The NeighborhoodGlenelg North is a beautiful neighbourhood with a great mix of young families and retires. We are only a short walk to the beach and are surrounded by many small parks. Getting AroundWe are a short walk to Anzac Highway where you can get a bus to either the city or Glenelg. Alternatively you can walk just a little bit further and you will reach the tram. Other Things to NoteWe have two bedrooms with double beds which sleeps 4 people. However you have the option to add a fold out sofa bed (double) if required (this is an extra cost). If this is not pre-booked than there is an additional $50 call out fee should you need this after check in. We would prefer no children under 6, however we will consider it on a case by case basis.

Both my husband and I work full time, enjoy all sports and our family. We have 2 children that we adopted from overseas, one from Korea and one from the Philippines- both have now moved away from family home We are both very much into sport with favorites being baseball and AFL football. The Space1 Bedroom available. Very comfortable and clean. Public transport 2mins walk to tram or bus. 20mins by public transport to city. 15 mins walk to the beach. I live here with my 21 year old son. We are happy and easygoing people. We also have 3 little friendly dogs, fish, and a cockatiel bird. Our home is situated opposite a park filled with gum trees and children's play ground. Very private room. Own toilet and bathroom. We are 2 mins drive to the popular Glenelg beach and Marina. Daily fresh fruit bowl and plenty of clean linen. There is a fully equipped laundry for your use,or this can be done by me at no extra cost. Glenelg Beach is a major tourist precinct and has lots to offer like shopping, cafes, restaurants. fresh fish, gyms and hotel's. Often you can see dolphins swimming early mornings and on sunset they can be viewed from the beach or in the boat marina. I can provide airport pickup and drop off . Also some other transporting if required for a small fee. Smoking is allowed outside only as we are a smoke free home. The unit is at the end of the group on the right hand side and is easily identifiable with the number 13 on the front door. There is a lock box with key located adjacent the front door and we will provide the code prior to your arrival. If there are any issues that arise during your stay please give me a call or text and I’ll do my best to sort the issue out immediately, otherwise you won’t hear from or see me unless you have any other queries. The SpaceWhy go to a resort when you and your friends and family can hire this 5 bedroom private oasis without the huge expence? This is a Mid Century Modern home built in the 1950's/60's so its an older home that has recently been revamped with new flooring and bathrooms, also boasting a huge new entertainment/ lounge area that overlooks the pool. Its a large 5 bedroom home, with fans in each of them. The biggest bedroom is called the red room and once you get there you will know why. The photos do not do it justice but it has the wow factor. It also has a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. It has a massive kitchen/family room that overlooks the pool. It has reverse cycal air-conditioning needed for our extream weather conditions. The property is surrounded by high fences, for your privacy and to keep your pets in. Wi-Fi modem available for guest to buy data if required. Details will be at the property. It has two bathrooms that have been recently upgraded on bathroom has a front loader washing machine in it under the bench. The main bathroom has a large shower and bath. The pool has its own entertaining area where you can relax and BBQ. This area is all fenced off from the main yard. The pool will be cleaned and maintained during the months of October through to the end of April. If you require the pool out of season an additional $100 needs to be paid to get the pool ready. The kitchen and family room overlook the pool so you can keep an eye on the kids from inside. This is a working class area, positioned near the Glenelg golf club, the beach and the trams to take you to Glenelg or the city. The Highway Inn is the closest pub/nightclub that is very popular for all ages. Transport runs almost at the front of the property on Mooringie Avenue. There is a Deli across the road if any on is up for a pie and an ice coffee. I could go one right now Guest AccessKeys will be supplied on site on your arrival. The entire property is yours along with the massive private pool and yard. There is room for one lockup car in the garage and 4 other cars off street in the front yard, or a tailor or even a boat to take fishing or go sailing. Interaction with GuestsI live in Adelaide about 20 min away. I do not live at this property so you will not find my personal belongings here. I am available at any time if you need me. I understand not all guests need to meet the host, however if you would like to meet me, I am indeed only to happy to make your acquaintance. The NeighborhoodIt sits in a pocket near the beach and the airport. No plane noises, planes do not take off or land over this area. It will take you 5 minutes to get to the beach and 5 minutes to get to the airport. Its a 10 min drive to the city and 5 min to the showgrounds straight down Anzac Highway. Adelaide only has one tram service and this runs parallel to Anzac highway so you could take this instead of the bus. Those who know Adelaide will also know the infamous pub "The Highway In"! Well its been revamped and is in walking distance from the pool house. Its a great bar/ restaurant/ nightclub that is very popular with all ages. Getting AroundAnzac Hwy is the main road from the City to Glenelg the Pool House sit about 10 min off this road from the city and a further 5 min drive and your at Glenelg. This road has buses running to and from the city and Glenelg every 5 minuets. The tram also runs to Glenelg and the City every 10 min and will drop you off within walking distance to the Adelaide oval and festive theater. There is always the Tandem to get around on too. Other Things to NoteFurry friends are not aloud in the bedrooms or the pool area. The pool and the outdoor entertaining area are surrounded by a pool fence. The Tandem is an expensive toy that can be dangerous if you cant ride a bike. If you want to use the Tandem you must ask me to get the code to unlock it.

The apartment is about 5km from the city and 5km from Glenelg. Easy access to Anzac highway and Marion road make this apartment very easy to access. Also within 5km of the airport which will be a 10 min taxi away if needed. The close proximity to the shops and the tram mean a car is not needed from this location, but if you have one off street parking is included.

    The SpaceOur house includes a number of public rooms. At the front is a large entrance hall - suitable for dining, with a large music room/drawing room to the left, and a large sitting room with TV/dvd player, open fire and games cupboard to right. Then there is bedroom 2 with a queen bed, bedroom 3 with two singles, and the spacious master bedroom with queen bed and easy access to family bathroom 1. All rooms have high ceilings and most have polished boards. Downstairs is a large eat-in kitchen, separate dining room (seats 10-12), separate laundry, bathroom 2, bedroom 4 (double), a library/study, and a spacious billiard room. The garden is nearly half an acre and contains numerous large trees, lots of bird-life, two trampolines and a swim spa. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the whole house and garden. Interaction with GuestsWe can arrange for someone to meet guests on arrival. We can also arrange for regular cleaning to occur (usually once a fortnight).
