The SpaceEnjoy the beautiful Country setting with mountain and ocean views. Come and enjoy the peaceful country environment among the trees and visit our animals wild and tame. This cosy self-contained 2 bedroom cabin has it's own kitchen/lounge and bathroom/laundry with four bunks in one room and queen size bed in the other room. What is provided? All cooking facilities, crockery and cutlery Dishwashing liquid Washing powder Bedding and Towels First night - tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, 1 toilet roll. What you need to bring? Food and Drinks Toiletries There is a dog pen area available - please let us know at booking. There are some nice country walks around the property and around the Mt Rumney/Acton area. Our property has a number of animals to meet from Sheep, Goat, Horses, Chickens, Dogs (Diesel just loves you throwing him the ball), Cat and a beautiful variety of Birds. We have found that all our visitors love the experiences of meeting our pets. Set in the beautiful area of Mt Rumney, you are only around 15 to 20 minutes from Hobart, 15 minutes to the Hobart International Airport. Eastlands Shopping Centre is only 10 minutes away. This is the country in the city. Your base camp to visiting the beautiful Hobart area. Affordable self contained cabin for up to 6 people - with our affordable rate means you only pay around $20.85 per person. We DO NOT charge extra for bedding or towels - This is included. Guest AccessYou will receive instructions a few days before arriving explaining how to get here and where to access keys. The gate into the cabin is closed to keep animals out, please close the gate. We may not be at the property when you arrive, but please let yourself into the cabin and enjoy your stay. Interaction with GuestsPlease come and see us if you have any questions especially in regards to water, gas bottles or any other questions. If for some reason, we do not answer our phones, please send us a text message or leave a voice message and we will return your call as soon as possible. We normally don't come down to interrupt you during your stay (as some people like the privacy), but if you want us too, please let us know, if we see you around - we will certainly say hello and make sure everything is ok. You can walk around tracks and go and see the animals. Please do not into animal yards unless you ask (safety reasons only). We are happy to take you into see animals and show you around. The SpaceFully self contained bungalow , separate bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet: kitchenette, with small but comfortable area with TV sitting room and double bed. The little fridge will contain butter, milk + yoghurt. Cereal and bread with a small fruit bowl for the first night stay. Tea, coffee etc are also there. This bungalow is certainly not posh, but freshly painted with new bed linen, gives it crisp clean feeling. The convenience of a washing machine is a bonus! The verandah over looks beautiful rambling paddocks. 5m from main house, private access, with ample parking for caravan trailers etc. The occasional rooster has been known to have settled on the verandah. Dogs welcome. 10 min drive to airport. Situated on the wine trail on route to historic Richmond town (12Km). Braeside is a 1 k cross country paddock walk to "Frogmore" vineyard, gourmet pizza just 3 k's away. Cambridge pub for a counter meal 5 ks. The bungalow is approx 5m proximity to the main house, we are a friendly bunch, happy to help with local tourism questions and activities, or as you wish little or no interaction. Minimum 2 night stay. Long stay negotiable. $90/night. And please no smoking in side the bungalow Getting Aroundhaving your own car is the most convenient mode of transport as the bus service is not very frequent. Other Things to NoteThis is a rural farm so whist we are endeavouring to harness the roster. Which is now locked in the dog pen away from bungalow at night) we are not anything other than what is described as a rural experience. So apologies in advance and if you can still hear his crows, but it is what it is a rural property

Absolute waterfront, absolute peace and quiet. You can relax in our quirky Boat shed, nap on the daybed, collect oysters, from the shore on the private beach, a step down from the jetty. If action is your style we have a purpose built volley ball / badminton court in the yard to keep you fit. The house is set up for relaxation with cosy nooks and a view from every room. Spending time @ The River House is sure to rejuvenate and inspire well being. Carlton River is a natural location, unspoilt with over development, this is the perfect possie for your friends and family. Sleeping 5, there is room for 2 couples or a family. Carlton River is a 20 min drive for Hobart Airport. Approx 40 mins from Hobart CBD. Less than one Hour drive to Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsular. From Your nautical abode, you will find a short cut to the Tasman peninsula and Port Arthur. This road cuts travelling by 20 mins and provides you with magnificent scenery as you skirt alongside Fredrick Henry Bay. Close to Marion Bay and the location of the famous Falls festival, this is an excellent choice for making a base to enjoy what the East coast has to offer.             The SpaceWelcome to our home on the Carlton River mouth, affectionately known by us as ‘La Boca’ (The Mouth). Only 35 minutes from the CBD and 20mins from Hobart airport, and sitting right on the water's edge, La Boca is very private and nestled in between large areas of Crown Land. We enjoy multiple panoramic views of the water and surrounding coastline, and delight in watching the sun set over Mount Wellington. La Boca is well equipped with 2 x double bedrooms, 2 x single bed rooms, with the option for additional fold-out single beds on request. Kitchen facilities include a gas cook top and oven, walk-in pantry, and a fully-equipped kitchen suitable to cater for a group of friends or the whole family. A great array of miscellaneous provisions are supplied, including coffee (real), tea, sugar and hot beverages; salt, pepper, herbs and spices; oil, vinegar, sauces and condiments. Our living space is sun-filled and light, with plenty of room and multiple comfy seating spaces. Our extension dining table can seat 10, should a meal with friends be on the cards. There are many interesting books to read and board games to play. We do have television and DVD access, however you may be so captivated by the view you may not turn it on once! We are well-equipped for children, with bikes, games and a huge trampoline, etc. There are many picturesque outdoor areas, including a picnic table under the huge old pine tree, and a sunny deck area perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The Carlton River is a beautiful, natural, and undisturbed environment. Watch the black swans and ducks swim by, the varied bird-life dive through the air at dusk, in dawn song, or hunting and gathering by day on the river. If you're really lucky our resident Australian fur seal may even make an appearance! For the gourmet foodies, take advantage of the plethora of Pacific oysters in the river & gather a feast at low tide! For those who like others to cook, the fish & chips at Dunalley are yummo! (only about 15 minutes by car). The IGA & petrol station at Dodges Ferry is very reasonably priced and well-stocked, as is the bottle-shop at Dodges Ferry. Jump off your own private jetty at high tide, or take a stroll across the estuary towards Steele’s Island (5 minutes). From here you can access the Carlton River mouth, with great surf breaks, and Carlton Beach for a swim, or walk around Steele’s Island itself (very picturesque). BBQ on the deck, eat breakfast at the picnic table under the huge pine tree overlooking the river, or pack a picnic lunch to take to the beach. La Boca is under an hour's drive to Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsular, and a cruisy way of enjoying stunning scenery such as Eaglehawk Neck, the Tasman National Park and Norfolk Bay.             The SpaceHi! We are a retired professional couple who made a lifestyle choice to relocate from Melbourne to Tasmania so that we could live in a beach house with absolute water frontage. We have 160 degree views overlooking Fredrick Henry Bay, which is an approximately 45 minute drive from the capital of Hobart and half way to the famous convict ruins of Port Arthur. The house is a modernised but old shack, with 2 bedrooms, study, one bathroom, separate toilet and open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. As such, it will never look as pristine as a newer or modern home. But we also have 2 decks to make the most of outside living and the views! We share the house with 2 cats (Oscar and Mr Fup) and our German Shepherd, Hugo. As the animals are inside whenever they choose to be, our home is not for you if you have any allergies. Also, if you're not used to living with animals inside and forgoing a degree of cleanliness for the pleasure of their company, another nearby AIRBNB host may better serve your needs. Being a double coated dog, Hugo drops hair every time he moves although we keep him out of the guest room. A continental breakfast is provided and you are welcome to join us for a family dinner as Primrose Sands is a beach community with few services. Relax and re-energise in the peace and natural beauty of Primrose Sands, perhaps taking a walk along the mile long empty beach or fishing from our rocks. There are lots of books to read and Foxtel to keep up with world news or those all important sports results or TV shows! You do not need a car if you stay here at Park Place! downstairs you have a wellness center, a Thai Spa, an Art Gallery clothing shops, you name it ! Although in the midst of the hussle and bussle the condo is super quiet and you wont have trouble falling asleep ! Bus stop is right out front of the building. nicely decorated with soothing colors and artwork, you will really feel at home in this lovely condo. High speed internet and High definition Cable TV in living room and master suite. The condo is great for sharers, as the master suite is downstairs and the other two bedrooms are upstairs giving you lots of privacy. beach towels and beach chairs available. look forward to having you !             The SpaceCrescent Point Resort is one of the few resort complexes to receive an "€˜Excellent"€™ rating from the Cayman Island'€™s Department of Tourism. This condominium complex has a total of 27 private residences most of which are long term families or owners. CP3 has a very private feel as it is situated amongst a lush garden and well maintained grounds. This residence is immaculate and is brand new for short term rental. It was completely refurbished in March of 2015 and has been in our family for 14 years. It is steps away from the private pool/spa and beach. Guest AccessGuests have access to a free form pool and hot tub. There is ample garden and lawn area. There is a small fitness center on site with free access. The beach is situated at the most southern end of the famous Seven mile beach and is quiet with palm trees. There is very good snorkeling offshore at with access a short walk North on the beach. As a British protectorate driving is on the left. Please be cautious when crossing the roads as traffic may be coming from the opposite direction that you are accustomed to! The perfect setting for a carefree holiday. Easy living with great flow through the expansive open plan kitchen and living area which leads to double doors that open out onto a deck with great bay views. Fully equipped kitchen,(made from Tasmanian celery top pine) with all new Bosch appliances. Polished floorboards compliment the home throughout. This area is warmed by a free standing wood heater or the convenience of a reverse cycle air conditioner,(heating and cooling) plus a ceiling fan. The large pine refectory table seats 8 (10 at a squeeze) and has an overhanging light for that special ambience. Plenty of seating zones with 4 leather couches. Furnished with beautiful pine pieces of furniture the 2nd living area has 2 couches and chairs, perfect for that quiet moment. A multitude of options for entertaining from the private and sheltered deck overlooking an established garden at the back of the house, which provides a great area to have a barbeque. The same easiness stems through to the 5 bedrooms with fixtures and furnishings that compliment the holisitc nature of the house. The 3 queen size bedrooms are situated well apart with 2 single bedrooms side by side. 1 of the single bedrooms has a rollaway bed as well. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath, vanity unit, separate shower and toilet. The other has a shower toilet, and includes a washing machine and trough. The NeighborhoodDodges Ferry is a small township on the eastern side of Pittwater. Only 30 minutes from Hobart city, 15 minutes to airport, 20 minutes to the north is the historic town of Richmond and the Coal River valley and wineries. 45 minutes to the south is Tasman Peninsula and Port Arthur. We are surrounded by a number of beaches and waterways. The area is a water lovers paradise, whether you are into swimming, surfing, fishing or just lazing on the beach in the sun. All are within walking distance or a short drive from the house. Within a 3 minute walk along the beach (tide permitting) directly in front of the house brings you to a children's playground and boat launching ramp, or alternatively a short walk to a skate ramp is nearby Getting AroundA vehicle will be required. The NeighborhoodPrimrose Sands is a quiet beachside community. The stunning beach is a short walk away and seldom has more than a handful of people there. A great place to relax and unwind. Getting AroundThe home is 30 mins approx from the airport on the way to Port Arthur. It is a good idea to stop at Sorell on your way there to pick up any groceries you may need. You can take a day trip to Port Arthur which is approx 45mins past the turn off to Primrose Sands. Saturday is definitely the day to go check out the Salamanca Markets in Hobart Other Things to NoteBedding Configuration: When you book for 2 Adults, as standard we prepare the Queen Bedroom When you book for 3 or 4 Adults we would also prepare the King Bedroom We also have 2 Singles - (bunks) we would only normally prepare these if there are children or 5+ adults staying. We are close to all of the island's best amenities, dining, shopping, attractions and of course, Seven Mile Beach... yet secluded from the crowds in a tranquil setting right on the water. We are at the end of a canal in the bedroom community known as Snug Harbour. Our top-floor condo provides views of North Sound from your bedroom and large balcony. Built in April of 2015, our condo has brand new appliances and finishes. The interior has been tastefully designed with all-modern furniture to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Turtle Cove has an infinity pool, free parking, a grill on the large, screened balcony, a tennis court, a basketball court, a playground/park with gazebo, free and fast WIFI, HDTVs including all HBO and Cinemax channels, free laundry use within the unit, and free phone calls to your home country using our SkypeOut internet phone. No need to pack heavy as we provide all your bedding, towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, laundry detergent, hair dryers, etc. If you ever run out of anything or prefer your own brand, there are several modern grocery stores just minutes away. We can easily and comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 4 total with small children to share the sofabed which folds down flat, converting into a double bed. Housekeeping is provided before and after your stay, but if you prefer more frequent service, you can arrange in advance for an extra fee. Unlike many other private properties, we are licensed by the Cayman Islands Board of Tourism which regularly inspects our condo for cleanliness, safety and overall quality. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am, so please respect the peace and quiet of other residents as this is a professional community. Turtle Cove is at the end of a quiet canal, but incredibly close to all the shopping, dining and beach resorts along Seven Mile Beach. It's the perfect mix of both worlds!

Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo itself is located between the beach and the pool and you will enjoy beautiful views and amazing sunsets from the living room and its patio. The Resort boasts a pool, a lighted tennis court, and plenty of green space. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom as well as a queen size sofa bed in the living room. We have paid attention to detail and you will find many extras in the Condo. **We only accept payment by credit card and will NEVER ask you to wire money. Our condo is located in the heart of the action with too many restaurants and bars within walking distance to name. You will find a great variety with many options in both casual, good value dining as well as high end dining. As for essentials, there are two supermarkets about a 15 minute walk away (in opposite directions), a wine/spirits/beer store across the road, and an ATM very close by. Cars are driven on the left side of the road in Cayman which can be daunting to many North Americans. There are plenty of options for car rentals but most visitors choose not to rent a car and walk to most attractions or catch the bus directly in front of the Resort.

Awesome location, you can walk to approx 15 awesome restaurants, bank, coffee shop, Large grocery store (Fosters Food Fair at The Strand is only a 1 min walk), liquor and many more stores! Nightlife close by also. It can very comfortably accommodate 9 people in total, 6 people on 3 beds (2 Queens and 1 king). plus we have a pull out queen sofa and a roll away bed. No car needed unless you want to tour the Island, but there is free covered parking available. Taxis and bus run frequently in front of the complex. I will be glad to help the guests in their matters, related the condo or even the island information. Great neighborhood area, young people, families, business men, tourists, great spot in the heart of Seven Mile Beach! From and to the airport is about 8 min drive.
