Each of the four guest rooms is charmingly decorated and offers its own special warmth and magic. The SpaceWelcome to Lakes Entrance and our little piece of paradise. We love meeting new people and having you stay with us while you take a breather from traveling or city life. Our quirky B and B built of colourbond insulated steel, like our house, and is a peaceful and self contained space very private from the main house and completely self contained. It is decorated to a high spec inside with homely touches and comes with internet facilities, a comfy bed with pillowtop mattress, large verandah/deck for bird and wildlife watching, own bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and washing machine and kitchen, though dinner available by gourmet cook if required. I like to pamper my guests and there are often home baked items in there...please don't hesitate to mention though if you have specific dietary requirements...we can help. There are also other cooking facilities in the room. Our space is heated and cooled with a reverse cycle air conditioner and this gorgeous accommodation (well most people seem to think so) is all on one level with no stairs and is wheel chair and walking stick friendly. Please note though that the bathroom is not very large and some wheelchairs may not fit. We love people from all nationalities visiting us and it's what enriches our lives. We love to get to know you all, especially those who understand the ethos of Airbnb (that this is our home and we delight in sharing it with you). We have a great ocean view from the front of the property, are very friendly, though know you like your own privacy, and have a lot of local knowledge to ensure your stay with us is as interesting as possible. Just ask and if we can help, we will. We also have a large permanently heated fully maintained spa ready for weary guests at the end of a long drive...and yes of course you can take a (plastic) glass of wine of whatever in with you. The accommodation is separate and away from the house, ensuring you have peace and quiet (although we can't guarantee the birds won't wake you). Lakes Entrance is a seaside resort that is fairly quiet but comes alive in summer and Easter. We have the train and bus that comes to Lakes Entrance and we can pick you up from the bus stop. Please let us know it's no problem. A continental brekky is provided BUT I do like to cook and can provide a meal for you (at pub prices) and would love a little notice to enable me to ensure I have gorgeous local ingredients available. A cooked breakfast of egg, bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tomato with juice, coffee, and pot set yoghurt with blueberries is approximately $17pp or there's pancakes with a variety of local fruits and other gluten free options available...just let me know.. And speaking of dinner I am happy to put together a sumptuous meal that might be local fish or seafood bouillabaisse or perhaps a taste of bush tucker (unique Australian flavours) in either fish, chicken or beef with a unique vegetarian meal with perhaps home-made pasta for those of you who don't like meat..let me know your tastes or diet and I can cater to them. I am happy to provide some menu choices if you contact me beforehand. Dessert will be something yummy and as locally sourced as I can manage all for $35-45 per person depending on the meal provided. I am also able to put together a picnic with a little notice which you might like to take with you exploring our beautiful countryside and beaches...please give me a little time so I can make it extra special for you won't you? There are lots of attractions in the area, boating, fishing and much more. We are 3-4 hours east from Melbourne and look forward to welcoming you to our home. Most things are provided such as linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, coffee, tea, and lots of little extras from my own commercial kitchen or pick your own herbs and vegetables (seasonal) from the garden. While the unit is really for 1-2 people, there is a double couch that might be suitable for a child if needed. Check out is 11am or flexible especially if we have no one else coming but please consider that we do have to clean the room at some stage for our next guests. At this time of year in view of the amount of bookings it would be great if you could check out at 11am and in after 2pm. Just so I can make it clean and sparkly for the next guest. We take great pride in being intuitive enough to see when company is required or your own space is more important and try to make sure that happens. The NeighborhoodOur neighbourhood is coastal and we have lots of that to explore...pack a picnic (well I can help with that) and go see as much as you can...walk to the entrance itself to see seals...or check out the koala's on Raymond Island...kangaroos abound (pardon the pun) at Buchan caves...and there's so much more we could tell you about. Getting AroundWe are not in town so a car is fairly useful here. There is a bus however that goes into town about 2km away. We can help you with lifts and timetables if (URL HIDDEN) problems. Other Things to NoteJust ask...we're really friendly. We do have a old dog called Gypsy and a older cat called Pea (we didn't name him really :) )

The SpaceBrackenbush is a horse property, we have an indoor equestrian centre where lessons are held regularly. The unit is only 250m from the arena, the driveway to the unit is a scenic 750m drive through rain forest and leads you to a feeling of being quite isolated from the township, but is only 10 mins from Lakes Entrance. Guest AccessMarcus the goat loves to be fed, he lives very close by. Elsie Mae & Maisie Fae are the two resident dogs and are very friendly to all .... You will find fresh milk, tea & coffee in the unit, a much needed sip is often needed on arrival..... Private riding lessons are available on Brackenbush horses, or if you'd like to bring your own horse you may. I have a paddock for just $20 a night per horse, arena use is $20 an hour per horse, so you may continue your training whilst on a break. Interaction with GuestsYou may have as little or as much interaction as you desire. Tho, the setting is such that most people that come like to enjoy time for self. The NeighborhoodBrackenbush is close to the beaches of Lakes Entrance, only 10 - 20 min drive, depending on your destination. There are many restaurants and eateries in town; Bairnsdale, Bruthen, Buchan & Nowa Nowa are all nearby towns of interest... Getting AroundYou need your own transport to stay at Brackenbush, we are out of town....

    Bellbird Gully so named because the sound of the bellbirds fills the air. This is a beautiful, comfortable home, with two bathrooms, three bedrooms, two living areas and a modern kitchen. The dining area is surrounded by windows on three sides with views of the garden and sea. The main upstairs bedroom has a small balcony for reading and looks out to sea. Surrounded by greenery, visible from every window. Sit quietly in the sunny lounge and just read or watch and listen to the bird life. Relax on the upstairs deck and look out to sea -or on the sunny front deck and have a coffee. Barbeque on the front deck. Walk through the rainforest gully and view the entrance to the sea and lakes. Lakes Entrance is a fishing port and well known to amateur fishermen. It is also a wonderful beach area for families. Photographers are spoilt with sea birds and forest life. There are numerous walks along the beaches and foreshores and through the forests. The East Gippsland Rail Trail from Bairnsdale to Orbost is an excellent trip for cyclists. Youngsters can swim at the beach or the local indoor swimming pool, play mini-golf and try out the old fashioned paddle boats near the central footbridge. Boat cruises up the Lakes, to Metung or to the local winery are a relaxing and pleasant way to spend a morning or afternoon. Fish and chips on the foreshore with the pelicans and seagulls is another Lakes Entrance experience. This is a great place for those wanting a quiet holiday, a beach holiday or a fishing holiday.There is room for a boat and car in the driveway. The surrounding area offers walks, fishing, beaches, mini-golf, cruises on the lakes, and wineries.

        The Samudra Beach House is a stylishly renovated holiday home, with stunning water views to the west and rolling farmlands to the east, in Coronet Bay, on the way to Phillip Island. This is an incredibly relaxing holiday home, ideal for couples, families and friends, it accommodates 6 people. Coronet Bay has a great beach (which is long enough for a jogger), an excellent boat ramp and is a very popular fishing and boating spot. It boasts a safe, sandy swimming beach, great for young families. Phillip Island is only 25 minutes by car. Lakes Entrance is a popular holiday destination regardless of what time of year you visit - whether you want to sit and relax on the beach – Ninety Mile Beach is at the doorstep, fishing & boating – within the Lake or out in Bass Strait, surfing, nature trails, horse riding just to name a few. Other nearby towns located on the Gippsland Lakes include Bairnsdale, Eagle Point, Metung, Paynesville and Lake Tyers which also provide access to the Gippsland Lakes. Here in Lakes Entrance you will also see one of Australia's largest fishing fleets and at times can purchase fresh seafood directly from the trawlers – you can't get any fresher than that! Please supply your own beach towels. Getting AroundWe are close to all amenities in Lakes so you can park your car and walk everywhere. The bus stop is just at our driveway.           The SpaceWelcome to this Lakes Entrance Holiday House This house has just been freshly painted with new carpet laid, and is very comfortable and clean, you will find it has a very relaxing feel about it as you should have while on holiday, or in some cases a retreat away from your work while staying here. . Lakes Entrance is a great holiday Destination and there is something, somewhere for each family member to do. It could be on the paddle boats or trying your luck at fishing or even the mini golf, but my favorite is the Plaster Painting and Souvenir Shop. It is the one-stop-shop for a great variety of souvenirs and is a great activity for the whole family, they even have an Internet room. This Holiday House is centrally located within walking distance to all amenities and beach, with ample carparking and carport. It accommodates up to 6 people, is fully self-contained with fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom, towels are supplied but not bed linen, you will need to bring your own sheets. Now for the tariff, which you will see is very reasonable. It has all eating & cooking requisites plus microwave, electric stove & fridge freezer. No laundry, but a front-loader clothes washer, clothes line & airer. Air con /heater with HD TV / DVD, 2 easy chairs & 2 seater sofa ... easy living. Walk in shower, full size bath, big vanity & separate toilet room. Car parking on grass at front of unit. Adults only. Unfortunately not suitable for dogs. Long stays in off season . Please inquiry. Guest AccessIt has one step from drive-way on veranda & another small step into unit. No steps inside. Walk in shower. There is another private unit at rear of property. The unit look out over boat ramp, boat hire & jetty - boat mooring is available through a private operator (fee applies). A walking trail that circumnavigates the lake - right opposite the unit. Nearby is the library with free internet access, cafes, Thai restaurant, Seafood Chinese & Seafood floating restaurants plus RSL Club Interaction with GuestsI do not live on site, but go the property regualry. Having had 30 years of tourism experience I am only a phone call away for service, maintenance, tour advice or assistance. Check-in off site, but on arrival I will give you ideas of things to see & do plus suggestions of where to eat. You will be then taken to your unit & shown around. The NeighborhoodAcross the road (Maine Parade) is the wonderful waterway of North Arm. Join the bicycle / walk trail that circumnavigates the North & Cunningham Arms with lots of coffee shops & eateries en route. Also located nearby are numerous jetties, boat hire, fishing charters, two boat ramps, Tourist Information Center, fuel stations & cafes. Other Things to NoteLakes Entrance is a holiday hub with a long history of providing holidays year round. There is so much to see & do. with over 400squ kilometers of waterways, water front villages, high country & nine National or State Parks with in a 2.5 hr drive. My suggestion is relax and take time out to savor the region. I am a keen fisher and happy to shre with you my fishing & gear knowledge.

Enjoy the amazing views of the beautiful Gippsland Lakes as you head into the town of Lakes Entrance just 5 minutes away from Peaceful Seabreeze Place. You'll be pleasantly surprised Lakes Entrance is literally the entrance to 400sq km of pristine waterways. The Gippsland Lakes are well known for fishing and watersports, and giving you access to both rivers and ocean. The Lakehouse is located within walking distance to the East Gippsland Rail Trail and Wyanga Park Winery. As a guest at the Lakehouse, you will also have exclusive access to the private Blackwood Arm jetty on the tranquil North Arm where you can enjoy kayaking on the lake, a relaxing picnic on the jetty or just drop in a fishing line and test your skills against the local catch.
