The SpaceWE HAVE A QUEEN ROOM AS WELL PLEASE LOOK AT SAME LOcation Our home is close to the city, bus stop is only a 2mins walk for a short bus ride into the city. It is close to Perth's busy beaufort street,which is filled with cafes, restaurants and boutique shops.The area is very safe and friendly. The room has a king single and a single bed. We also have a washing machine you may use. Please check out our other listing as that room may be available. Airport pick up/drop offs available at an extra cost. There are supermarkets within walking distance,also postoffice ,banks, outdoor swimming centre, parks, and its a 40min walk to the city. All bedlinen and towels are included in price as is continental breakfast( choice 4 cereals/fruit/yoghurt/toast tea and coffee,this is self service so that guest can rise when they wish and help themselves :) Free to use all house amenities including free wifi. The SpaceThis is an extra large room at the back of my house which has a very comfortable queen size bed, with lounge chairs and a small table and chairs as well. This room was originally built as a work-from-home office, so it offers you your own separate entrance -no traipsing through the house. The room has two lockable doors - one entry into the kitchen area and the other to a large outdoor deck. The deck overlooks the garden and pool and is a great place to chill, eat your dinner or just relax. I live alone in the house, so its a very quiet room and location. Guest AccessYou are most welcome to cook in the kitchen if you wish. I have my own lounge room and sitting area at the front of the house which I wish to remain private. The room offers wifi access, a TV, refrigerator, your own plates, glasses, and tea and coffee making facilities. Interaction with GuestsI will be present during your stay, and happy to help you find interesting experiences in Perth if needed. The NeighborhoodInglewood has a vibrant centre with great cafes, restaurants and hotels. Trendy Mount Lawley - is a 15 minute walk awayy, or 3 stops on the bus. Lots to see and do there - the Astor Theatre hosts the WA Comedy festival in May, and many artists and shows during the year. And of course great coffee and restaurants, and good clothes shopping. Inglewood is great for walking. If you don't want to walk the leafy avenues then two large parks are within walking distance which offer more green space. Everything is close by - no need to get in the car - the Inglewood Hotel (great food there too), the post office, local IGA supermarket, Bunnings, chemist, deli all a short walk away. Getting AroundVery close to the city, its an easy place to launch your travels from. On site parking is available and public transport is very close by and frequent. Buses are at least every 10 minutes on Beaufort Street, which takes you straight into the city or Northbridge. The bus stop is 2 minute walk away from my house. Other Things to NotePerth is a great place to visit in summer - lovely hot sunny days and warm nights - with a sea breeze (the Fremantle doctor) to help cool you down at night. The beaches are some of the best in the world and there is nothing better than watching a Perth sunset into the ocean. Inglewood Monday Night Markets are held from August to March each year. Food trucks line the streets from 6pm to 9.30pm along Beaufort street, with some fantastic food on offer, music, bands. A fun night. The Perth Fringe and the Perth Festival from January to March offer some wonderful events and most of the activity is a short bus ride away in Northbridge. The city is very much alive during the festival and the festival is growing and size and reputation every year.

The main commercial area within Inglewood is centred on Beaufort Street, a short walk from your holiday unit. There are retail services, a library, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, bus and train services, post office and a recreation centre. Inglewood offers many recreational facilities, including the Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre (2.8kms), Mount Lawley Golf Course (1.1kms) and Macaulay Park (0.5kms), and there are facilities to play tennis and soccer, as well as bocce. Cinemas, theatres, entertainment and national/international sports venues are easily accessible. The bus stop is only two minutes away for a short bus ride to the heart of the city, it takes approxmately 30min to walk to the city.There is an outdoor swimming centre within walking distance,a bank and post office plus a supermarket. All bedlinen and towels are included in the price,continental breakfast(choice 4 cereals,fruit,yoghurt,toast and tea and coffee are included in the price and is help yourself ,no time limits , when you are ready,feel free to ask if you need help. The place borders Inglewood and Mt Lawley too; both inner city suburbs with a great mix of people to meet and things to do. You'll be a short walk from some of Perth's best cafes and restaurants, and a quick train trip into Perth's centre. Stay on the train to get to historic Fremantle or the stunning Cottesloe Beach. The Swan River and is pleasant walk or jog from our place, too. Getting AroundWe're close to Perth centre, the airport and many local cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. We have one men's bike and one ladies' bike for you to use if you want to go exploring. Take them down to the river or on the train so you can ride around Kings Park or along Cottesloe Beach. They come with helmets, locks and lights. Interaction with GuestsWe regularly visit the apartment so we can say hello to our guests and assist with any queries. However we are also always available to contact via phone if you need us. We are both runners and are happy to take any (willing!) guests to some good running spots by the coast, river or trail running in the hills. Just let us know if that interests you. The NeighborhoodThe apartment is located on vibrant Beaufort street and is conveniently located close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Every Monday night throughout summer there is a street market along Beaufort street from just outside the apartment and up the street for 10 or so blocks. There are also many nearby parks, including Hyde park which is a lovely spot for walking and having a picnic. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop located directly out the front and busses run frequently all day long in both directions to and from the city (approx. 10 mins into Perth). Once in the city, it is easy to catch a bus or train to any location in Perth. We will provide you with two "Smartriders" to use on any Perth public transport systems during your stay. All we ask is that you top up the value on the cards before returning them. Other Things to NoteOur guests are able to check in anytime after 2pm as we provide you with written instructions upon booking, including a lockbox code to gain entry to the apartment and your bedroom. We ask that you return the keys to the lockbox immediately and inside the apartment there will be 2 sets of keys for your use during your stay.

In addition, we are contactable for emergencies on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 10am to 9pm and on weekdays from 6pm to 9pm. We are not contactable between 9pm to 9am each day. -You are not permitted to cook in the apartment any dish likely to leave a long lasting odour in the apartment. This is for the benefit of future tenants. You agree that if you do we are entitled to, and will, charge you an amount of $300 to cover the cost we will incur in having the apartment deodorised. -As we do not have a physical reception, we are not able to store luggage for you proir to your check-in time or after you check-out. -You authorise us to recover from you any loss we incur as a consequence of damage caused by you or your guests to the apartment or the furnishings in it. If you have provided credit card dails to us, you authorise us to deduct up to $1,000 from your credit card for this purpose. (1) you will immediately be evicted from the apartment without any entitlement to any refund of any amount paid in respect of your accommodation, including for any period after the date of your eviction; (2) you authorise us to immediately deduct up to $1,500 from any credit card the details of which you have provided to us for the purposes of deducting any other amount in respect of your accommodation; (3) you will not take any step to challenge the deduction referred to in number (2) above via the issuer of the card, other otherwise; (4) you will owe to us a debt of $6,500 less any amount we deduct from your credit card under (2) above which you will pay to a bank account nominated by us in full within two weeks of the date the Disruptive Behaviour occurs; (5) if you fail to pay the debt referred to in (4) above within the time frame referred to in that clause, we will, without question, instigate legal proceedings against you to recover the amount; and (6) the $6,500 referred to above is a GENUINE PRE-ESTIMATE of the loss we will incur if you hold any type of party, or any loud gathering, in the apartment, even a small party, or a small loud gathering, including mainly the loss which will result from the damage the Disruptive Behaviour does to our reputation among our other guests, the occupiers of other apartments in the building (if any), neighbours, the relevant Owners Corporation (if any) and local Council and our ability to continue conducting our business via the apartment having regard to action which might be taken against us by any one, or more, of the above mentioned persons either as a consequence of your Disruptive Behaviour on its own, or as a consequence of your Disruptive Behaviour taken in conjunction with other Disruptive Behaviour which has occurred previously to your Disruptive Behaviour, or which may occur in the future.
