We do have a 'Ziggy' B.B.Q. for the exclusive use of guests, but there are numerous restaurants just a short walk down the road, and Brisbane City is just 10 minutes by train, bus or car. Interaction with GuestsWe interact as much or as little as the guest wishes. We can advise re-things to do, places to go and things to see. We can also give the guest complete privacy if that is required. The NeighborhoodIt is friendly, quiet and near everything. Literally a country feel with a city address! There is a park at the end of the street (4 houses down) and a bicycle track and walking path there as well. There are also children's swings and some fitness equipment along the tracks. Getting AroundThe train to the city runs every 15 minutes (week days) and 30 mins (week ends) and it takes just 7 minutes to walk to the train station. There are also buses from the top of the road as well. Other Things to NoteThis is a perfect place to stay if you want peace and quiet at night but wish to explore Brisbane during the day or go to a show or concert in town.

The NeighborhoodTree lined wide street with easy on street parking. Down the road is Enoggera Creek that borders the sporting fields of Downey Park and Herston and on Sunday is the Organic Markets - a great place to have a coffee and take in the cultural atmosphere with entertainment by buskers. Getting AroundTransport is available by Bus or Train and is easily accessed from our residence and is a two minutes walk to the Bus stop and 8 minutes walk to the Train station that will both take you to all parts of Brisbane and surrounds. Other Things to NoteThe EKKA Showgrounds RNA are 1 kilometre away. Public transport within easy access can take you to sporting venues (in 15 minutes) such as Suncorp Stadium (Lang Park) and The Gabba. Also close proximity is the Victoria Golf Course and the Table a Tennis Centre.

Bedroom is downstairs, very cool in summer with stone tiles, has a ceiling fan, bedside table, lamp, dresser and built-in wardrobes, also has 'blackout' curtains perfect for daytime nap. Room opens out to a garden courtyard. There is a reverse cycle aircon unit downstairs. There are no carpets or mats in our house. Security screens throughout. Quiet neighbourhood. Guest AccessGuest bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs. The huge bathroom is to be shared. Light breakfast provided (cereal/toast, juice, tea/coffee). The NeighborhoodWe are 15 mins from the airport and 5 mins from The Valley and City, we are also very close to Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital. There are many parks, including cycling & walking/running paths, and also sporting grounds close by. Free & unlimited street parking. Getting AroundWe are very close to public transport, trains and buses, and it is easy to walk many places as well.

PJ's is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people for short periods. The apartment is on the ground floor of the residence, with flat access with only one step to enter. We are located in a peaceful and picturesque inner city suburb of Brisbane. Walk to the back gate of PJ’s and you enter into lovely parkland and walking tracks offering city views. It is close to the city centre, all major hospitals, RNA showgrounds, QUT (Kelvin Grove Campus) and the airport. Walking distance to public transport and Wilston Village with its diverse range of ethnic cuisines, boutiques, bakery, coffee shops and wine bar. If you have a car, off street parking is available. A real plus is the easy access to freeways to both the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. PJ's is a NON SMOKING property and sorry, but no pets. We do not charge a cleaning fee. The bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms are separated by a doorway allowing for 2 private bed and bath rooms. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, builtin cupboards and full length mirrors. the master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has 2 king single beds. The en-suite has a toilet, shower and hand basin. The other a shower over the bath, toilet and hand basin. It also has a large 5Kg washing machine for which we supply the laundry powder. There is a clothes dryer available, if needed, located in lock up garage. There is also a Laptop Friendly Work space and unlimited WIFI. When the time is right the large living/dinning room is ideal for planning the event ahead or a critique of yesterdays activities, or just watching TV or a DVD.           My old but lovely Queenslander home is located close to the City, off a very quiet street, & only a 2 minute walk to Wilston Train station. You’ll love my place because of it's character, lots of space & big yard - perfect for families (with kids) and pets are no problem too.             The SpaceMy house is a 1920's partly renovated Queenslander. The bathroom, bedrooms, deck and living area's are renovated and freshly painted. There are two living rooms, office and spare room for storing luggage if required. The living areas and two bedrooms have airconditioning. You bedroom has complete wardrobe with hanging space and a double bed with fresh linen, towels and duvet included. Guest AccessYou are welcome to use the bathroom, one living area and deck. The kitchen is basic but clean and tidy and you are welcome to use the fridge and there is room in the walk in pantry for groceries. All cooking must be conducted before 9pm at night. Interaction with GuestsI work 9-5 Monday to Friday and like to sleep in on weekends. You are welcome to make yourself at home and come and go as you please. There is a side entrance that you are welcome to use if you are coming home after 10pm at night. I prefer guests who are not too noisy or rowdy and prefer if you smoke to do so on the outside deck with the doors to the house closed. The NeighborhoodWilston is a suburb of Brisbane around 3km from the CBD and only about 1.5km to The Valley. The majority of homes are older style and renovated. Wilston is a very safe and friendly suburb with the Wilston Village cafes and restaurants a 2 minute walk from our house. There is a bus stop at our front door that will take you to Royal Brisbane Hospital, Valley or CBD. Wilston train station is a casual 5 minute walk from the village. Tunnel Links to Brisbane Airport, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast motorways are only about 2 minutes drive away, very accessible to all amenities. Getting AroundWilston is well regarded as a suburb with all transport at your door. Train - 5 minutes walk from home Bus - One at the door, others a 2 minute walk in the Wilston Village Bike - Bike paths will take you into the CBD or Valley Walk - Walking tracks and pedestrian walkways in all directions Car - Airport, Gold Coast motorway, Sunshine Coast motorway and Western Freeway tunnels are all 2 minute drive from our house. Other Things to NoteThere are pets on the premises. 2 adult cats who keep to themselves and Rosie our Labrador who is 13 years old and very friendly and quiet. She never barks and loves people. The animals do come and go in the house as they please and sometimes will snuggle up on a bed, please keep your door closed to prevent pet hair if this is a concern for you. We also have 1 chicken called "Brown". She thinks she is a dog or cat but is out in the garden.

            The SpaceThis is a small-average bedroom, part of a huge family home. The bedroom has around four large shelves for storage and a clothes rack is provided along with a full length mirror. Can be a sun soaked room with the curtain open or cozy and dark with it closed!! The lovely queen size bed comfortably sleeps two and we will do whatever we can to give you the best stay possible. Parking is no problem whatsoever and if you are staying for more than 2 nights you are welcome to use the washing machine and line. Also included in the rate, we provide one towel per person and a bar of soap per stay. Extra help can be provided if you need anything else so please don't be afraid to ask! Guest AccessOur house is divided into two sections (you will see in photos) and there are four others in this section of the house. You have access to a big bathroom with all working amenities and it is only shared with 2 others. You also have access to our pool (be warned - it is pretty freezing!!!), our balcony, a full kitchen and its storage spaces. We have a flat screen television with a few Foxtel packages that you have access to also. We will do anything we can to make you feel comfortable and a part of the family whilst you're here. Interaction with GuestsWe are out for the majority of the day, with most household members returning home around 6PM. We are happy to socialise and are all very friendly people but we are also more than happy to totally leave you to enjoy yourself. We will be here to let you in and show you all the rooms and how to use features of the house :) The NeighborhoodWe live in an incredible family friendly and safe neighbourhood - we are the only house on our street and there is two big parks, the Enoggera Creek and a 10km bike track just steps from our place. Walking the bike track will take you to the RNA Showgrounds in just 10 mins. Getting AroundWith such a central location, there is of course a huge bus station located just 5 minute walk from our house and is a part of our little neighbourhood district so it is impossible to get lost! There are around 10 different number buses that stop here. Many go to the city via the valley which takes around 10-12 minutes in non-peak hour or you can get an express city bus which is a few minutes less. In peak hour the buses take around 20-25 minutes. The RBWH is a 2 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk. A lot of buses also go in the opposite direction, with easy transportation to Chermside, Toombul and other urban suburbs like Kelvin Grove, Grange and Stafford. The train station is a 15 minute walk. As mentioned above we also live on a very central bike track if you would like to bring your bike and get to the above places in 30-50 minutes. Other Things to NotePLEASE NOTE: We have recently adopted a puppy. He is a 15 week old Alaskan Malamute X Husky so he is a large fur baby! He is incredibly friendly and only wants cuddles and to play, but please remember these animals do shed hair, so if fur or allergies are a problem this may not be the right place for you. If puppies and cuddles are, you've found the right home!!! We also have a very timid little tabby cat who is 10 years old and likes to stick to herself.

                  The SpaceCentrally located in the inner-city suburb of Windsor, our home is a secluded gem away from the hustle and bustle of main roads and loud transportation - but close enough to get you wherever you need. The property is made up of two houses, my parents and I living in one house and your Airbnb room in the other. There are three bedrooms in addition to this Airbnb listing in that house, two for permanent residents (who are out from 8am until 8pm) and one for another Airbnb room. This means that unless there is another Airbnb guest staying while you are, you will pretty much have the entire house to yourself. During your stay, you are welcome to treat our home as if it is your own and therefore we are happy for you to use all amenities. We have a fully equipped kitchen - you are welcome to use all of the cooking utensils and appliances and dishes (please clean them after use!!), the shower (we provide a face washer and towel), toilet and vanity in the bathroom, and the pool - we are happy to provide you with a beach towel. You are also welcome to use the kitchen table and lounge room to work and eat etc. The large lounge room has plenty of board games and a flat screen TV with foxtel entertainment pack. You are also welcome to use the washing machine to do your laundry but please let me know so I can show you how to use it etc. :) Guest AccessAs a guest you will have access to all of the cookware, cutlery, utensils and dinnerware in the kitchen - anything. There is also complimentary coffee, tea, milk and water. For breakfast, we supply bread, butter and all basic spreads as well as Up 'n' Go and Weet-Bix. You aren't limited for options! We don't allow any smoking inside but you are most welcome to have a cigarette outside on the deck or cool down in the pool - make yourself at home while you stay here :) There is also a tonne of parking around our place. Interaction with GuestsWe live in the house on the other side of the balcony so you won't see much of us unless you want to. I am happy to relax, chat and have some tea with my guests or leave you at your peace if you prefer that, although I'm a little busy most days. I am more than happy to help with absolutely anything, please just ask! If you need a lift somewhere close by or to be picked up from the train or bus station, message me and if I am around I'll be happy to come and get you. The NeighborhoodWe live in such a nice area - our house is surrounded by parks and bike tracks and greenery and the sound of traffic is non existent despite being so close to the city and other common suburbs. There is a tonne of parking around our place but if you can't drive you will have no problem getting to the train or bus station - or even walking to surrounding suburbs like Albion, Bowen Hills, Wilston and Herston. Getting AroundThe bus stop is about 5 minutes walk whereas the train station is about 15 minutes walk. The RBWH is about a 10-15 minute walk, there is also a McDonalds and Coles Express just across the road from the bus station. If I am home, I am happy to drive you to the train station or somewhere nearby if you have an issue getting there! There is perfectly legal parking all the way up our street on grass and on the curb outside our house as well. Other Things to NoteWe have an Alaskan Malamute and a cat that sleep in the house at night time. Due to this, we cannot allow cats or dogs here but we are happy to have all kinds of other small animals.

                  My place is close to public transport, the airport, Fresh food store, Gym, City, Take Away, Brisbane Show Grounds,, nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the people, the fact it is close to the city, but peaceful considering how close it is to the main highway. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
