Located in Semaphore Park, a beautiful beachside suburb of Adelaide, in between Semaphore and Grange, “Semaphore Sunset” offers the perfect location to relax, chill out, enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail as you watch the spectacular sunset over the ocean.
This two bedroom ground floor apartment, offers absolute beach frontage and can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults. There is no road in front, just lawn, sand dunes and the beautiful beach, ensuring unrestricted, spectacular ocean vistas, stunning evening sunsets, and guaranteed peace and serenity.
The living area has a full width sliding glass door, which leads directly out to the front private outdoor patio with 6 seater outdoor setting, BBQ, sunlounges and sun shade umbrella.
The outdoor patio offers privacy with solid walls either side, is bordered by garden and in front of this is a large lawn area. Walk from the edge of the lawn, onto the sand dunes and the beautiful, white sandy beach awaits! The beach is a very clean and safe swimming beach.
The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/living/dining space with white porcelain tiled flooring. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, bar stools and a 6 seater dining table with stylish white leather chairs.
The comfy 5 seater white leather lounge with ottoman and large floor rug, is the perfect spot to sit and relax and watch the boats sail by. There’s a 32inch Sony LCD TV and DVD player, Sony Ipod dock, free wi-fi access as well as a book case of books and magazines.
There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has one comfy queen bed with walk in robe. The second bedroom has one single bed with a built in cupboard which has hanging and storage space.
The bathroom has a spectacular 2 person spa bath, with overhead rain shower, basin and toilet. (Please note: The shower is above the spa bath, and there is a large step to get into the bath, this may cause difficulty for elderly people or those with limited mobility.)
Semaphore Sunset is ideal for couples wishing to escape for a relaxing beach getaway. It is also suitable for a business stay for those seeking a self-contained, self-catering apartment that offers a relaxing place to unwind after a stressful working day.
Semaphore Sunset has been furnished with new, quality furniture. Total inside space is approx 79.64 square metres, plus outdoor patio approx 20 square meters. Semaphore Sunset is a ground floor apartment located within a three storey building with 18 apartments in total. Solid brick construction ensures privacy and minimal noise between the apartments. There are no steps or stairs to get into the apartment and no stairs inside (except for large step to get into spa bath/shower)

HEATING AND COOLING
Cooling: There is an evaporative air-conditioner in the living/kitchen area. Ceiling fan above the lounge. Fans in both bedrooms. Due to being on the ground floor and the solid brick construction and evening sea breezes, you will find that the apartment does stay at a reasonably cool and comfortable temperature. Heating: There is an electric oil-filled column heater in the living/kitchen area and in both bedrooms.
TELEPHONE AND INTERNET ACCESS
There is no land-line phone connected. We recommend you bring your mobile/cell phone. Telstra wireless internet wi-fi is provided free of charge.

Infants and children must be declared when making the booking and are charged at full extra person rate. The single bed and cot can be made available in the second bedroom for children. It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that children are adequately and appropriately supervised both inside and outside of the apartment at all times during the stay to ensure the child’s personal safety and proper care of the property.
Pets are not permitted by the Strata Corporation; therefore Guests are strictly NOT permitted to bring their pets to stay inside the apartment, on the outside patio or anywhere on the gardens/grounds.
NO PARTY POLICY
Semaphore Sunset is a privately owned property. When an accommodation booking is made, the use of the apartment, outdoor patio, gardens and grounds is for the number of booked and paying guests only. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. Parties, functions, celebrations and events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Off street parking next to the letter boxes is communal parking for all apartments - you can park in any of these spaces during your stay. One undercover parking space is available on request. Located in Semaphore Park, a beautiful beach-side suburb of Adelaide, in between Semaphore and Grange, a 25 min walk north up the beach (or a 3km drive) will take you to the town center of Semaphore, with a wonderful selection of cafes, shops, pubs, bars, supermarkets and a cinema.
A 40 minute walk (4.5km drive) will take you to Grange, which offers a great spot for breakfast or lunch at the Jetty café or Grange Hotel.
2km short drive to West Lakes Shopping Centre with large department stores such as David Jones and K-Mart, Coles and Woolworths supermarkets as well as a large range of speciality shops. There is also a Food Court and large cinema.
Across the road from the apartment is a great weekend fresh fruit and vegetable market shop which sources fresh produce from the Adelaide Hills. Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
20 minute drive to the city centre of Adelaide. The city center is also easily accessed by public transport, either via bus from the bus stop on the doorstep from Military Road or via train from nearby Glanville or Ethelton stations.
Approx 20 minute drive (12km) from Adelaide international Airport and just 10km from the Australian Submarine Corporation.
Semaphore Sunset is an ideal place for a base to explore the city of Adelaide and the surrounding regions. South Australia's premium wine regions including the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills, Mclaren Vale and Langhorne Creek are all within easy access and make an easy day trip. The Barossa Valley is less than 1 hour drive north, Mclaren Vale an hour’s drive south and the Adelaide Hills less than an hour’s drive away. Getting AroundThe city center is easily accessed by public transport, either via bus from the bus stop on the doorstep from Military Road or via train from nearby Glanville or Ethelton stations.
