The SpaceThe Big House has 2 floors, 3, decks, a rumpus room, a 10 seater dining table, 2 TVs, a dishwasher, laundry facilities, and a glorious hot water outside shower for coming back from the beach. We are pet friendly with a contained yard. We are also child friendly, and provide some childrens' gear. There are some shallow pools in the landscaped yard. The beach is so close you can hear the surf. We have lots of art , a piano and plenty of places and spaces to relax. Guest AccessThe lush garden has a Buddha Bar /Bali Hut in the big paved courtyard which leads to the beach. This is your private space with some outdoor furniture. Interaction with GuestsI do not live on the premises but I'm available when needed. The NeighborhoodSawtell is a delightful sleepy village with one main street within an easy stroll from Shellies on the Beach. Cafes, and shops, pubs and clubs, tennis courts, golf, bowls, surf-club, and exhilarating beach walks to the rock swimming pool, are all within easy walking distance. Enjoy!! Getting AroundA 5 min taxi ride from Coffs Airport gets you to Shellies. Or a 6 hour drive from Sydney. We have off-street parking. Everything you need is in Sawtell. Other Things to NoteShellies on the Beach is the best kept secret I know.

The SpaceStroll to Sawtell main street, It is a delightful sleepy village with cafes, shops, tennis, golf, surfing, pubs, clubs. Shellies Little House is perfectly located within walking distance of all. It fits 6, depending on sleeping/couple arrangements. The outdoor entertaining space is uniquely set amongst the rainforest beach dunes. Relaxing and serene. We can be pet friendly upon request. We can not fence between the back garden and the beach littoral rainforest. Pet owners must discuss. Guest AccessGuests have a private lush rainforest garden courtyard with a big outdoor dining table, BBQ , fun cabana and your own beach path. Interaction with GuestsShellie does not live at the premises but is avail when needed. The NeighborhoodSawtell is a delightful sleepy seaside village with shops, cafes, pub and clubs, tennis courts, golf, surf clubs, bowls, and a magnificent beach. Getting AroundThere are taxis, buses, planes. Shellies is a 1 hr flight from Sydney to Coffs, and a 5 min taxi ride. We have off-street parking. Other Things to NoteTry to find the secret lolly jar.... And Shellies is the best kept secret we know.

The SpaceThe Grannary is a Sawtell gem, in a classy modern style, it offers all the comforts of home, only a short stroll to the beach. With views over the Village, The Grannary is nestled in a peaceful street in the heart of Sawtell. This lovely 2 bed room cottage is freshly painted. It is spacious and light filled with aircon and ceiling fan. With its Garage- Rumpus room the Grannary comfortably sleeps 6. A fully equipped Kitchen can be the centre for the gourmet Chef or the servery for a takeaway from nearby restaurants. The landscaped covered Courtyard is a completely private BBQ area and a great outdoor eating zone. Best quality linen and bedding add to a relaxed holiday. We have recently added another Lounging space and TV to the Rumpus room. The Grannary also has free Wi Fi installed. Our eco-credentials have also improved with power generating PVRs on the roof top. Sawtell's beautiful patrolled surf beach is at the end of the street. The village's vibrant main street offers a great selection of eateries and clubs. Sawtell's historic Cinema has now re-opened. Sawtell's (18 hole) Golf, Tennis and Bowls clubs are also within walking distance. Guest AccessThe guests at the Grannary have the full run of the whole cottage. The SpaceFab location in heart of sunny Sawtell. A very short stroll to eateries, pub, chic shops. The beautiful Sawtell main beach is even closer. Guests may swim in the big clean swimming pool, enjoy the BBq facilities. I give very helpful introductory messages on how to find the apartment, and I am on call. Sawtell is the most charming, engaging sea-side village on the coast. It is sweetly quiet, with some great bars and entertainment on hand. THE BEACH is sooooo close. Planes, to Coffs. And trains. The NeighborhoodSawtell is a famous little seaside village with great eateries, coffee shops, boutique shopping, pubs, a cinema, bars and of course, a brilliant beach. When you're at Sawtell you really don't need to leave because Sawtie has everything you need. But if you feel like a drive, try beautiful Bellingen about 30 mins south west, or go up to the Amazing Dorrigo National park. Getting AroundWe offer off-street parking, and there are buses, taxis avail. But whilst in Sawtell you can just stroll. Other Things to NoteThe surf club is 50 metres away, with a little café looking over the beach. Shops, pubs, jazz cafes, boutiques, 17 eateries, butcher, baker, and candles. Our fab cinema has reopened.

Its about a 10 minute drive to the airport. It's a fantastic location which is quiet yet close to many key points of interest. Getting AroundThe Sawtell CBD and Sawtell main beach is 2500 metres away which is a nice walk or bike ride. The Coffs CBD is about a 10 minute drive North. You will be comfortable in open plan beach style living with a large covered deck and outdoor setting. The living area is equipped with a large lounge, HD TV and Blu-ray DVD player. The kitchen, all electric, is a large open area with a breakfast bench and stools adjacent to the dining area that seats 6 people. Main bedrooms with a queen bed opening up to the outdoor balcony and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, double bed on bottom and single on top. When you stay at Sawtell beach cottage you have access to unlimited Wifi to enjoy your holiday online surfing making sure everyone knows you are having a great time. For travellers, a loop road in and out of Sawtell from both the north and south gives easy access from the highway. Guest AccessThe granny flat and connecting garage are stand-alone from the main house which is situated on a corner block. There is direct street access to the granny flat. Enter the gate to the small grassed courtyard, between the L-shaped main house and granny flat. Interaction with GuestsWe are happy to provide local area knowledge to enhance your visit, if required. The NeighborhoodSawtell is best described as a beachside village. The southern end of Sawtell beach has a bay and rock pools. A salt water swimming pool can be found on the south side of Boambee Headland. You can learn to ride a surf board, fish (both estuary and deep sea), go whale watching (seasonal), sky dive or play golf, tennis, croquet, lawn bowls, indoor bowls, or enjoy canoeing, cycling, or bushwalking. Ice skating, tobogganing, putt-putt golf and a water slide can be found at Coffs Harbour's famous Big Banana.     The SpaceFeathers has been recently renovated. Feathers Nest new decore leans towards a new retro style with emphasis on our "feathered friends". The main nesting area consists of a comfortable queen bed with quality inclusions of linen & towels etc. The second bedroom ''cockatoo'' has a double bed and a single bed,also with linen etc., (If 2 beds are required with booking of 2 guests -this will be considered ( guest after 2 ) ie make booking for 3 guests please- at an extra $15 per night- to cover extra cleaning /linen etc.) At the front entrance there is an undercover parking area for your convenience and plenty of quiet street parking. The Villa is ground level in a set of 4 with easy access. There are two small pleasant outdoor sitting areas , one under the front patio and another at the back entrance ,where you will find a sunny garden area with table & chairs . Guest AccessGuests will have full access to Feathers Nest two bedroom Villa and the grounds and carport of Number 3 .- Interaction with GuestsFeathers is our holiday home - so We do not live on site but are not far away and available to be contacted by phone or email and in person , for any help or information that our guests might require.       The apartment is centrally located in Sawtell village. No need for a car. Around the corner from boutique shops, restaurants, bars and amazing beaches for swimming and surfing. The apartment has 3 bedrooms ( one queen bed and 4 single beds.) It also has a private balcony with a gas BBQ. Come and enjoy this beautiful area.

      The SpaceGinger is an incredibly generous and light filled comfortable home, set up to cater for any need. It features original artwork throughout and generally feels like a home away from home. The garden is a green oasis ready for a BBQ served from the outdoor kitchen. All bedding is best quality 1000TC. Guest AccessYou have full access to all parts of Ginger including the 3 on-site carparks. (The garage is currently under construction, finished but not rendered. Interaction with GuestsAlan and I live on site, (not in Ginger) so we are happy to provide any help or assistance to ensure your holiday is a happy one. The apartment is sunny and light and is over the road from the beach enticing you out to swim or just revel in the natural light and sunshine of the East Coast of Australia. You can hear the waves from your bedroom, good for lulling you to sleep. The apartment boasts two bedrooms, one of which is available, with modern kitchen and bathroom. Guest AccessThe kitchen is available through the day for use by guests and a simple breakfast is provided by the host. Feel free to use the space and utensils to cook your meals and as long as you clean up after yourself, you are welcome to full run of the kitchen. Interaction with GuestsThe hosts work most days, so will only be available after hours. Often we will be out, so the lounge room, kitchen and bathroom will be yours to use. The NeighborhoodThis is a seaside small town with many restaurants and iconic cafes to enjoy. The beach is frequented by walkers, surfers and swimmers enjoying the plentiful waves and long golden beaches. Patrolled surf life saving is available on the main beach on weekends and through the school holidays. Getting AroundMost places are within easy walking distance - 10 minutes walk up the beach to the town of Sawtell with its towering fig trees and tempting cafes. The town of Coffs Harbour is 10 minutes drive north up the highway. The local railway station is approximately 600 M away, buses stop regularly in the town of Sawtell and the airport is a 10 minute drive away. Free car parking is available outside the apartment, over the road. Taxis are available 24 hours a day. This is a beautiful part of the country and we are so keen for you to enjoy it too. The apartment is half way between Sydney and Brisbane with the accommodation about 2 kms off the highway between the two, so ideal for a stopover. Sawtell is a beautiful beach side village with a spectacular main street because of the gigantic fig trees that provide both shade and a sight for the eyes. The main street boast many quirky restaurants and bars that cater for cosmopolitan tastes, as well as takeaway Chinese, Fish and Chips and Thai. The recently renovated cinema is also in the main street along with some beautiful boutiques and antique shops. Outside the unit and onto the beach, the Solitary Islands Walkway begins that enable you to walk along the beaches north and south on beautiful coastal tracks.

Contact Lynn on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Keys can be picked up there on check-in. Also note that the neighbour opposite rear lane is very happy to help. His name is Tony on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). He leaves one car in double garage and is happy to move it out during your stay, if needed. The NeighborhoodSawtell is unique due to its heritage-listed small village with cinema, 6 or 7 cafes and restaurants, newsagent, chemist and pub. The beach is the real attraction due to it being a very safe surf beach for families as well as offering one of the best surf breaks on the coast. The village is 5-7min walk from the house. There is also a tennis club and golf club nearby as well as rainforest villages of Bellingen and Dorrigo a short drive up into the hinterland. Getting AroundWalk into the village for cafes, restaurants, etc. The nearest shopping centre is less than 10min drive to Toormina Shopping Centre for everything else; Woolies, Coles, Kmart, Aldi. The mountains come close to the sea offering beautiful bushlands very close for exploring and ensuring plenty of rain that keeps the area a vibrant green. The highest concentration of koalas make this area their home, but they are very shy and rarely seen. The beaches are clean and relatively quiet. The ocean is swimmable all times of the year but best over summer. The town of Sawtell is 10 minutes walk south along the beach or a 2 minute drive and is a modern seaside village boasting a renovated cinema, great cafes, many restaurants and shops for browsing or buying. North of the apartment about 10 minutes drive, is the town of Coffs Harbour, a town of about 40,000 people . The town is home to the Big Banana and contains many, many restaurants, shops, supermarkets, resorts and iconic cafes as well as glorious beaches and walks. Getting AroundThe train station is 600 metres walk from the door, buses are available to get to the local areas and car parking is available outside the apartment. Taxis are available always. Local public transport is not extensive. Other Things to NoteA single car garage is available and free parking is available over the road or under the trees on the nature strip. The unit is situated 10 minutes drive south of Coffs Harbour and local transport is limited, so a car is very handy if you plan to check out the local area.
