car is necessary as the bus to town (7 km) only goes twice a day. Other Things to NoteThere is a dedicated parking space on the property.

      The SpaceThe house is perfect for both small and large groups. The main part of the house, the upper level, includes three bedrooms, kitchen (including dishwasher), living area and bathroom. The lower level is a self contained unit with bedroom/living area with TV and bathroom/laundry and outdoor dining and BBQ. The unit has some, but limited, cooking facilities. Perfect for those who want a little space to themselves. Pets will also love the house and location. Pets are welcome inside (but not on the furniture) and can stay on the enclosed deck. Note that there are no fences surrounding the property downstairs, but with the off-leash beach only 2 minutes away there’s plenty of space for activity. We designed the space to be suitable for kids. All the appliances have child locks and the bookcases are attached to the wall for safety. There is a highchair available and breakables are placed out of reach. There are games, books and toys available for the little ones too. Please note, there is no fenced backyard. Guests are encouraged to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels etc. We can arrange for linen to be supplied for an additional charge. This is common practice in the Bateman's Bay Area. Guests welcome to use the Nespresso coffee machine, BYO pods. Interaction with GuestsWe're available at all times by phone for emergencies and questions. The NeighborhoodThe house is located two minutes walk to Wimbie Beach via a path down at the end of the cul-de-sac. This beach is tranquil with small waves great for kids, supping, kayaking and snorkelling around the rocks. It has an elevated grassed area perfect for an afternoon picnic looking over the beach. 5 minutes walk to the adjoining beach is Surf Beach, which is patrolled during the holiday season and perfect for adults and kids more confident in the water. There are lots of connected beaches in the area, great for a morning walk where you might catch a glimpse of the local dolphins. Wimbie Beach is next to a nature park where you can explore the bush and hidden beaches. Getting AroundA short 10 min drive to Bateman's Bay. But you could put the car away with coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket and bottle shop all within an easy walk (10 minutes) within Surf Beach.

Each townhouse offers: * 3 large bedrooms (2 with Queen beds and 1 with 2 single beds); * 2 bathrooms (master bedroom has ensuite and showers are walk-in not over the bathtub); * fully and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and lots of pots/pans, glasses, dishes and cutlery; * reverse cycle heating/cooling in the living area + fans/heaters in each bedroom; * 2 wall mounted flat screen TVs; and * laundry with wash machine and clothes line and drying rack. * secure garage parking for 1 or 2 cars with a motorized garage door. Note: There are 5 townhouses available for holiday letting in the same complex. Furnishings and layouts may vary to those pictured.       My place is right on the beach for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding or just to relax and watch the dolphins. Great views with restaurants and cafes nearby. The zoo is only a few kilometres away. There are plenty of bush walks and many arts and crafts studios. You’ll love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Other Things to NoteIf walking to the beach, look for the blue 'Public Pathway' sign just down Parker Ave. Much shorter this way.
