About 15 minutes away by bus to Griffith University Nathan, Queensland. I have beautiful kitchen, bricks house and in my veranda I have flower garden.

Quiet suburban house between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. My daughter and I live in Springwood in a lovely 4 bedroom home. We are happy to share this home with you and welcome you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of out home. We have a large bedroom with separate ensuite available for you to use and this area is private as it is in an upstairs area of the home. Internet is freely available. Transport is in the next street.

Self contained flat, one bedroom, bathroom, lounge room, kitchenette, undercover parking for one car. Secure premises with an electric gate. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, small bench top oven and skillet frypan. Breakfast is included for one night or short stays only, and we do supply tea and coffee (plunger and instant). The flat is attached to our house via a covered walkway. A portable cot is available and there is a single trundle bed as well. The property is not suitable for more than one child. We both work, Bert is a builder and Brenda works part time as a receptionist. Our youngest daughter still lives at home with us and she works at the local council. Rochedale South is in a very central position. We are 2.5 km to the M1 which takes 20 minutes to drive to Brisbane city, 30 minutes to drive to Movieworld, Wet n Wild and Dream World. It takes 40 minutes to drive to the Northern Gold Coast and Seaworld. The areas of Tamborine Mountain and the Gold Coast Hinterland are easy accessible day trips. We are situated very close to both the Gateway Arterial Road for access to the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane airport and to the Logan Motorway for travel to Ipswich, Toowoomba and the West. The Eight Mile Plains Busway is approx 5km away, which provides direct buses to Brisbane city. The suburban bus (outside the back door) will get you to Eight Mile Plains Busway as well as many other locations. Our property backs onto a park, with walking/bike paths. The paths lead to a beautiful park - Underwood Park - which has various sporting facilities, lakes, (feed the ducks), a sporting club with restaurant facilities, and a Chinese Buddhist Temple. There are 2 small shopping centres within walking distance, containing: bakeries, grocery/convenience stores, takeaway shops, doctors, pharmacy, hairdresser, dentist and a Thai restaurant. Within 2-3 km there are larger shopping precincts which contain all manner of shops and restaurants. Logan Hyperdome is a short 10 minute drive down the M1.

large 4 bedroom home 2 bathrooms large swimming pool, all very clean & modern. semi retired couple. feed the wallabys every day at our back fence, walk 5min to koala sanctury. Large duck pond in our street. Lots of walking tracks & bicycle tracks, for those that like to keep fit....also have a seperate unit for couples where they can cater for themselves. Beautiful quiet area.

    Large Family home with pool. Two well behaved boys one in Day care and one in Primary school. Great multicultural primary school nearby and quality High Schools. We have 2 Large rooms with Queen beds, one has walk in robe, and both have desks. The main bathroom will be shared for the 2 rooms. We are in Eight Mile plains and very close to shops and transport to all Universities. My wife will be available to drive younger children to school and pick them up. We can cater for basic Homestay or Full integration with our family including all meals, cleaning washing of clothes included. (additional costs) Happy to travel a little and do outings to see the local area.

For more than two guests there is a second suite which opens onto a large deck with a beautiful outlook to the treetops. This suite is attached to the main house but has own private entry. It is not attached to the other BnB room. Guests staying in this room can enjoy the luxurious double bath and double shower. (Note this suite with double bath and shower is only available for bookings of three or four people). Guest AccessYou will enjoy a private room detached from the main house, your own seperate entry, private access to the pool and pool decks. The second bedroom, for extra guests, also has a private, seperate entry, opens onto a huge private deck. This second bedroom is attached to main house but is a private wing with own entry. Interaction with GuestsWe will be present during your stay, but you will enjoy a fully private stay as your space is detached from the main house. The NeighborhoodThe 3 acre property feels like you are in the bush, yet we are close to shops (less than 10 minutes drive). It is quiet out here, yet we are less than 30minutes to Brisbane City. The property backs onto Daisy Hill Forest where you can enjoy mountain biking and bush walks. Easy access to the bayside, Sirromet and to Garden City Shopping Centre. Easy access to motorway to Gold Coast and its Gold Coast hinterland. Please note mobile phone reception is very limited, but you may find a pocket depending on your carrier. Getting AroundYou will need a car. A short drive to Eight Mile Plains bus station, direct buses to city. Twenty-five minutes drive to city. Easy access to the Gateway Motorway and Pacific Motorway, the Gold Coast, Brisbane Airport and major shopping centres (Garden City, Westfield Carindale, Ikea). You will need a car, as there is no public transport in walking distance. Sleeping up to six in the two upstairs bedrooms and lounge area, this is a private family friendly getaway with great access to the Moreton Bay Islands, Brisbane (20mins) and the Gold Coast (40mins). The upstairs private loft apartment includes a spacious lounge and formal six place dining area, small kitchenette, huge balcony with a BBQ/Hood Oven and a small fridge that overlooks the bush, private bathroom with bath/shower and two large queen bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the lounge meaning 6 adults can sleep comfortably in the apartment. There is no separate kitchen sink and an oven in the upstairs apartment. But it has a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates and cups. There is a bbq oven and a small fridge on the deck. You are more than welcome to use our stove and kitchen facilities downstairs. The entrance to the upstairs level is through our house and you'll have your own key to access it anytime. Getting AroundHire car or your own transport is recommended. There is access to public transport connecting to the CBD only 200m from our doorstep, however schedules are very limited especially on weekends. The major bus interchange is 3 kilometres away.

We have 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a lovely big kitchen, livingroom and dinning room area with a huge sundeck for entertaining with a pool table, bbq area, etc. We live in a quiet area close to a supermarket and very close to a bus stop going to the city in 20/25 mins We ha a darling dog who loves people and we all love her to bits. Her name is "Muffin" My husband enjoys golf, kayaking, swimming and riding his motorbike. Very convenient base for exploring all the South-East has to offer. My home is clean and stylish with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony with gas BBQ, 2 bathrooms, a powder room and fourth toilet. Relax in comfort on the fully tiled second floor with; 56" TV & Blu Ray Player, Leather lounges, Surround sound, Air conditioning, Great collection of books, 8 seater Tassie oak dining, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Fridge and pantry essentials & all cooking gear, Gas oven & cook-top and complimentary WiFi. Great for couples, groups or families; the third storey is fully carpeted with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... The luxury main bedroom offers a beautiful cloud-like king-size bed with quality linen, air conditioning/heating, TV, massive wardrobe and en-suite. The second bedroom boasts yet another comfortable king-sized bed. The third bedroom, although small is bright and airy and offers a brand new queen sized bed. Downstairs in the office space you will find a double bed which is ideal for the extended family or groups. All bedrooms are clean and mostly free of clutter and personal belongings so you can treat it as your own rather than feeling like an unexpected guest! There is also the option of a queen size, double high, luxury blow up mattress which can be set up on request which I usually place with the double in the office space on the bottom floor. On the bottom level you will find an automatic lock-up garage for one car (the Prado will fit). The gated complex offers a pool, playground and ample visitor parking. Guest AccessI trust that guests will enjoy the complex's private pool, playground and bbq area. There are 2 locked cupboard doors in the house with personal belongings inside, please respect my privacy and that of my children by leaving these cupboards be. They contain nothing of value, just items we'd rather not share with everyone! Please leave the alarm system alone as you will find it quite embarrassing when you accidentally set it off and are unable to disarm. With security screens, quality locks and gated access to the complex the alarm system is unnecessary. Interaction with GuestsI will often meet guests upon arrival for key handover after which you will be left in full privacy for the duration of your stay, or can alternatively leave the key in a set location if you prefer total privacy or are arriving late. I am of course, entirely reachable if you need me and am happy to assist with anything you might want. The NeighborhoodPerfectly positioned between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, my home in Underwood is ideal for a weekend escape or the ultimate family holiday.     The SpaceWe are empty nesters. Your area of the house which is quite private includes a Queen size bedroom that is comfortable and restful with an adjoining private Lounge/TV room and bathroom. A second bedroom with two single beds is also available. There is a sofa bed in the TV room for an extra guest or a single room on request at $30 extra per person. Clean sheets, pillows, blankets and covers are provided and fresh towels. Big windows and an overhead fan keep the room well ventilated. We have excellent security screens and your belongings will be safe. Everything is clean and new. Private outdoor space. Guest AccessPlenty of street parking is available. The NeighborhoodWe have lived in our neighbourhood for over 38 years and love the quiet, green, bird filled area. At the bottom of our street is a small shopping centre with a café, a fish and chip shop, a convenience store, bottle shop (alcohol outlet), 2 hairdressers, pharmacy and gift shop. One kilometre away is a larger shopping centre with a number of eateries. 5 kms away is an extremely large shopping centre (mall) called Garden City with hundreds of shops, cafes and cinemas. Getting AroundThe location is very truly central and convenient as we are near three main motorways. To drive to Brisbane CBD takes 18 mins, Gold Coast 35 - 45 mins, Sunshine Coast 90 mins. Theme Parks are 25 mins southbound. LOCAL BUS: There is a bus stop on the street behind us that will take you to the City in 20 mins (express) or to Garden City within minutes. It is recommended that if you want to access the Gold and Sunshine Coasts that you hire a car. Our location is very central to the Gold Coast, to the Theme Parks and to the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland. Just ask us and we will be willing to help you find whatever it is you want while you enjoy your stay in Brisbane. John Paul College is a 5 minute walk away for parents/family visiting students. The train station is approximately 5 minutes by car and this can take you to the city, where you may connect with buses or trains to take you to other destinations such as Australia Zoo, Dreamworld, Moviework and SeaWorld. If you are thinking of hiring a car Brisbane is quite an easy drive and we can guide you to other destinations of your choice. If you would like to make arrangements to hire a car I would be happy to make these for you. A train can also take you to South Bank Parklands where there are many restaurants, shops and bars located as well as a beach area. Located in a leafy quite suburb of Brisbane and close to public transport, this is the perfect place to base yourself at while you explore Brisbane and the surrounding area. You accommodation includes all amenities, along with wifi, Pool Table, 55 " LCD TV and dvd/cd player. The kitchen is always available for you to use to express your inner chef! The kitchen area contains a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, oven, cook-top, pots and pans. Located close by are parks for the kids to play in, along with bike paths and walkways. There is also an excercise unit available in-front of the house. Galleries and nightlife/clubs are mainly located in the city. To get there you can catch a train or bus, or alternatively, a taxi or car service can be arrange by us. It is only approximately 5-20 minutes into Brisbane CBD, and 51 minutes to the Gold Coast and Seaworld. If you are wanting to check out Dreamworld, Movieworld and Waterworld, its only around 31 minutes away. The local supermarket and restaurants are all with walking distance (approx 5 Min). More restaurants including asian cuisine's are also available within a 5 minutes drive. About Us:- My wife and I are very simple and appreciate people from all walks of life. We are ideally situated to explore South East Queensland as we are just a 20 minute drive from Brisbane city and 45 minutes from Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. Located in a leafy quite suburb of Brisbane and close to public transport, this is the perfect place to base yourself at while you explore Brisbane and the surrounding area. You accommodation includes all amenities, along with wifi, Pool Table, 55 " LCD TV and dvd/cd player. The kitchen is always available for you to use to express your inner chef! The kitchen area contains a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, oven, cook-top, pots and pans. Located close by are parks for the kids to play in, along with bike paths and walkways. There is also an excercise unit available in-front of the house. Galleries and nightlife/clubs are mainly located in the city. To get there you can catch a train or bus, or alternatively, a taxi or car service can be arrange by us. It is only approximately 5-20 minutes into Brisbane CBD, and 51 minutes to the Gold Coast and Seaworld. If you are wanting to check out Dreamworld, Movieworld and Waterworld, its only around 31 minutes away. The local supermarket and restaurants are all with walking distance (approx 5 Min). More restaurants including asian cuisine's are also available within a 5 minutes drive. About Us:- My wife and I are very simple and appreciate people from all walks of life.       i over look a very nice park.Quiet Street. bus stop out side The train is just down the road That goes to The Gold Coast or In to The City of Brisbane.I am just off The M1 20 Minuets drive to Dream world, Sea world Wet and Wild Movie world.If you want to go for a drive To Warwick that is a nice drive with lots of History. Redcliffe is another nice drive to the beach with lots of thing to look at. I have a very nice back yard to sit and hear the birds.Have a great Kitchen if you want to cook.Shopping centers very close by.Ones that you could walk too. Lots of tree's the park over the road has a nice walkway to the creak were early in the morning if you go for a walk you can see kangaroos at times.We are about 30 minuets drive from Dreamworld, Wet and Wild,and Sea World.Close drive too Tambourine mountains where you can see The Gold Coast.We are just off the Logan Motorway that takes you up to Toowoomba and to the historic town of Warwick Stopping at a little place called .Aratula Village for coffee at the bakery.It is one of my all time f avert drives
