The SpaceMy home is in an ideal location to explore Perths main attractions. One block from the beautiful Swan River with its Parklands, lakes, walking/cycling tracks and panoramic views of CBD, 10 minutes by bus (home is on main bus line) to city and /Kings Park and 20 minutes to Ocean, this property is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. My home is split level and is very comfortable with a spacious open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area and 2 bedrooms (one with ensuite and french doors opening to patio area 'upstairs' and a second lounge, bathroom/toilet, large bedroom and a tiny single person sleep out 'downstairs' (there are only 2 stairs) . This very small room can also be rented at a lower cost $30 per night. The lower lounge opens with french doors onto the rear patio, garden and pool area. In addition, there is a separate studio like unit a few meters from the house with French doors opening directly onto swimming pool. There are often dolphins in the river adding a extra delight to this gentle trip to the CBD. There is a bus stop directly outside the apartment which takes you across the Narrows Bridge directly to the city. If you prefer walking to the CBD, it will take you 20-30 mins. A walk, jog or bike ride around the river is a beautiful way to start or end your day and there is abundant bird life to enjoy along the way. A taxi stand is outside the Post Office. There is a bus stop right outside, alternately, there is very easy access to the Kwinana Freeway if you want to drive. Perth Zoo is only one block away. Mends st jetty is just a short stroll away to catch the ferry to Elizabeth Quays in Perth CBD.
