The fully self contained apartment has just recently been renovated with a fresh new look. Up to 25 restaurants and cafes .Two golf courses to choose from, 18 hole championship course and a 9 hole beach side course both at Mollymook. Leisure centre with gym and pools. Twin cinema and Fun Land for the kids .Also great local walks.

    The Space26 Clyde Street Mollymook offers holiday goers four good size bedrooms including master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe and a very pretty pink bedroom, two bathrooms, enclosed back yard, single car garage with enough parking for three to four cars. 'Clyde Cottage' portrays a rustic feel with the use of eclectic furniture pieces and decorations throughout the home. Feeling at home is made easy with a dining table seating six and lounges seating eight giving more than enough room to wine and dine or entertain the family. During the warmer months entertaining outdoors is ideal and accessible with the outdoor setting that seats eight people with plenty of privacy with high fences surrounding the property. Bedding configuration consists of main bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with queen size bed, third bedroom with double size bed and fourth bedroom with double size bed. Being idea for a group couples retreat or family holiday the option is yours. 'Clyde Cottage' is within a five-minute walk to Mollymook Beach and a ten-minute walk to Mollymook Shops and Tallwood Restaurant. The lounge room has a TV and a selection of DVDs, ready for adults and children alike. Not sure what you'd like to cook for dinner? Ulladulla town centre is a 5 minute drive. Here you will find all the comforts of home, including Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and local restaurants. Alternatively, the local shops are 700m away and include supermarket, bakery, gourmet deli, butcher, fish and chip shop, bottle shop, newsagency and chemist. There's a microwave, oven, stovetop, slow cooker, electric frying pan and grill in the kitchen, and a Weber BBQ on the balcony. At each end, the beach is sheltered and suitable for young children. The southern end of the beach is patrolled all year round and there is a beautiful area with rock pools at low tide. The northern is patrolled during peak periods. Narrawallee beach is a short car ride away for an equally beautiful beach with a sheltered inlet. Narrawallee beach is patrolled during the Xmas Holidays. Getting AroundEateries and food stores are within a short walk of the unit. The unit is accessible via car or bus from Sydney and Canberra.     The SpaceLight open and spacious accommodation in one of the best locations in town, situated between Milton and Ulladulla. Part of a modern house, the accommodation has all of the features of a hotel suite whilst set on a 2 1/2 acre rural setting. Accommodates one couple in a luxurious king bedroom with private garden entry, verandah and sunken spa bathroom. There is a separate living room with Balinese day bed, lounge and TV. We are very hospitable and friendly, however we are very happy to give our guests all the privacy they need. Local attractions include 100 metre walk to Cupitt's Winery/Cellar Door and One Hat Restaurant, The Vineyard Kitchen. Minutes drive to Rick Stein's at Bannisters Point Lodge Restaurant and the latest addition to our wonderful area Bannister's Pavilion Roof Top Bar and Grill and not to mention the wonderful shops and cuisine in our beautiful Milton Historical Village including the amazing vegetarian cafe Pilgrams and Milkhause (featured in Quantas magazine). Minutes drive to Mollymook and Ulladulla Beaches, Burrill Lake, Narawallee Inlet and our famous Ulladulla Harbour. A large deck to take in the view of the garden with a one off bathouse set in the garden with deep bath for relaxing. Setting in the front of house and 2 at the back to dine or take afternoon tea or coffee depending on your wish to be in the sun or shaded. Guest AccessAccesss to the bath house, laundry and all the grounds except for studio and shed . Both are locked. If you are a practising professional printmaker you will be given access to the print studio for an extra fee to be negotiated. Extra security bond also applies. Interaction with GuestsNone at all as we value our guests privacy. The NeighborhoodQuiet street and the house is set away from main traffic routes. Neighbourhood is busier at holiday time but there is enough space in and around the house to feel private and experience the quiet.Close to the beach and cafes of Mollymook.(10 minutes walk ) Golf courses ( 10 minute walk ) National Parks ( 10 minutes - 30 minute drive ) Experience the beautiful Mollymook beaches as well as the Narrawallee inlet .Mount Bushwalker and the Budawang National Parks are a must see as well as Lakes Burill & Tabourie for canoeing and swimming. The cafes & restaurants of nearby Milton antd Ulladulla ( 10 minutes by car ) as well as markets in Milton Mollymook and Ulladulla Harbour at different times of the month. Getting AroundParking in return driveway for up to 4 cars and on street parking as well. Public transport is limited. A car is necessary . Other Things to NoteThere are many native birds that visit the garden throughout the year as well as the occasional possum and bandicoot. Pets are welcome but please keep an eye out for the blue tongues in particular and please clean up after your pet so others may enjoy the garden free of 'accidents' !

The NeighborhoodMollymook is located only minutes from the harbour port of Ulladulla and historic rural Milton. The surrounding districts offer an abundance of nature's delights with spectacular scenery, forested mountains and myriad fascinating waterways. Mollymook Bay is home to a pod of bottlenose dolphins. Whales are often spotted during migration seasons as they make their way along the east coast.. Fish abound in the bay. Beach and boat fishing are both popular. Across the road from Mollymook Sands is Mollymook Shopping Centre which has a supermarket, butcher, bakery, delicatessen, newsagent, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurant, cafe and take away. Ulladulla has a cinema, restaurants and many shops. Rick Stein's world famous Bannisters seafood restaurant is less than 1km away. Or try the Tallwood Restaurant and Cafe just across the road. It is getting great reviews. The Mollymook Golf Club has a clubhouse and restaurant at the southern end of Mollymook Beach. It overlooks the beach and is spectacular for an evening meal and a drink. The Beach Hut Cafe is a great spot for a casual breakfast or lunch overlooking the southern end of the beach next to the Life Saving Club. Children love the 'Bogey Hole', a large circular natural rock pool located on Mollymook Headland. Its protective ring of rocks ensures a safe and fun environment for children.. You can easily walk around the headland from the southern end of Mollymook Beach to the Bogey Hole or drive to its car park via Riversdale Avenue across Mollymook's Beachside Golf Course. There is a variety of uncrowded surf breaks. Mollymook reef is only 800m away or try Golf Course reef, Ulladulla Bommie, Rennies Beach, Dum Dums, Green Island or Bendalong The Narrawallee lagoon is shallow and safe for young children. Mollymook boasts not one but two scenic golf courses. Mollymook Golf Club's picturesque 9-hole Beachside Course has superb sea views from the course, clubhouse and restaurant.     The Space8 Donlan is positioned in this beautiful town of Mollymook and we are opening our beach home for others to enjoy. Living is easy down here. The ocean is pristine (we are a 2 min walk to the ocean), perfect surf is plentiful (there are always good waves directly out front- reef is particularly good) and the food is healthy and delicious. Our home has high ceilings, lots of natural light and a beautiful sea breeze that flows through the house. The bedrooms are set up with the main bedroom having a balcony attached and the upstairs loft having 2 single beds. The space is very open to allow for maximum air flow and light. We ride our bikes everywhere, swim in the ocean every morning and afternoon, shower in the outdoor shower morning and night (under the stars is quite special- we also have an indoor shower and bath if you prefer). We have an organic herb garden in the backyard and love to frequent the vegetarian cafe in historic Milton called Pilgrims (5 min drive from home). Bush tracks and beautiful walks are to be found everywhere around us so it is the perfect place to wander and get lost in nature! Cupitts Winery is a 5 min drive from our home with a hatted restaurant and spectacular setting. On the 3rd Sunday of every month Brad, my partner, plays the double bass with his band 'The Escalators' for Jazz in the vines. This is always a beautiful afternoon sharing woodfired pizza and fabulous wine with friends and surrounded by great atmosphere, views and soulful tunes. We live down here along with all of our friends and families- so there will always be a smiley face to meet and greet you and welcome you in- even if we are away. At night you can fall asleep to the tranquil noises of the bush. Generally you will only be sharing the location with a few wallabies in the morning or late afternoon. The cabin has a sink, small bar fridge for the necessities, a double hot plate, microwave and electric BBQ. There is also an internal shower and toilet. For those times when you just want to fall asleep in front of the TV there is one mounted on the wall at the end of the queen bed. The cabin is about 10 minutes to 'everything' but you feel like you are 100kms from it all. Guest AccessFeel free to explore the various tracks and paths that run around the property and through the bush. There is a gas BBQ available at the main house, that you are welcome to make use of so long as no-one else is staying there. We have had 'the girls' almost since birth so they are very tame, but as with all animals please treat them with respect and caution if you are not familiar with large animals. Never walk behind them, as if frightened cows have been known to kick or 'buck'. If they are blocking your path just give them a wide berth and take an alternate route. They 'love' bread, so if you have some left over bread with nothing on it, feel free to throw it to them, but be warned, you will have made 2 new friends for life. Milton has an IGA with a great deli for pre-prepped salads etc but the 10 minutes drive to Ulladulla is the go for grocery shopping with Woolworths, Coles, Supa-IGA and Aldi. Unless you have very specific needs/tastes, there really shouldn't be anything you can't get locally. *For dining out you'll find a great breakfast just down the hill at 'Tallwood' across the road from the Mollymook Shopping Centre I mentioned earlier. It's less than 500m down Jones Avenue but is a steep walk back up the hill. Around the corner at Bannister Lodge (Rick Steins) they also have a pool bar with pizza's etc for a light evening meal or lunch. Mollymook Beach bowling club is a hidden gem and does a great bistro meal, it's just around the corner from the Mollymook SC on Valley Drive. A short drive to Milton will open up plenty of dining options with restaurants like St Isidore on Croobyar Rd and there's Bacchus and The Tipsy Fig in Milton Village. There's also plenty of cafe's or one of the 2 pubs. Milton is great favourite of ours on days off for wandering around the shops and then grabbing lunch. Ulladulla has clubs, cafe's and lots of takeaway options. *Beaches are all around, you can see Narrawallee Beach from the house (Buckleys and Conjola Beaches in the distance). It is approximately 1km by foot from Northview via walking tracks to South Narrawallee Beach, a nice walk, just follow the walking trail signs along the ocean side of Bannister Head Road and then down the signmarked bush track. From Northview to North Mollymook Beach is about 500m. Look for the path between houses 150m on the left down Jones Ave, it will take you to stairs leading down to the beach. South Narrawallee and North Mollymook are 2 of the best and safest swimming beaches in the area and may be patrolled over peak holiday times (please check first) South Mollymook near the Surfclub is patrolled all year around. Narrawallee Inlet is another great swimming option, it's at the North end of Narrawallee Beach. Jones's Beach is at the bottom of the headland below Northview and is accessed via a path in the carpark next to Bannister Lodge. It's a stone beach thats great for snorkeling or diving. It's very protected if the southerly breeze comes up. I am a walk, bike ride, or a 2 minute drive to the beach. I love the quiet, and peace. The birds and night sounds are all I can hear in the evenings. We occupy the separate, small front section and occasionally share the BBQ and laundry facilities. Guests are required to clean up after using the facilities and leave them as they are found. We will be home during your stay but you are free come and go as you please by separate access. The NeighborhoodOurs is a quiet area on a small acreage with friendly neighbours and it is just a short walk to Narrawallee or Mollymook beaches . The beaches are clean and safe with lifeguards patrolling during summer months. Narrawallee inlet is less than a 5 minute drive away and offers safe waters for swimming especially for little ones and at low tide the hermit crabs are lots of fun to play with. It’s a great place to try stand up paddle boarding and there's a park with new play equipment, free BBQ's with shelter and a toilet block. Mollymook Beach is one of the South Coast's most popular beaches. The Headlands at either end of the beach offer protection on windy days, the grassy reserves behind the beach are perfect for picnics, relaxing and watching the kids at play. There's BBQs at the park near the Surf Club with sheltered tables, great views of the beach, play equipment for the kids and a basketball court. This beautiful beach has golden sands and ideal conditions for experienced surfers, body surfers and anyone who's keen to learn how to surf. There's great surfing spots including "The Reef", "The Golfy ", "Collers Reef" or Crystals (Southern end of Mollymook beach only works in a big swell). Outher local Beaches include Rennies, Racecourse, Dolphin Point, Wairo, Tabourie & more. Or try patting the kangaroos down at Pebbly Beach. Local lakes & Rivers include Lake Conjola, Narrawallee Inlet, Burrill Lake and Lake Tabourie, where you can enjoy such activitys as fishing, canoeing, sailing and waterskiing at Burrill Lake. If you would like to go bush walking, there's so many different walks in the area, for short walks Try the South Pacific Heathland reserve walk situated between Rennies and Racecourse Beach Ulladulla or the Wildflower reserve next to the Leisure Centre in Green Street Ulladulla. If you want somthing a bit more chalenging you can try the Budawang Ranges, Mount bushwalker, The Castle & Pigeon House Mountain. Ulladulla leisure centre on Green Street has a full gym and indoor/outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts are located next door. You can play ten pin bowling at the Dunn Lewis Centre, visit the library and the Visitors Centre which is across from the harbour with its fishing fleet, the Twin Cinema's in Boree street are perfect to watch a movie. Getting AroundThere is Milton Ulladulla Taxi's Hire Cars & Limousine Service and also a local bus service to Ulladulla and Milton. Premier Motor Service busses arrive and depart from Sydney, Kingsford Smith Airport and Eden twice a day. A connecting link is available to Canberra. Other Things to NoteThe village of Milton, just a few minutes away, offers boutique shops, numerous cafes and eateries, antique shops and handmade goods. The local wineries are a must see and offer cellar door and fresh local cuisine. The historic township of Milton enjoys the beauty of a rural setting and is only minutes from the coast. It is a hive of activity with a mecca of gift and homewares shops, fantastic food, great coffee and colourful characters. Try a bliss burger at Pilgrams vegetarian restaurant, or a pizza at the Milton Woodfired Pizza Place. There is also a Bendigo bank and a IGA Suppermarket in Milton. The markets are held monthly on the first Saturday of every month and for the live music fan checkout the Milton Theatre for their live music acts, the acoustics are amazing. There is also St Isidores restaurant at Milton who have been awarded one star by the esteemed Gourmet Traveller magazine and ranked 6th in the Best of NSW Regional Restaurants in their 2016 Restaurant Guide. Cupitts is a boutique winery, micro brewery, fromagerie and restaurant. Visit to taste award-winning wines and craft ales, learn about the wine making process, or enjoy a special dining experience with a French accent. And two minutes away the shops at Tallwood Ave offer a Local IGA, fish and chip shop, bottle shop, chemist and newsagency and the famous Tallwood Eatery. Bannisters Pavillion hotel is also here and offers a roof top pool and poolside bar serving light meals, Rick Steins famous restaurant at Bannisters by the Sea is on the Headland up the hill and also offers a day spa and poolside pizza bar which is open to the public. Local clubs include Mollymook Bowling Club, Mollymook Golf Club and in Ulladulla the Milton Ulladulla Bowling Club and the Milton Ulladulla Ex-Servos Club all have courtesy buses that pick up and will drop you back home. Ulladulla is a vibrant town with shops including 4 supermarkets (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Super IGA) banks (ANZ, Commonwealth, Westpac, St George ) restaurants - I can recommend South Street Chinese for the best Chinese, The Mango Tree has the most amazing Indian and Yes I Am Thai Restaurant. The Boardwalk Cafe has great meals and coffee as well. Close to Historic Milton a thriving Historic Village with great shops and dining, Market day is the 1st Saturday of each Month. Ulladulla is a picturesque fishing Harbour which has Cinema and huge supermarkets. Market day 2nd sunday of each month. Close by is the Mollymook Golf club offering something for the whole family. Bannisters is also close by which offers a courtesy bus service as do the Clubs. The beautiful Cupitts winery is a must! Take a blanket and listen to Jazz on a Sunday with perfect wine and cheese board. For the more active drive out to Pigeon House mountain - there is a great Tea Room out there, about 25 minute drive. Getting AroundThere is a local Bus servicing Mollymook Milton Ulladulla - the 740. Most Clubs offer Courtesy bus service. Call the clubs direct.

                The SpaceProudly managed by 'MOLLYMOOK HOLIDAY HOUSES' in partnership with the property owners, Surfside on Mollymook Beach is a large house featuring direct beach access and ocean views from upstairs living and bedrooms and the large sun deck. The queen master bedroom overlooks the ocean and there are another two twin single bedrooms upstairs, one with ocean views, the second overlooking the leafy front yard. There are two bathrooms, one with toilet, half bath base shower and vanity, the second with full sized bath base shower and vanity plus an additional seperate toilet upstairs. There is also a 3rd full bathroom with half bath base shower, toilet and vanity downstairs. The modern, very well equiped kitchen is surrounded by windows looking out into the large, leafy and private front yard. The spacious living, dining area has recently been painted and looks out across the large sun deck to the waves of Mollymook Beach. It is a fresh and bright space with full foxtel TV service, Wi-Fi internet and wood fire heater (wood supplied). The living area opens onto the large raised deck overlooking Mollymook Beach. A BBQ and outdoor dining setting allow comfortable outdoor living with the beach literally only steps away. A separate self contained area downstairs is accessed via external stairs and includes a freshly painted queen bedroom, large lounge and dining space with full Foxtel TV service, rumpus room with table tennis and a newly installed (spring 2015) full bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity adjoining a laundry with quality washer, dryer and laundry tub. Access to the house is via a private, residents only laneway that leads into our yard and a formal parking area with space for 4 cars. there is also a private front lawn area on the western side of of the house.
