The SpaceMake yourself at home in our brand new, 75sqm, comfortable apartment. Built in 2015 it is located minutes from Stirling Hwy and Claremont Quarter, Perth’s best destinations are all just a short walk, bus or train trip away.
We are offering a cosy, fully self-contained and private apartment, located upstairs of our home. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a TV, the best quality linen, clock radio and large wardrobe, dual basin in bathroom, kitchenette , large living room with 2 sofa lounges, a small dining table, laundry and a balcony to enjoy the morning sunshine.
We pride ourselves on offering a uniquely modern, cosy and comfortable living area in which people can feel at home right away, perfect for both a long or short stay. Our goal is to offer an alternative from the cliché’ and sterile hotel experience. Upon arrival you will find the home clean, uncluttered, roomy and well decorated for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is fitted with free WIFI, A/C, heating, comfortable queen size bed, fully equipped kitchenette (complete with coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, induction stove and bar fridge), a TV in every room, I-Pod speakers, board games, large wardrobe to hang clothes, dual basin bathroom with plenty of fresh towels and shampoo, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and universal adapter.
Two bicycles, beach towels and additional mattresses if required/on request, and more. Guest AccessThe apartment is situated upstairs, above our home. We share an entrance and a laundry, but that’s about it. We will not go upstairs, unless invited by you or simply to collect your rubbish and give you fresh towels and linen for our longer stay guests. Of course, you will be given a set of keys and are welcome to come and go as you please. Interaction with GuestsUpon arrival you will be welcomed by either myself or my husband to give you the grand tour and show you around. From here on in however, how much you see us for the remainder of your stay is entirely up to you! When checking in we will also provide you with the basic kitchen essentials enough to prepare a simple breakfast along with fresh bread and milk. We are available any time to assist you in any way we can, whether it be making your stay with us more comfortable, or to give you recommendations on how to spend your next day or evening in our lovely city ☺. We would be more than happy to help you out where needed ☺
Upon arrival we also provide you with a booklet of tourist information complete with maps, public transport schedules, nearby restaurants, tourist attractions, hotspots, emergency contact details, etc. The NeighborhoodClaremont is one of Perth’s most affluent Suburbs, primarily due to its ideal location and grand housing. It is a safe and quiet neighbourhood surrounded by friendly people and great things to see and do. Located (less than a 3 minutes walk from) along the Fremantle train station / line, many of Perth’s major attractions are only just around the corner.

Getting AroundThe home is located under 1 minutes’ walk from the nearest bus station on Stirling Hwy, under 3 minutes’ walk to Claremont Quarter (for some of Perth’s best boutique shopping, restaurants and cafés) and the Claremont Train Station (on the Fremantle line), so very convenient for guests who plan on using public transport. There is also street parking available for guests with cars. Other Things to Note• We have 2 friendly and quiet cats living with us in our home. It is doubtful that you will see them, however they do stay in the laundry at night. If you don’t consider yourself a ‘cat person,’ just simply keep this door closed.
• Although we offer the basic essentials to prepare a simple breakfast such as coffee, tea, toast and jam, we do not provide a cooked breakfast. There are however, numerous cafés and restaurants only a few hundred meters away.
