Very large pool area overlooking park. The beautiful tree lined park has seating and tables for picnics beside the Creek. It also leads to sporting fields, the famous Sunday farmers market (two minutes walk from home) and the local Theatre. Just a block away from restaurants, and a fifteen minute walk to which has many shops and restaurants. is situated on the beautiful River which has fabulous water sporting things to do, such as kayaking,jet skiing, Thriller boat rides, Ferry rides, paddle boarding, boat hire. Just over a fifteen minute bike ride to 's outstanding Main Beach and Surf Club. There is a board walk which leads into 's amazing National Park with breathtaking views over the beaches and ocean. Approximately ten houses away in distance from the house is the local bus stop. Coaches are available to take you to places they are at Junction and Hasting Street. They will take you to places like Australia Zoo (Steve Irwins), The Marine Park at Mooloolaba, Eumundi Markets and day trips to Brisbane. Our house is situated on a beautiful park with it's ongoing bicycle path. The path will also lead you in the other direction, to Junction which also has many restaurants, bars, shops and the Cinema. So as you can see if you look at the maps we are in a lovely area. During the year hosts many events such as a Jazz Festival, many Triathilons (world famous) Food and Wine Festivals all of this information and much more will be available to you on arrival if you wish. On departure transit pick ups may be arranged from the front door to the airport. Other Things to NoteHouse trained puppy dogs allowed through pre arrangement, at extra fee. These serene, eco-conscious and fully self-contained lakeside cabins are fully furnished and come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave. It also provides the essentials of quality cookware, cutlery, and glassware, as well as a private barbecue. The cabins have either two or three bedrooms, which makes the site ideal for couples or for children as well. A separate lounge and dining area incorporates soft and comfortable furniture and allows for quiet relaxation. My son and I - and 2 spoilt cats, live in a large, modern, 3 bedroom + study house in Noosa Waters on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and the beautiful Noosa River. We are living in one of the most sought after streets in Noosa- only a quick drive or bike ride to the beach and very central to everything Noosa has to offer. We have a large lounge room and a super-size dining/sun/ room. There is a very private garden with entertaining area and plenty of different herbs growing as we love healthy tasty food! We have two spare bicycles which guests can borrow while they are here!

The SpaceThe top level is a new addition and every effort has been made to provide simple home comforts rather than luxury. Free parking is onsite but not under cover. Whilst there are two bedrooms, the second bedroom does not offer a wardrobe - Just a bed and bedside table with drawers - as the wardrobe is used to store owner's personal belongings. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a queen also. The accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for children, as there is a staircase and high deck. The NeighborhoodThe little 2 story cottage is located in a quiet, friendly cul de sac. A 5-10 minute drive will take you to one of Noosa's famous beaches, or the stunningly beautiful National Park where there are many beautiful walking trails. You will most likely catch sight of some dolphins or turtles at one of the lookout points. Close by there are numerous cafe and restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. Getting AroundBus stops are on Weyba Road, a 200 metre walk. Much is accessible on foot and there are bike paths on every main road. Some guests choose to hire bikes. Noosa is very bike friendly. The SpaceThe house is in a fantastic location literally a few mins walk to the river where you can find all cafes, restaurants, parks, supermarket, shops etc. Its on a quiet cul de sac with a park at the end of the street. A short drive and you're in busy Hastings St and all the beautiful beaches & National Park. The river is great to stroll down and also for a dip:) The house has 3 bedrooms, master has an ensuite and other 2 beds are at the opposite end of the house offering nice privacy with their own bathroom/shower room/toilet - master boasts a luxurious king bed, second bed is a king single and 3rd bed has double. Good for a family - comfortably sleeps up to 4/5. There is plenty of free parking space in front of the house & street parking - the actual garage is used for storage and is kept locked up. There is a lovely enclosed back yard with outdoor dining options, BBQ facilities and a trampoline for the kids;) Guest AccessEnjoy all that Noosa has to offer - River, Surf, National Park, excellent dining/cafes, fishing, swimming, boating and kayaking. Minutes FLAT walk to the Noosa River with sandy beaches, walking and bike tracks and picnic spots complete with BBQ areas. Hastings street is an easy 20 minute walk. Budget Rent a Car office is 5 mins walk from the house. The NeighborhoodGreat neighbour hood, safe and everything is close by:) In the house there is a list of all the top things to do and see in the area as well as dining tips. Happy to share any other info you require along the way too. Getting AroundIts a good spot to walk, cycle about as everything is close (all flat ground no hills!). There are taxis nearby, a good public bus system and also the ferry stops just 5 mins from the house on the river and takes you up to Hastings St or down to the Noosa Marina in Tewantin. Budget Rent a Car is just up the road and so is a scooter/ bicycle rental place. Other Things to NoteThis is a very delicate Paul Clout designed home so please treat it delicately the way it is meant to be treated. All the doors are bifold so please take care opening them. If they jam go to another area and open there as they are on tracks. The floor has a soft but yet beautiful wooden floor. As it has been damaged and repaired from shoes damaging the floor continuously we have decided the following rule. No heavy sole shoes or High Heals to be worn on wooden floors. Please keep the floor as beautiful as it is please.

    The SpaceThis private, single level apartment is in a great location in Noosa. It is modern, perfectly equipped with everything you require for a wonderful, carefree holiday. A wonderful spacious modern kitchen with top quality appliances, including a front loader washing machine and dishwasher. Airconditioned apartment, pool, private courtyard with BBQ, close to river, beach, restaurants. This is a fully self contained apartment in a small block of five. Completely private and independent, in a small, quiet cul de sac, a short walk to many of Noosa's attractions. The river and lovely Munna beach is a 5 minute walk away. Positioned midway between the Gympie Terrace river area, restaurants and cafes and Hastings Street, Main beach and the National Park, which are all walkable. The apartment has it's own lovely, private courtyard with a BBQ. There is a shared pool, and allocated undercover parking for each apartment. You will be left alone to enjoy your holiday as I am not on site, but I have a wonderful couple who are not far away and available if your require any help or assistance. Noosa Sound, where the apartment is located, is a beautiful flat area, the Noosa river meanders through and is easily accessible. There are many wonderful cafes and restaurants in this safe, quiet and very pretty location, very close to everything Noosa has to offer. The hustle and bustle of Hastings street Main beach and the National park and also the Gympie Terrace river precinct with many shops, cafes and restaurants are both close at hand and walkable. There is a Japanese style outdoor shower to freshen up after a day on the beach or after a game of golf or walk in the beautiful Noosa National Park. Guests who wish to bring their dog must include a message in the initial booking request and include details such as the breed, age and personality of their dog. If the booking is accepted then you must ensure that when you vacate it will not appear that a dog has stayed. To keep the neighbourhood peaceful your dog must not bark or howl. If you are leaving your dog at home alone it must be left outside in the courtyard. Doggy Day Care in Noosaville is recommended for hounds who do not like to be home alone. Close enough to everything Noosa has to offer, Weyba Downs is Noosa's nearest rural suburb. Lake Weyba is host to kayakers, canoes (and kite surfers when the conditions are right). The well bitumened road provides a great training track to serious cyclists and tri-atheletes alike, but is also quiet enough for a gentle family ride. We are only a 5 minute drive from Ikatan Spa Noosa if you want to really spoil yourself! Chateau Le Shed is a stand alone open-plan studio style accommodation that has a comfy queen size bed and a day bed lounge that consists of two single beds. There is a TV and DVD player with a selection of free movies to view. The bathroom features a bath and shower (but please be mindful of water use as we are on tank water here). The accommodation includes a kitchen that includes a sink, oven with stove top, fridge/freezer, frypan and there is also the option of cooking outside on the BBQ, and enjoying the outdoor brazier. There is a Porta-cot if required, and an iron and ironing board. Free NEW AND IMPROVED Wi-Fi (Super strong signal inside accommodation). This space is eclectic, unique and fun, and is beautifully decorated with original art.     The SpaceIf you are looking for privacy and luxury, this executive home might be for you! Private Large 'Full Home' Right On The Waterfront. Enjoy that relaxed holiday feeling on the waters edge in an elegant peaceful setting(URL HIDDEN) You can also catch a fish from the back door. 12 Neptune is one of the best location in the Noosa region and so close to everything. From here, it is just a 5 minute flat walk to Woolworth's Shopping Center, Dan Murphies, Domino's Pizza, McDonald's, Red Rooster, movie shops, restaurants, bars and just about everything else you may want. Also, just 10 minutes walk takes you to the beautiful Noosa River and some 45+ eateries, restaurants and bars in Thomas Street, and Gympie Terrace along the river. From out back door you can catch a fish off the jetty (mostly brim) or paddle our kayaks for miles around the waterway and look at amazing properties. If you have your own boat, you can cruise out into the Noosa River and go to the bottom end of Hasting Street, the River Mouth or up-stream to Tewantin or much further. There are a number of pontoon-boat hire businesses along the river and you can even bring one of these to our back door jetty to use at your lea sure. We have quality beds and bedding throughout the house. Upstairs, there is an Italian leather King bed with latex mattress. Downstairs these is another Italian leather King bed, A Queen bed and a single bed. The house is very well equipped with 3- dining areas that seat 8. (2-outside and inside dining table) One is on the back deck overlooking the waterway, and the other is on the Pool side overlooking the swimming pool. The whole home opens up to the water with large push-out windows and bi-fold doors to a big waterfront deck. There is also ample linen, towels, furnishings, cutlery and crockery etc. There is a highchair and put-together cot if needed. There are 4 TV's throughout the house. We have in-house video's, and CD's and there is music players (plug & play) for i-pad/i-phone use. The kitchen is large with lots of bench space and also well equipped with rice cooker, microwave, double-door refrigerator, sandwich toaster, automatic toasters, gas cook top, blender, dishwasher and heaps of plates, bowels etc. The pool side (to the North) is very private with high walls to the street and neighboring properties. As this private side gets the sun all day, the water temp is always reasonable. On the waterway side, there is a large timber deck entertainment area almost right to the waters edge with built-in BBQ and bar area outside the kitchen. The windows and doors along this side fully open up to the water and view. The home is very secure and private in a nice street walking distance to everything. Guest AccessIf you are coming in from the Brisbane airport, you can take the "Conxion" bus line, running 10-to the hour every hour and can drop you right at the door. This costs about $45 ea. We can meet you or leave the keys ready for you. Whatever you prefer. We are a short drive or easy bike ride to world famous Noosa Main Beach and Hastings Street. Noosa River and Gympie Terrace is in walking distance, where you can enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes, a relaxing stroll, a picnic or take in an incredible sunset. The famous Noosa Farmers’ Market, where you will find the finest and freshest Sunshine Coast produce, is in easy walking distance and is held each Sunday morning. A little further afield you can visit Fraser Island on a 4WD tour, discover the Everglades - one of Australia's most magnificent wilderness areas, explore the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland and Glasshouse Mountains, visit Australia Zoo or pick up some local hand-made souvenirs at the famous Eumundi Markets. We provide 2 bicycles (his and hers) - you can easily cycle to Noosa Main Beach and Gympie Terrace and there are excellent bike paths in our neighbourhood. There are several airport shuttle services (from both Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Aiports) that provide a door-to-door service. Please ask for details if required. If you desire to explore further afield, a car is recommended (undercover parking is provided). There are also numerous tour operators that can take you to the many attractions on offer. There is a local bus service (bus stop about 500 metres away) as well as a reliable taxi service and Uber. Other Things to NoteFood is an important aspect of our home, so if you are a foodie you will be well catered for. Each morning you will enjoy a beautifully prepared continental breakfast made from home-grown and local produce, including freshly extracted juice, cafe-quality coffee, a selection of teas as well as home-made goodies. We are happy to cater for various diets, including vegan, gluten-free and paleo. We are also able to provide a delicious dinner made from local and home-grown produce by request at an additional cost. This flows on to a beautiful pool and BBQ area set amongst a well established tropical garden. This property is completely fenced and secure with a remote camera controlled gate. There are separate areas for dogs, if need be, which makes this holiday home as extremely family friendly holiday accommodation. We have push bikes (2) and gym, for the enthusiastic. This home is wheel chair accessible, as it is all on one level and has no stairs or steps whatsoever. Sorry but we only cater for couples and families, minimum stay 7 days. Situated just down from the Noosa River and restaurants, walk ways and BBQ area's.

The NeighborhoodIt is a quiet neighbourhood and neighbours appreciate their privacy. It is a great location as so handy to so many amenities. Leave the car and walk to many cafes and restaurants for dinner or walks by the Noosa river etc. I get many wedding guests for instance, since many receptions are held either in restaurants along Noosa River, or Quamby Place . Getting AroundThere is a ferry service from a few points along Noosa river which will take you to Hastings street and the main beach, if you dont wish to take your car. Uber taxis are also available in the area, as well as the regular taxi service. I do always recommend guests arrive with a hire vehicle (if they are not local) as there is so much to see on the Sunshine Coast. Other Things to NoteI do not permit smoking in the house, nor animals. I do love animals, so if you have a dog you cannot leave behind, I am very happy to discuss. I have wifi in the house for guests to use, but ask they just use for emails, and not to download movies which will take me over my limit. No parties permitted.

There is an enormous array of dining options, but we think fish and chips sitting by the water is a must! Boat, kayak and paddle board hire are all popular and great fun. Getting AroundNoosa has plenty of buses which are often free during peak seasons, there is also the Noosa Ferry which can take you up and down the beautiful river from Tewantin to Noosa Heads. There is a one car garage space available and plenty of on street parking.       The SpaceThis is our family home which we are renting out during our extended overseas trip. We have lived here for 10 years with our 3 children. It is a single level home with 4/5 bedrooms. The property has a wide 23m waterfront with decking to the waters edge and a large jetty. There is a long side garden and front garden space. The waterfront patio has an outdoor suite, outdoor dining, lounges and chairs. There is a large rollout shade sail and an outdoor umbrella shade available. A Weber Q BBQ is also provided. Guest AccessThe entire house is available with the exception of the garage. There is WiFi throughout the house with NETFLIX access though main TV. There is air con in all bedrooms and kitchen/dining room. We have a canoe with paddle to use. Fishing rod and crab pot. Large family size trampoline, Basketball Hoop and pool toys. Interaction with GuestsWe are only available by email during the period. We have arranged for local friends to manage bookings, handle any maintenance and any emergencies while we are away.
