The SpaceWe are located in a quiet, leafy street in one of Brisbane's older, charming suburbs. A short walk to Eagle Junction Station where you can catch the train to the city or the Airtrain to the airport or Gold Coast. There are also several restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Guest will have access to a spacious air-conditioned lounge room with a television. A private paved area in the front garden can be accessed from the bedroom through french doors. A bar fridge and kettle in the bedroom. Looking forward to meeting & greeting our guests. We can give advise on public transport & sight seeing. We live in an older suburb with lovely tree lined streets & many older style timber homes unique to Queensland . Close to major station & bus routes. 15 minutes to C.B.D. . Direct train line to Gold coast , trip takes about 90 minutes. Eagle junction is the first stop for the Airtrain from international terminal. We are only a 5min walk from station. Guest AccessGuest will have the use of private lounge & bathroom. Kitchen is off limits however there is a mini fridge , electric jug , microwave, cutlery & crockery in the bedroom. Milk , coffee , tea & cereal will be provided. The NeighborhoodWe live in a gracious older suburb of brisbane which features many timber homes unique to Queensland, [Queenslanders]. There are a variety of restaurants in walking distance to our home. Getting AroundWe are 5minutes walk from Eagle Junction station , which is the first station from the International terminal. Trains to city, [15mins away], North Coast & Gold Coast all stop at this station.

The SpaceI have a 2 bedroom travellers apartment - a little bit rustic and filled with finds that I've collected from around the world on my travels! It's in the well regarded suburb of Clayfield which is very safe, quiet and easy to get around. Those visiting can easily get by without a car as the apartment is approx. a 10 minute taxi ride from either the Brisbane's domestic or international airport, and there is a major shopping centre, transport and restaurants all within minutes walk! The CBD is also close by - approx. 7km and accessible in 10-15 minutes dependant on traffic. Interaction with GuestsI am a busy professional and work in a business role doing the standard office hours, Monday to Friday. I also tend to keep myself quite busy outside of work too! I've just started a psychology degree so will be studying lots, and you may find me looking a little bit stressed, lost and panicked as I find my feet with this!!! When I'm not working or studying, I'm generally out undertaking one of my various interests which include yoga, salsa, hiking, mountain bike riding, motorbike riding and of course socialising with friends! During the working week I rise early and leave the house by 6am, and then head to bed 8.30pm ish (shoo me in there if I'm not!!!). I'm also out most of the weekend - that is unless I've collapsed from exhaustion from doing the above! When I am there I tend to keep to myself, but happy to help out where I can with tips on things to do, places to go to help you make the most of your visit here! The NeighborhoodSHOPPING: Toombul Shoppingtown is a 5 minute walk, DFO (Discount Factory Outlet) is a 5 minute drive or short bus ride, Westfield Chermside (largest shopping centre in Queensland) is a 10 minute car ride or short bus ride. RESTAURANTS / CAFES: Within Walking Distance - 5 minutes to - Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Sizzler. 10 minutes to - Italian, Red Deli.15 to - Thai, Mexican, Japanese, Italian, Indian, Coffee shops etc! Racecourse Road - A prestigious eat street 10 minutes by bus or 5 minute drive. Portside Wharf - A prestigious complex with many well regarded restaurants as well as more affordable options. TAKEAWAY: Within 5 minutes walk - Indian, Japanese, Chinese, McDonalds, KFC and others in shopping centre. Within 10 minutes walk - Dominos, Subway, Cold Rock, Hells Pizza, Noodles, Fish & Chip shop, Chicken & Chips, Butchers, Fresh Food Market & Deli. MARKETS: Friday and Saturday Nights - Eat Street at Hamilton North Shore (10 minute drive), Sundays - Nundah Farmers Markets (20 minute walk), Eagle Farm Markets (10 minute bus ride) MOVIES: 5 minutes walk at Toombul Shopping Centre, or at Chermside Shopping Centre or Portside Wharf. DVD kiosk within 5 minute walk or video shop within 10 minute walk. SERVICES: Toombul shopping centre in 5 minute walk has 2 medical clinics, pathology, podiatrist, chemists, hairdressers, beauticians, massage, hardware, and a lot lot more that I can't fit here!!! Getting AroundTRAIN: Toombul station is the closest and within 10 minute walk, Eagle Junction station is approx. 25 minute walk and airport train arrive/depart here as do the trains to the Gold and sunshine coasts. BUS: There is a bus stop in the next street (2 minute walk) that travels to the city via Racecourse Rd. There are also buses at the end of the street that goes to the city or the Toombul interchange (5-10 minute walk) that has has buses that travel to the CBD, Chermside, DFO and beyond! CAR: The unit is located with directly off the East West Arterials, with immediate access to the Airport Link tunnels and Gateway Motorway. Dependant on traffic it is approximately 1 hour to the Sunshine or Gold Coast, 10-15 minutes drive to the city (CBD) Other Things to NoteI am also able to provide airport pick up / drop off when available for $15 each way.

The SpaceOur house is a modern two storey house 9km from Brisbane CBD. We are a 10 minute drive from Brisbane airport and close to the airport tunnel and public transport. My husband and I live upstairs and will be on site during your stay. Downstairs we have a self contained, fully furnished two bedroom apartment available for rental. There is a large modern bathroom. The larger bedroom has a queen sized bed and the smaller bedroom has a double bed. It has a refrigerator,large, flat -screen TV, washing machine and dryer to use. We have an inground lap pool for your use also. Street parking is safe and plentiful. I work as a teacher through the day, but can arrange to be at home to greet guests from 4pm. There are several restaurant options a short drive or walk from our place - many restaurants deliver take away food also. A bus to the city stops directly outside out house and Nundah train station is less than 3km away. Brisbane's greatest appeal is its incredible sub-tropical climate. There is plenty to do and see on a short visit to the city - en route to other places in Australia - or as a destination on its own. Looking forward to hearing from you.......... The apartment is close to the Brisbane Domestic and International Airports and Brisbane City CBD making it ideal for overnight stopovers or for longer visits while exploring Brisbane. CHECK IN Flexible CHECK OUT Flexible Guest AccessYou will be given your own keys to the apartment so that you can come and go as you please. You will have your own private bedroom that sleeps up to two people in a comfortable double bed. All linen, blankets, towels and pillows are provided. The room has a digital television, ceiling fan and a wardrobe with a full length mirror. You have your own bathroom containing a basin/sink, toilet, and a shower over a bathtub. I provide basic toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. Laundry facilities are available (by request). The NeighborhoodMy apartment is located in Nundah, approximately 8 kilometres (5 miles) north-east of the Brisbane City CBD (15 minute drive or train trip), and only a 5-8 minute taxi (or UBER) ride from the Brisbane Domestic and International Airport ($20-$30). ** The train from the airport is expensive and takes longer than a taxi but I'm happy to give some advice. The main motorways are only a five minute drive away, making the apartment a perfect base location for daytrips to explore the Gold Coast beaches in the south or the Sunshine Coast beaches in the north, or the beautiful hinterlands both north and south of Brisbane, and all within an hour or so drive from the apartment. ** I highly recommend a road trip to Mount Tamborine (South) or Maleny/Montville (North) if you have a hire car. Or you might like to check out the Lone Pine Koala and wildlife sanctuary in Brisbane. My apartment is a 2 minute stroll to Nundah Village, a busy and vibrant central location where you have access to multiple cafes and restaurants (including Indian, Italian, Thai, Mexican, Sushi, Paleo & Organic), three pubs and a wine bar, Bakery, Liquor store, Gyms, Supermarket (Woolworths), Pharmacy, Post Office, Newsagent, Travel Agent, and ATM's (Cash Machines). I am walking distance to local churches, as well as free local meditation classes and affordable Yoga classes (Tuesdays, Saturdays). Getting AroundThere are a variety of transport options within walking distance from my apartment. Both the Nundah Train Station and Toombul Train Station are only a 5 minute walk away, with train services to and from the city (5 stops = 15min journey) at least every 15 minutes (every 2 minutes during peak hour). Toombul Train station is the closest (at the bottom of the street). To get to my place from the airport you take the Airtrain to Eagle Junction station, then another train to Toombul station (1 stop). The first train departing from the Airport is at 5:04am (6:04am on Saturday & Sunday), and the last train departs at 10:04pm. The cost is $21.80 per person. I recommend you consider getting a taxi (costs $20-$30) or uber (approx $20) because for a few extra dollars it is a faster and more convenient option. There are multiple city bound buses within 5 minutes walk from my apartment, including a bus interchange at the local shopping centre (Toombul Shopping Centre) 10 minutes walk away. I recommend catching a train to South Brisbane Train Station (20 minute journey) where you can spend the day exploring Southbank and the Brisbane cultural precinct located on the Brisbane River. There are many cafes/restaurants, a man-made beach and lagoon, Museum, Art Gallery, Science Centre and the QLD Performing Arts Complex. It's a short walk from Southbank across the Brisbane River to the Brisbane City CBD. Other Things to NoteI have a very friendly and talkative cat called "Jersey". You'll have to keep your bedroom door closed if you don't want him in your room. If you dont like cats or are allergic then my place is not for you.

    Lillian Court offers casual elegance close to the Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Airport and also to the natural wetlands bordering beautiful Morton Bay. Ten kilometres north of Brisbane CBD, guests can easily access the city by either train, or driving 15 minutes via conventional routes, or 6 minutes via tunnels. The three level modern townhouse is features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and offers guests generous living areas. The main level features an open plan living area with lounge, dining and kitchen; a laundry and powder room are also located on this level. Banked sliding doors open the interior fully onto a lovely secluded and leafy courtyard on one side, and an intimate balcony on the other, both perfect spots to enjoy Brisbane's beautiful climate, whether it be outdoor breakfasts or a cool evening drink. The upper level contains bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and ensuite, and the other with a double bed, and use of the main bathroom, which has shower and bath facilities. Both bedrooms offer a relaxing and peaceful environment, with white plantation shutters to control light, whilst allowing cooling bay breezes to provide airflow. The lower level consists of a lock up garage and private entry. The aspect of the townhouse means all rooms enjoy beautiful light, are bright and sunny, with airy bay breezes in the afternoon, whilst maintaining excellent security. The property is only a few hundred metres from the running and cycling paths, offering immediate access to a beautiful wilderness experience whether one is on foot or bike, and for serious cyclists there is also a speed/training circuit adjacent to the bike path. With many tracks meandering through wetlands, bayside beaches and numerous parks, the area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists. For those looking for the cafe lifestyle, the townhouse is close to the busy, vibrant atmosphere of Nundah Village, which offers plenty of choice. Only a stroll or a quick drive away, whether you are seeking an excellent coffee, or something more substantial... Thai, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, and everything in between.. it's here, and sometimes tucked into the most unexpected places. Take a walk to the Farmer's market on Sunday morning and stock up with fresh, local produce, while enjoying some local 'flavour'. There are two train stations within walking distance, with a very regular service to the city (15minutes), Bayside destinations (15minutes) and Southbank (20minutes) Likewise, Public Transport bus services are fast and efficient with the nearest stop just around the corner. Nundah village High Street is a leisurely ten minutes stroll away, while the larger Toombul shopping centre is also a very pleasant ten minute walk along the Shultz canal. Despite the peaceful environment of the townhouse, the airport is only a seven minute drive away - fantastic for guests flying in or out of Brisbane. A four minute drive will put guests on the main motorways, making the property a perfect base for day trips to explore the many beaches on offer at both the Gold Coast (to the South) and Sunshine Coast (to the North). Other favourite day trip destinations include Mount Tamborine, the Sunshine Coast hinterland, Byron Bay and Noosa Heads.

Getting AroundIt is a very close walk to toombul train station, 5 minutes or under depending how fast you walk! It takes 13 minutes to get into the city. Nundah Village is a 1-2 minute drive or a 5-10 minute walk. Other Things to NoteNundah village, which is a 10 minute walk has a variety of cafes and food joints, gyms, woolworths, pubs, barbers, hairdressers, markets on a sunday and everything else you need.

I have unlimited wifi but also around 400 movies that you are welcome to watch. In the kitchen you will find a coffee machine and also a thermomix. Interaction with GuestsIf available Im more than happy to show you around and give tips on things to do and even invite you to a yoga class! weekend drink on the deck. The NeighborhoodMy home backs onto a river that gives access to a bike and running path, really quiet but only a 10 min walk to cafes and pubs and also big shopping centre and gyms. Getting AroundIt only takes 5 minutes to walk to the train station which takes 12 min to fortitude valley and 15-20 minutes to central station. Other Things to NoteI do have a pet, a Sun Conure which is a south American Parrot. She is lots of fun a bit cheeky and can make some noise sometimes and I would defiantly need you to know this, she will be in her cage and only out of the cage when I am home. Dare you not to fall in luv with her ;)

      The SpaceMy 3 bedroom townhouse is very spacious with 2 very large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. There is 1 Queen bed in the main room which has AC, 1 Double bed in 2nd bedroom and 1 single bed in smaller 3rd bedroom. Both 2nd and 3rd bedroom have ceiling fans. All of your linen and towels are supplied and there is a washing machine, dryer and clothes line with pegs for your use. The living area is open plan and fully air conditioned with a 50 inch flat screen TV and 2 x 3 seater leather lounges. There are lots of dvd's for your watching, as well as lots of CD's for your playing. The delightful dining area comfortably seats 6 people. Free Wifi is accessible throughout the whole unit and outdoor living area. There is a toilet downstairs for your use. The well appointed and modern kitchen is a chefs delight with 1 metre wide oven and 6 burner gas hot plates. There are everything you want in this kitchen including dinner setting, cutlery, wine glasses for 6 people, toaster, jug, frying pans, pots, serving dishes and more. The outdoor living area, which has a ceiling fan, is very private with a small lawned area - great for your dog. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner outside, as it is protected from the weather. There is a 7 day convenience store basically across the road, where you can buy basics, and Woolworths is a short walk or car drive away in Nundah Village. There are a multitude of café and restaurants in Nundah Village precinct, which again is only a short walk or drive away. Brisbane City is only 11 klm away, and easily accessible by bus, train or car. The train station is 5 minute walk and the train takes 13 minutes to the CBD. The NeighborhoodOur townhouse is situated in a great spot in Brisbane. Only 9kms from the city and a stones throw from the airport, the inner city suburb of Nundah has all you'll need. Situated directly opposite a large shopping centre which has a variety of speciality stores, supermarkets, chemist, a cinema, food court and a gym. Not too far away there are many other cute cafes, pubs, and shops in walking distance. Nundah village itself has a variety of shops and cafes and is about a 5 minute walk. Getting AroundThe shopping centre across the road has a bus interchange and over the road a major train station (Toombul). Buses and trains run regularly to and from the city (and airport!). If you do plan on using public transport regularly throughout your stay, you are best to get a 'Go Card' - it's a 'tap and go' system and is cheaper than buying single trips. You can find more information here (as well as timetable information) (URL HIDDEN) You can get to our place on a train from the airport, however it may be more convenient / cheaper to get a taxi (or why not try Uber!). If you would like and if we are available, we may also be able to arrange to pick you up / drop you off from the airport / cruise terminal for a small pre arranged fee.           Lillian Court offers casual elegance close to the Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Airport and also to the natural wetlands bordering beautiful Morton Bay. Ten kilometres north of Brisbane CBD, guests can easily access the city by either train, or driving 15 minutes via conventional routes, or 6 minutes via tunnels. The three level modern townhouse is features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and offers guests generous living areas. The main level features an open plan living area with lounge, dining and kitchen; a laundry and powder room are also located on this level. Banked sliding doors open the interior fully onto a lovely secluded and leafy courtyard on one side, and an intimate balcony on the other, both perfect spots to enjoy Brisbane's beautiful climate, whether it be outdoor breakfasts or a cool evening drink. The upper level contains bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and ensuite, and the other with a double bed, and use of the main bathroom, which has shower and bath facilities. Both bedrooms offer a relaxing and peaceful environment, with white plantation shutters to control light, whilst allowing cooling bay breezes to provide airflow. The lower level consists of a lock up garage and private entry. The aspect of the townhouse means all rooms enjoy beautiful light, are bright and sunny, with airy bay breezes in the afternoon, whilst maintaining excellent security. The property is only a few hundred metres from the running and cycling paths, offering immediate access to a beautiful wilderness experience whether one is on foot or bike, and for serious cyclists there is also a speed/training circuit adjacent to the bike path. With many tracks meandering through wetlands, bayside beaches and numerous parks, the area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists.           The SpaceThe apartment has french doors that open to the heated pool and garden. The property is 800 square meters with beautiful tropical plants. The apartment is very big and it is cool in the summer. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven and microwave and fridge. There is a private bathroom. There is a bedroom with two single beds and there is a sofa bed and a single bed in the rumpus room that coverts into a double bed, that is big enough to accomodate a lounge/TV area, a dinning area and the beds. It is conveniently situated 5 mins walk from Eagle Junction Station, which is only one stop away from the airport, and 4 stops to the city (or one stop as some of the trains are express). The suburb of Clayfield is one of the oldest and nicest in Brisbane. We are 3 or 4 minutes walk to the wonderful Kalinga Park where you can swim in the creek or ride a bike to Nudgee Beach. We have a wonderful coffee shop that does superb breakfast and lunch 50 meters away in Park Avenue and a grocery store 5 mins away plus loads of restaurants, close to the train station. Strictly NO smoking allowed. You might hear some footsteps from above as we have floorboards but we walk around barefoot. We are very close to Kalinga Park, a beautiful park with a creek and a bicycle path that follows the Kedron Creek, absolutely beautiful, also great for walking. We have a wonderful coffee shop literally around the corner which does fantastic coffee, breakfast and lunch. We are also close to a small grocery store (walking distance) and 5 mins drive to two big supermarkets Getting AroundGetting to our place from the airport is cheap ($10 I believe) and easy on the express train to Eagle Junction. Then a 5 mins walk to the house. There is a express train to the city (downtown) otherwise it is only 4 stops. There is a bus that goes to the city from 10 meters outside the house. Brisbane is easy by train, we use it all the time Other Things to NoteParking is free on the street and not busy.

          The SpaceWe have a two story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house in a complex of 4, only 5 years old. Public transport is available on the doorstep, or 5 mins to the train (6 stops to the city) Shopping centre with cinema is a 5 min walk as is restaurants, bottle shop etc. Guest AccessWe have a key box on the front door and will provide an access code to get the keys. Interaction with GuestsOwners are available to provide assistance and access if necessary, including after hours and weekends. We are very friendly and enjoy meeting new people, so happy to interact, or equally as happy to give you privacy. The NeighborhoodClose to a main road, so safe to walk at night to restaurants, very close to transport with easy access to the city. Getting AroundWe are a 10min drive to the airport (so taxi's are cheap), the bus is outside the front door and a train is 5mins walk. Parking is available on the street.           The SpaceThe bedroom has a queen bed with a built in wardrobe and a balcony that you share with the other guests. The combined bathroom/laundry and separate toilet will also be shared with guests. I have a fully equipped kitchen, TV with entertainment channels plus Netflix as well as wifi internet. The complex has a pool and bbq area for you to enjoy too. Guest AccessThe complex has security gates with separate keys to get in the apartment building as well as the apartment. I am pretty close to the aiport so if time permits, I am more than happy to pick you up or drop you off for a small fee. I live on the second floor and there are no lifts in the building. Interaction with GuestsI work full time throughout the week so the place is all yours during the day. Getting AroundThe complex has parking but is on a first in first served basis. Parking is available on the street as well. Nundah train station is within 8 mins walking distance, Nundah village (shop and cafes) within 10mins walk and domestic airport within 10-12mins drive. It will be a 15 min train ride from the station to the city.

          Experience living in a spacious Queenslander on Brisbane’s inner-north side. Catch a breeze through the house, and relax in the main living area with cathedral ceilings which opens out to the large rear deck, ideal for entertaining. Four bedrooms are located upstairs (3 with queen beds, 1 with single) and a bathroom with four-claw bath and separate shower. Downstairs is another bedroom with single bed, second bathroom and laundry. House available for extended stay Dec 2016 - Jan 2017.

Getting AroundIt is a 10 minute walk to Nundah train station from where you can get to the city. Nundah village on the other side of the train station has many shops which may be of interest. Getting to the airport with Uber - An Uber taxi costs around $20 Getting to the airport by Train - Get the train from Nundah to Eagle Junction and then get the Airtrain to the airport. This costs around $20 as well.
