Just 900 metres away from the house, where you will find restaurants, pizza outlets, McDonalds and many variety stores.There is a Hoyts cinema at this shopping mall where you can enjoy a good movie and a coffee. Long term loan car if required during your stay. Public transport is also simple and easy to use with a bus stop 3 minutes walk from the house and a city bound train is just 8 minutes ride on the bus. We are flexible with check in times but later than 10pm at night is not good for us as as we both start work at 6am each morning.... All facilities in our home are available to be shared. Evening meals can be arranged , or pitch in and with some food and we will have dinner together. Just 800 metres away is a large shopping centre at MARKET CITY, where you will find restaurants, kebab shop, Chinese restaurant, fruit and veg, butcher, Subway ect ect . Public transport is also simple and easy to use with a bus stop 3 minutes walk from the house and a city bound train is just 8 minutes ride on the bus and 17 minutes to City. The NeighborhoodShopping is a breeze with two shopping Malls just 3 to 4 minutes away by bus or a brisk walk in 10 to 15 minutes. Perth city is 30 minutes away by bus and train. 6 minutes to Murdoch station then 3 stops by train to PERTH. Weekend markets are just 500 metres away. At the bus stop adjacent to our home there are 6 different buses coming every 5 to 10 minutes during the day. Sports field adjacent to shopping mall, tennis, lawn bowls, skate park,soccer, cricket and football. Just down the road an 18 hole golf course that has it's own resident KANGAROOS.
