Eyre Cottage is ideally situated on the corner of Eyre & Landsborough Streets, only 200m from Townsville's beautiful Strand with stunning views of Castle Hill and is just a short stroll to the rock pool, swimming enclosure and water park. There is a corner store, takeaway and hairdressers adjacent and it is only minutes from the city centre. The perfect spot for family holiday accommodation in Townsville!       The Space2402 is a nice studio that can not be beat for position, Actual photos the studio has a laundry with washer and dryer , the bathroom has a bath/shower , the bed is a king size top of the range, there is a leather 2 seat couch and a dining table and chairs, the kitchenette is basic with fridge a cook top and microwave. the balcony is quite large with a outdoor setting, the studio is A/C, We can supply a fold out for a third person if needed. Getting AroundYou don't need a car here , with buses and the Trams only one minute walk away. The tram runs short trips to Broadbeach where Jupiters Casino and convention center is , great for a evening out. Other Things to NoteNote we do not do a mid stay service, the units are cleaned and made up at the end of each stay. 2402 has a full laundry with wash machine and dryer.

You have access to free Wi-Fi You have 1 Car off street parking space which is right in front of our front door, which is right next to your gate that leads you down your 2 flights of steps to your private entrance to your unit. You are just 8 Mins. walk down some steps to the street below to Public Transport, Shops, Doctors, Chemist, Coffee Shop, Post Office, Hair Dresser, Parks and beach and fishing.. You are just a few mins. drive to The Strand where you may enjoy a walk along our beautiful beach, pickup some take away, or food from the shops and supermarket near by, or just enjoy a nice coffee at the C Bar and take in the great view of the bay and Island. The Night Clubs, City Shops and the Sunday Markets, and the Magnetic Island Ferry are also just a few mins. drive too . The Airport and Golf Course are just 5 mins. drive too, so you are pretty central. The second bedroom (subject to additional charges) has the option of either two Single beds or a King bed depending on your requirements (your preference is required at time of booking) also with air-conditioning & ceiling fan. Both rooms have ample wardrobe and shelving space for storage. Well behaved pets are welcome on request. There is a secure, gated, shady pet enclosure on one side of the apartment. Pets upon approval are also welcome inside on tiled areas only (ie: the bedrooms are carpeted & pets are not allowed into those areas), they are also not allowed on any furniture. Please ensure when going out during your stay that pets are secured in the outdoor enclosure & are not left unattended inside the unit at any time.(Additional charges apply $10 per pet per night).
