We have a 5 bedroom open plan house with 2 big lounges. We are a family of 3 adults. We live in a new suburb with lots of parks, walking / biking trails, golf course and a short drive to the best beaches in the world. We are 5 minutes to a Westfield Mall and 2 minutes to Costco. We have a lovely cavoodle dog named Coco. We have a big backyard and entertainment area. We are only minutes away from trendy cafes and restaurants. I love cooking and we also go to many family events. We are private people, but very friendly and will respect your space.

The SpaceThe room is one of the two bedrooms. This double bed bedroom is located at the back part of the house and is separated from the other room by a lounge/common room in between them. Close to the hospital, local shopping centre - woolies/pharmacy/red roosters/wok me/the coffee club/dentist/medical centre/hairdresser/fashion/bakery,BWS/Dominos, schools and University, and public transports. Getting AroundBus stop is within walking distance and train station would be 30 mins on foot. Other Things to NoteWe have two cavalier dogs in the backyard, both friendly and good fun.

The SpaceBellmere on Richards Rural Getaway is a unique property and self catering holiday home It is a beautifully appointed 4 1/2 star self contained home that offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to seven people. It is advisable to have a car. The home has been fully renovated throughout and features a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and cooktop, three bedrooms (Room 1: Queen and single, Room 2: Queen, Room 3: Two singles), two bathrooms, and wrap around verandahs. Our location has lovely surrounds with gardens and a small orchard, resident native wildlife such as kangaroos and an abundance of birdlife, whilst the property is bounded by Wararba Creek. We are located approximately 45 minutes from Brisbane Airport, 7 km from the Cabolture CBD & Hub and a short drive from the $17m Equestrian Centre at the beginning of the Sunshine Coast. Bellmere/Caboolture is ideally central to Brisbane, the Sunshine and Gold Coasts, Sunshine Hinterland, Bribie Island, Wineries and a range of adventure and water sports. Morayfield Shopping Centre is a short drive away and has major retailers such as Woolworths, Coles, K-Mart & Big W, a Post Office and banks. We are ideally suited for your trip to Costco as this is 5 minutes from the Villa. Other Things to NoteThis area is peaceful and tranquil so if you love noise this is not the place for you. The villa is shaded by trees and surrounded by farm land and large acre block properties.

      The SpaceThis really is a mountain retreat. You can escape the hustle and bustle of the world here. Mobile phones will only pick up 1 - 2 bars in the house. If you walk to the top of the driveway phones usually kick in. There is a land line in the house. Everyone is most welcome to use that when ever they need. Wi Fi is available but again it's limited. If you really can't be without either of these, this probably isn't the place for you. It's great when you are here to catch up and chat with friends or family. Games come out, conversations & creativity flow, and everyone enjoys the quality time this space creates. 3 double bedrooms with queen sized beds + 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. 1 double sofa bed (in the lounge area) + 1 small fold-up single bed (suitable for children) + couch which makes a good single bed + baby's porta cot and a dogg'y bed. All up can sleep 9+ people. Main has ensuite and private balcony. Fully equipped country kitchen with wood burning stove & 4 burner gas cook top. 2 living areas, main with slow combustion wood heater, piano and library. Guest AccessGuests have access to whole house. Games, jigsaw puzzles, books, art materials, TV, video, piano, guitar. Double car garage. Yoga deck. Highchair, ping-pong table, tee-pee for kids on the lawn. Bush walking tracks. Fresh air, mountain breezes, trees and wide open skies. We are on 40 acres here, the property has a dam, (you can't see it from the house), and we are surrounded by bush. The house doesn't have a fenced yard, so dogs and children need to be supervised at all times. This can be done easily from the front veranda, where you can watch the kids running around and playing in the tepee. You will be surprised to hear the volume of their uninhibited play, having nothing other than the wind in the trees and the birds to compete with. They love it. We also have a fire pit that you are all most welcome to use. Great for toasting marshmallows, telling tall tales, singing and gazing at the starry, starry, night. Interaction with GuestsOwners live on the property in a separate dwelling. We will gladly be here to answer any questions about the house or area. For the most you won't even know we are there. The NeighborhoodMt. Mee is part of the Moreton Bay Region. Beautiful views of the bay and the stunning Glasshouse Mountains can be seen from a number of view points around the area. Horse riding, mountain bike riding, bush walking, bird watching and swimming, can all be enjoyed in the Dáguilar National Park, which is right on our door step. Hot stone massage or Swedish / bowen therapy available from local practitioners - please contact me to make a booking. A market is held on the first Sunday of every month in our local hall, where a great country breakfast is served on the deck. The people are friendly and the locals are always planning some special event in the local hall. For other meals or just a cup of coffee we are proud to have the highly respected Birches Restaurant just 5 mins. up the road, and Ocean View winery around 20minutes drive away. If available, I'm happy to babysit children (or dogs) if parents want to get away for dinner. We are about 30 km from Brisbane airport, CBD and 60 minutes to Sunshine coast. Redcliffe is our nearest beach and about 10km away. We are only 5 minutes drive from the Bruce Highway. There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. If there is a requirement for personal laundry for longer stays, there will be a charge to be negotiated.

                    The SpaceOur home is spacious and neat, but with a warm country feel. It has lots of lovely sitting places either inside, or outside in the patio, with the opportunity to enjoy company over coffee or be alone with a book. You can wander around the garden and say hello to the chooks, or get creative at our craft table. Our Queen bedroom is good sized and cosy, with a very comfortable soft top, new mattress and lovely decor, and plenty of space to put your things. We have some air conditioning in the front lounge and quiet, effective fans in each bedroom and living area. There is lots of fridge space and washing facilities, and you are welcome to use the well appointed kitchen. (I love to cook myself) We have a large above ground pool, which is getting a bit elderly, but still works well. Although the pool is all fenced, our setting wouldn't be safe for children younger than 5 years, sorry. Guest AccessWe have off road parking, and a key safe so If Isaac or I aren't home when you arrive, you can let yourself in. We'll leave good written instructions so you get the hang of how our house works, and where to find things. Interaction with GuestsMy teenage son Isaac and I are the inhabitants, and we are very friendly although on quiet side of things. We will enjoy getting to know you and chatting but also very happy to give you all the space you need. Isaac loves his computer and that usually were he is posted. I work friday through till mondays and Isaac is in his last year of high school so you'll quite often have the house to yourself, especially fridays, sundays and mondays. I love to garden and cook so if you would like to join us for a home cooked meal, for a small charge, you are welcome. (except for Sat and Sun as I work later) I will leave a good variety breakfast makings for you. Often times you might find I've done some baking and you are welcome to share that. The NeighborhoodOur neighbours and neighbourhood are quiet and friendly, and it is a safe environment to be in. Narangba has lovely green ways for biking and walking, and we have 2 well kept mountain bikes and a hybrid bike you can share. Our lake has a plethora of many varieties of birds and you can even see fish, turtles and eels from the bridge on a sunny morning. There is a barbeque on the lakes edge, an exercise equipment area and well appointed children's playground. Our nearest train station is a 5 min drive or 18 min walk, and shops and takeaways are nearby, about the same distance. Northlakes is only 15 mins away and has a huge shopping mall and cinemas, and an abundance of restaurants, cafes and recreational experiences ie Velocity, skating, paintball, bowling etc. Getting AroundWe are about 4 mins to the main Bruce highway which will take you up the Sunshine Coast to Bribie(30 mins), Caloundra, (45mins) Mooloolaba,with its Aussie World, Underwater World, whale watching, (60mins), Noosa and the Eumundi Markets (80min). Down the highway is the airport (30 mins non peak), Brisbane CBD (45min non peak), Gold coast and theme parks (about 75 mins). Then there is Redcliffe Peninsula, which is a lovely family orientated, quiet waterside setting (25 mins)., and inland, the delightful hinterland township of Montville, with its unique views and shopping experiences(60mins). There is the Glass House Mountains that you can hike up and enjoy a spectacular view or just go to the Mary Caine Cross Park in Maleny and see a similar view there, while enjoying a gentle rain forest walk and seeing the Paddymelons if you are lucky. Easy day trips are a plenty. If you are a bit more venturesome, great mountain biking trails are only 30 minutes away.
