The SpaceYou will have a private double room in a semi-detached share-house in a good position in West Perth. You will be sharing the lounge, kitchen and bathroom with two others. Close to free public transport to Perth CBD and approx. twenty minutes walk to Northbridge, Leederville and CBD. Beatty Park Swimming Pool is a ten minute walk away and it's also a 10-20 minute walk to a variety of cafes, eateries, Hyde Park and Kings Park. I have a relatively comprehensive file with lots of tourist activities, city maps and cultural events happening in Perth during your stay. I'll buy some basics for when you arrive - tea, coffee, milk and bread - Just tell me if you have dietary requirements before you arrive. Laundry is available for people staying longer than a week - ie. make sure you have a full load as I do attempt to be slightly environmental and Perth is a dry city. This is a no fuss house and I'm pretty relaxed so just make yourself at home - :). Guest AccessMy bedroom is off limits - the rest of the house is there to make yourself at home. I'm also relatively busy and sometimes go away for a few days - so you might have the place to yourself. The NeighborhoodClose to free transport. 30 minutes walk to Kings Park. 15 minutes to Beatty Park (swimming pool and gym facility); Hyde Park (great for picnics and walking); William Street (for great asian restaurants , independent clothes/gift stores and contemporary art spaces _ Turner Galleries and Paper Mountain) 20 minutes to Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts, Art Gallery of Western Australia and the Western Australian Museum ) and dead close to Russel Square which during Summer hosts the Fringe Festival. Getting AroundFree transport into CBD. Bus-stop a few minutes walk away. Hiring car becomes difficult as the street I'm on has very limited parking available.

The SpaceThis is a great modern styled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, air-conditioned ground floor apartment situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the heart of a great café district, Leederville. Only suitable for 5 guests in total(including children above 36 months). The master bedroom boasts a new queen sized bed suite with a comfortable pillow top mattress and a large closet hidden behind floor to ceiling mirrors. There is a pull out single bed for an extra guest to sleep on and a cot available. The second bedroom contains a homely brand new double bed suite with a pillow top mattress and beautiful art work. The living area contains the normal creature comforts and the modern kitchen is modestly equipped with plenty of tools for those with culinary talents. The newly renovated bathroom has been styled in a contemporary fashion transforming it into a relaxing retreat, and the soft fluffy towels provided will make sharing this space with loved ones even harder than usual in the morning. There are also beach towels to use for those trips to the spectacular coastline. Our aim is to make your stay as peaceful and relaxing as possible so to help facilitate this we have provided free high speed wireless internet, fresh linen, soft towels, tea and coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet rolls and laundry powder. The NeighborhoodThe Leederville entertainment district comprises a renowned coffee strip, restaurants and bars, all within a leisurely 10 minute walk from the apartment. You will also find a chemist, bottle shop and 24 hour supermarket (IGA). Lake Monger is a short walk away which is ideal for morning runs or a gentle stroll to watch the swans. Mount Hawthorn is a 15 minute walk in the other direction which has a Woolworths for a cheaper supermarket choice. Yokine Golf Course is a 10 minute drive away. Getting AroundPublic transportation is readily available with bus stops and the Leederville train station located on Oxford Street. The SpaceOur home is a 3 bedroom character house built in the early 1900's with high ceiling, wooden floors, a front courtyard, and a small veranda at the back. Your room is furnished with a queen size bed, comfortable mattress, and luxurious beddings. During winter, there is an electric blanket and a portable heater you can use. There is also plenty of storage for your personal belongings. Towels and all basic toiletries are provided. There's an iron and ironing board inside the wardrobe should you need it. We provide a self-serve continental breakfast that includes cereals, milk, fruit, toast and a selection of spreads and jams. You can have unlimited tea and Nespresso coffee throughout the day. Guest AccessOur guests have access to all common areas in the house. The main bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet. Next to to it is another room with a spare toilet. Basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are available for use. Should you need anything else, just let us know. There are plenty of books to read and a selection of movies and popular TV series you can watch to in the living room. If you feel like preparing your own meals, you are most welcome to store some food in the fridge and use the kitchen equipments. There's a blender, juicer, food processor, mixer, oven, microwave, etc. You can use the alfresco dining area and barbecue or simply enjoy Perth's great climate while sipping tea or coffee at the porch. Perth has plenty of amazing parks on offer and the best are just walking distance from our place. You can take our picnic basket and fill it up with a selection of wine and delicatessen from local shops or borrow our beach towels if you prefer sand, swim, and surf. You can use the washing machine and detergents if you need to. The cheaper alternative is by bus/train, but this will take about 1 hr. From Int'l airport, you take bus 298, and stop at St. Georges Terrace Before Barrack St, walk 1 min towards Barrack St. Blue CAT Stop 3, take the Blue CAT and stop at Aberdeen St.Blue CAT stop 9, walk along Aberdeen St. and turn right on Palmerston St.,walk about 2 minutes and you will find our house on the right. From Domestic Airport, take bus 40 and stop at St. Georges Terrace Before Barrack St, walk 1 min towards Barrack St. Blue CAT Stop 3, take the Blue CAT and stop at Aberdeen St.Blue CAT stop 9, walk along Aberdeen St. and turn right on Palmerston St.,walk about 2 minutes and you will find our house on the right. The free CAT bus drives right through Northbridge giving easy access to the city, plus there are plenty of Transperth buses to use. We often also catch trains that leave from the Perth station, giving a fast ride down to Fremantle, Cottesloe Beach and other places. If you're driving, there is parking space available. The SpaceHi everyone, welcome to Perth! My place is the perfect spot to start your city exploring, being right on the fringe of the inner city. A 2 minute walk to Leederville, 15 minute walk to the city and 5 minute walk to local shops, cafes and pubs means that you'll not be stuck for things to do. If you just want to chill out, I've got everything you need to make your stay a thoroughly enjoyable one without leaving the apartment. Bed, sofa, TV, PS3, fridge, all that malarky. Oh, and A/C too, you lucky devil. No microwave though I'm afraid. :( It's also on a main bus route to the beach (City Beach) and literally round the corner from Leederville train station. Boom! You have the run of the apartment. As Lance said in Pulp Fiction, 'mi casa es su casa.' There is a free communal laundry and dryer room downstairs and a car parking space out the back. You've also got a balcony and the complex has an elevator as well. After the initial meetup in which I'll give you the guided tour, I'll leave you alone to get settled and explore and treat the place as your own, however I live nearby so I'll be on hand to sort any issues you're having and provide a bit of local knowledge if you need. Supermarket, gym, and a pub all within a 5 minute walk in one direction. You walk in the other direction and you'll stumble into Leederville's cafe strip in about 2 minutes. My place is central enough to the city as well so that if you want to walk in, you can do it in about 15 minutes. - Parking is included. You have one parking space out back. - I'm in a perfect storm of public transport. The free Green Cat bus stops just outside. (This does not run on weekends however) In addition, you're 2 minutes from Leederville train station (Butler line) and 10 minutes from West Leederville train station (Fremantle line). - There are regular buses outside the apartment as well which take you directly into the city, or in the opposite direction, to the beach. There are buses from the airport which bring you to the city centre. From there you can get a train at Perth central Station to either Leederville or West Leederville station, which is close to the apartment. Guest AccessYou have the run of the apartment. Bedroom balcony looks over the city (pictured) where you can smoke (if you do) but no smoking inside please, that's a no no :) Free public wifi available. I might even show you around if you like! The NeighborhoodNightlife district a short walk away, a lot of tourism and convenience just outside the door. Parks, heated swimming pool at fitness centre around the corner. Getting AroundBus stop for many different busses only 40m away! You can walk into the city centre within 20 minutes and restaurants, bars and cafe's are only 10 minute walk away in Northbridge and Leederville. It takes 15 minutes on Bus 990 to Scarborough Beach! Other Things to NoteI am away most nights but I sleep on my sofa-bed in the lounge room when I do stay home. It's blocked off by a curtain and cupboard so you still get privacy in your own room.

The SpaceA relaxing light filled home, down a quiet family friendly cul-de-sac and bordering a park, so lots of space for the kids to run. There are 3 large bedrooms, the master with ensuite and robe, kids room with bunkbed (please let us know if you have 3 kids and we can arrange a roll out single bed) (toys in the cupboard) and second guest room/office with a comfortable day bed that converts to a queen size bed. Large family bathroom with shower and bath. Modern fully equipped kitchen (fridge with filtered water, Miele coffee machine). Seperate laundry leading to outside shower - great for after a trip to the beach. The living room features a fireplace and huge sliding doors open to an outdoor deck with seating, large gas BBQ, veggie garden and gate to the park. Wooden floors and high ceilings feature throughout the house, and the heat is kept at bay with double glazing and ducted air con to all the rooms. Guest AccessThe entire house is accessible to guests. As this is a family house we have bikes, scooters, and kids toys in the cupboards - such as lego, craft, which you are welcome to use. Interaction with GuestsWe will be available to assist via telephone and email (and very happy to answer any questions or with anything else to help make your stay better). Also our lovely neighbours will be available to assist where phone contact is not sufficient. The NeighborhoodYou can walk to everything! Our house is just off bustling Oxford St, on the next corner is the locals favourite Italian restaurant, plus the International Beer shop, turn right towards Leederville and numerous cafes, bars and restaurants, plus the Re Store (continental specialist Grocery store), line the street leading into famous Leederville centre with its fashionable shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars, IGA 24hr supermarket, and Kailis Fish market. Visit the outdoor cinema at Luna, catch the train into Perth or cross the overpass to West Leederville. Or turn left on Oxford st and walk towards Mount Hawthorn - another busy shopping precinct including a large supermarket, or walk and bike through the Park to Childrens' playground facilities and either over the pedestrian bridge to the beautiful Lake Monger, or up the hill to Mount Hawthorn. There is just so much to do within walking distance, including the local library and brilliant swimming and gym facilities at Beatty Park Aquatic Leisure centre, great to visit on a hot day. If you are into biking make use of all the bike networks which start on our doorstep. Bike to Lake Monger, Herdsman Lake, Perth City, Kings Park, and wonderful City Beach. We will let you know all the best places to visit, eat and shop too! Getting AroundGetting around is super easy - walk, bike, catch the bus from the top of our street, or take the train from Leederville to Perth CBD, which is only 1 stop away. The SpaceThe house has character and charm with high ceilings, polished floorboards and modern facilities. Whilst there is only one bedroom you could stay with a small child if you have a portacot. Kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove/electric oven, opening through two sets of French doors onto a private and leafy courtyard with BBQ, table, 6 chairs and sun umbrella and sail shade (in summer). A sun room/study with desk and ergonomic chair, couch and bookshelf and hanging space in closet. A retro bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and hand basin. Hairdryer and towels provided. The lounge room has a television, Blu Ray DVD player, and high quality surround sound audio system. Bedroom with queen bed (and all linen), floor to ceiling sash window, and door onto front verandah with security screen. A separate laundry/storage room is accessed from the courtyard with washing machine and ironing facilities. Guest AccessOne storage room in the house is not available to guests. Check in 2pm or later and check out by 11am. Interaction with GuestsI can be contacted during your stay by text or calling. The NeighborhoodLeederville is a vibrant and culturally diverse neighbourhood with great cafes, restaurants, and shops, all a minutes walk from the house. There is also the Luna art deco cinema and Luna outdoor cinema in summer, and the Leederville hotel with its wonderful outdoor space 'The Garden'. In summer you are only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful Somerville Auditorium outdoor cinema at UWA. The Beatty Park Leisure Centre and the Loftus Recreation Centre are also within walking distance. Guests can join the public library at the Loftus Centre on payment of a refundable deposit. The local IGA supermarket is open 24/7. Getting AroundThe freeway north and south entrances are just around the corner from the house. The Leederville railway station is 5 minutes walk and goes directly to the city 3 kms away. The number 15 bus stops just over the road and goes into the city. You can walk to the café strip in Mt Hawthorn. The cafes and shops of Mt Lawley, Subiaco, North Perth and the Northbridge cultural and entertainment precinct are very close. The beach (City beach) is a 10 minute drive. Cottesloe beach can be reached on the train. The NeighborhoodThe townhouse is midway (10mins walk) between the many café/bars/restaurants in Leederville and Mt Hawthorn. Leederville has a convenient 24 hour supermarket. Public pool and gym within 20 mins walk. Asian and Italian speciality grocery stores nearby. Complex has its own private gateway onto a huge green reserve/park, with an overpass to Lake Monger which is a popular place for jogging/exercise/ birdwatching. Lots of little green spaces all throughout the neighbourhood. Getting AroundThe nearest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away. Train/free "CAT" bus is 10 minutes away. Leederville train station is only 1 stop (6 min) out of the city centre. Townhouse complex has limited (6) visitor parking bays (Street parking available if these happen to be full) Other Things to NoteFor those who may not be too firm on their feet - please note the bedroom is on the first floor, up a flight of carpeted stairs. Shower is over the bathtub so could be slippery to step in/out of. Commerical TV is not available at this address, however Netflix/Apple TV/ streaming through wifi/DVD is available.

Getting AroundIt is on the free bus line so all the buses to and from the city centre are free (five minute bus ride to the CBD). You can also walk into the city in just 15 minutes. 20 minute train ride to the beach. We have extra bikes as well if you prefer to ride around. Plenty of bus services. Leederville and Northbridge, major café strips, are well located and offering a great selection of food and entertainment. Getting AroundPublic transport is so convenient, located just outside the building. Public swimming, gym, spa, sauna plus more, available just across the road at Betty Park. Other Things to NoteMy home comes with small pedestal fan, heater and umbrella. During summer periods the apartment is well shaded and ventilated. It can get cold during our short winter season and therefore provided my guests with additional blanket and quilt. As my home is part of a block of apartments, please expect some noise throughout the day.

          The SpaceI love this apartment as it feels so bright and spacious with the living room having a high ceiling that goes all the way to the top of the pitched roof and has a window at the top that allows natural light in. My furniture style is eclectic but simple - I abhor clutter! Guest AccessYou will have the entire apartment except for one locked room. This means: - master bedroom with ensuite, balcony and air-con - bathroom / laundry with a full size bath (washer and dryer available), - large open plan living / dining / kitchen. - spacious balcony off living with Weber Q BBQ and outdoor setting. Not to mention the complex has a swimming pool which is great for cooling off on those hot Perth days. I still live here in between guests... so I leave a range of books, pantry items, cleaning products etc. There is still plenty of space for your stuff but it isn't an empty serviced apartment - its my home and you are welcome to share it. I would love you to make yourself absolutely comfortable while you are here. The NeighborhoodLeederville is possibly the best neighbourhood in Perth (of course I'm biased!). Its full of great cafes, restaurants, bars and shops and is buzzing with life from day through to the late evening - and you have the Luna Leederville Cinema right next door (with outdoor cinema in summer). Having said that, its still a residential neighbourhood and the apartment complex is mostly young professionals who respect each other and the serenity of the complex. There is a 24 hour IGA supermarket directly across the road from the apartment, with a service/petrol station on one side, and a liquor store on the other. One of my favourite aspects of living here is that Lake Monger reserve is within walking distance. Lake Monger is full of native wildlife (black swans, turtles and other waterbirds) and has a beautiful partly shaded walking/cycling track around the perimeter. If you're a runner, its exactly a 5km round trip from the front door and back. If you're an exercise junkie like me you may want to check out Beatty Park Leisure Centre, 15 min walk away on Vincent St. It has a fantastic fully equipped gym with group classes (including Les Mills), and a range of different swimming pools. My favourite is the Olympic size outdoor swimming pool (which is geothermic heated in winter). Getting AroundThe access to public transport is above standard for Perth - 5 min walk to the train station, and Leederville is only one stop away from Perth Underground station. There is also great access by bus - the number 15 also goes to the city and stops on Oxford St. If you want free transport you can get the Green Cat bus from across the railway line in West Leederville (about 12 min walk). There are always Uber's in the area, and traditional taxis are usually at the taxi rank near the Garden Hotel around the corner. Airport is 20 mins by car as well. Other Things to NoteThe apartment is accessed via stairs only. Its on the second floor and there are 31 steps to climb (3 landings in between). Please note that if the key is lost a replacement fee will be charged.

Getting AroundThere are several bus routes that run almost directly in front of the house (a 2 minute walk, if you are slow!) which connect to the city centre and the central train station or walk 10 minutes to Leederville and catch the train from there.

There are two balcony's on either side of the apartment enabling you to get the most of or avoid the sun as you prefer :) Car parking space will be available. However a copy of the strata rules will be left out and all rules will have to be abided to regarding use and times. Interaction with GuestsI am sorry, I will not be in town, however I will ensure some maps and lists of my personal local favourites are made available. The NeighborhoodLocation, location, location. Tennis courts for hire across the road, a park next to the tennis courts, while living 1.7 km from the centre of Perth. Beatty Park fitness centre with pools is only a 10 minute walk away, as are the restaurants and nightlife of Northbridge/Perth Arena, Perth's premier entertainment area. Getting AroundWhile you can walk into the city, the area is also within the free transport zone, so busses on the road outside the apartment are free to the city.. The Perth main bus station is about 15 minutes walk and the central train station 18 minutes. Other Things to NoteStrata behaviour rules will apply to both the apartment and common areas. The TV has a crack on one side so a part of the picture is unavailable. Their are only 2 actual dining chairs, however 8 balcony chairs that can be brought in for use at the dining table

          My place is close to the center of the Leederville cafe strip, shops, bars, restaurants,cinema, the train station and so much more. Such a great location and so close to the city. . You’ll love my place because of excellent location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Being on the city's doorstep in West Perth, you can walk to Northbridge, Perth City etc. Great restaurants like the West End Deli in Carr Street is 1 min drive or 5 min walk. Leederville and all it has to offer in restaurants, good coffee shops, etc. is a 5min car drive or 24min walk. It is a 3min drive or 15min walk to Supermarket. Bus stop is 4min away. Restaurants, Bars galore in Northbridge and Perth City. Coffee shops close by. 'City West' discount shopping. Getting AroundIt is a 4 min walk to bus stop with a 14 min bus ride to the city (as per the transperth journey planner). Or it is a leisurely 20min walk.
