A large,airy house with polished terrazzo floors the Kraal is cool in summer and décor throughout speaks of Africa,the owners homeland. Three bedrooms are separated from living rooms by a TV lounge which has glass doors to close out any noise. Powder room is separate to the marble shower room and a dry mirrored area to shave or make-up means there’s no queuing for ablutions. Glass doors open from the Queen Bedroom onto a heavenly stone front verandah for a quiet sit amongst the Tuart trees. A handy built in seat and shelving communication hub is great for plug-in work and/or charging everything. The dining table here can seat eight/ten guests. Oregon pine french doors open out of kitchen/dining area to sheltered built in daybeds, outdoor seating amongst the gardens and a walk through to the Shebeen. Extra rooms available if the maximum number of guests exceeds 5 (or 8 depending on which property).'

Secluded away the Kottaj is a two bedroom house with polished terrazzo floors. Dining here can accommodate six and glass bricks allow for natural light play throughout living area. Glass doors open to a large sheltered courtyard where a double daybed built into the stone walls whispers to be rested upon. Outdoor dining under the mulberry tree is an option and Kottaj dwellers have full use of the Shebeen to entertain or enjoy a quiet drink. There are the tourist attractions showcasing the local artisans to museums and quirky shopping stops in addition to the markets with some guidance and clever maps. Little Creatures brewery is super popular along with the Fishing Boat Harbour, The local Gaol which offers night tours for the brave, The Fremantle Art Centre now housed in the old women's asylum offers art, galleries, a museum on Fremantle history and often free weekend concerts in the warmer months. The Maritime Museum can be found on the prt entrance along side the E Shed markets which soaks in the port backdrop of all the bussel of the ships coming in day and night. Enjoy some fresh produce from the local farmers markets just a street away on Sunday Mornings as a super treat to take in the real local culture. Getting AroundA convenient location with bus stops at the door on bus routes 98 /99 with the train link in 5 minutes. If you prefer to see the sights on foot, a delightful walk through classic old style Fremantle neighbourhoods past coffee shops, restaurants, markets and boutiques. Not to mention the Fremantle Markets and beautiful beaches. The bus stop is just a few houses away with most services running every 10 to 15 minutes to the main train line in the heart of Fremantle. This is either a bus ride within 5 minutes or a leisurely walk through the Fremantle cafe strip in 15 to 20 minutes. We have timetables and maps available to assist you. From the airport the easiest way is via a taxi , however if you rent a car the trip is really simple and I can forward you a map if you don't have navigation installed. Its just down two highways and a single turn onto our street. Alternatively you can use public transport by catching the bus from the terminal to the train station in the city then from the city train station catch one train directly to Fremantle. There is a printer to connect to your laptop and two laptop desks for those who needs to get to some work. This room has dining seating for 6 and with the lovely french colonial doors opening out onto the side veranda its just perfect for those lovely sunny day and stunning evenings to enjoy a meal. You will have full 24 access all areas such as the three outdoor entertaining areas one with a BBQ, another offers a Private Veranda with a table setting for two and plenty of Garden Seating to enjoy the nature, there is ample off road free parking even for a caravan or 4WD and a laundry with a large capacity easy to use new washing machine. Unique in our concepts and building design we have created an experience that ensures all our guests simply never want to leave. Mulberry Mansion. A 5 bedroom eco resort style holiday home. A truly unique home that incorporates a subtle mix of natural resources such as limestone, recycled brick and recycled timber under a traditional tin roof. Double story in its basic design this accommodation is staged over 6 internal levels allowing a subtle mixture of five bedrooms, each individually finished and unique. Incorporated into the design of the house are some 120 mini prayer temples imported directly from India, which are perfect for mood lighting when lit up with small tee light candles. Marble floors throughout the ground floor living area and a designer kitchen that has everything. The house features an open plan lounge and dinning area, with large LCD TV, DVD player, CD player and pot belly heater for those romantic nights in front of the fire. Entrance Hall – Large open plan room with cathedral ceilings. The Main Bedroom is split-level in design and features a huge king size bed with bedside cupboards situated on the lower level. Ideal for singles or a couple - there is a single trundle bed stored under the queen bed, so can sleep 3 people. Walk or catch the free Cat Bus to South Beach. Reverse cycle heating/cooling, TV, wifi, parking and kitchenette - microwave, fridge, small oven with two stove tops, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. Not suitable for toddlers as the glass, crockery etc are set in a low lying pigeon hole cabinet. Guest AccessGuests' own access at rear building of the main house to their own self contained studio with bathroom, outdoor area and kitchenette. Our back garden separates the main house from the studio. Interaction with GuestsBetween my work and Ruby's (my ten year old daughter) school/extra curricular activities, we are not home much during the day Mon - Fri. We are usually home by 5.00 - 5.30 pm. Keys will be left in hidden location for your arrival if we are not home at that time. As the studio has its own access, you won't be bothered by me, my daughter and/or her friends unless you want to be.... The NeighborhoodFremantle (Freo) is a beautiful place to live and/or visit. It offers arts, culture, diversity, history, dining, nightlife, beaches, street performers, markets, boutique shopping and Freo is a beautiful, welcoming community. We are just 1.5 kms from the Fremantle Markets. Getting AroundOn foot - studio a 10 min walk to central Freo, 15 mins to Fremantle Train Station. There is a Transperth bus stop opposite at the end of the street and free Cat Buses run frequently from the bottom of Wray Ave between Freo, Freo icons/attractions and South Beach. Other Things to NoteOur cat, Rosie, is out all day - at a neighbour's I think - and stays in the main house all night. She will not go in the studio or bother you. I provide a washing service for $15 per load.

The SpaceThe studio is light and bright and great for couples and families because of the secure, enclosed backyard, pool and play equipment. Guest AccessPrivate access through a lockable side gate for extra security. Interaction with GuestsWe will share the back yard with guests at times. So our children may say 'Hi' particularly if you have kids. We may have a friendly quick chat, but you'll often have the space to yourselves. The NeighborhoodWe are walking distance from the famous George Street precinct, which has amazing cafes, restaurants, wine bars and boutiques. We are also 10 minutes walk from the centre of Fremantle with markets, shopping, bars, restaurants and more. Getting AroundYou can walk to most of the local attractions. But we are are also a minutes walk to the bus stops that service the major bus routes to Fremantle and Perth City. Other Things to NoteEach booking must be for a minimum of 3 nights (as we hire a cleaner and using a laundry service after each guest stays).

The SpaceLight, airy, studio in quiet tree-lined street in White Gum Valley, close to Fremantle. Guest AccessGuests will have access to studio, swimming pool, private side entry and parking in driveway. Interaction with GuestsWe live in the front house and are happy to assist whenever needed. We have 2 dogs and a cat. One of the dogs is a young dog and may bark from time to time. The studio is fenced so there is no direct contact. The NeighborhoodWe live in a community minded, friendly neighbourhood. There are no houses over the road and a lovely green park for the kids to play in. There is also a bigger community park up the road and the Fremantle public golf course. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop only 100 metres away from the accommodation and regular services run to Fremantle or Bull Creek with a train connection to Perth.m Other Things to NoteWe do have pets. 1 very old dog Tommy- who won't bother you at all. A skinny cat, Ziggy, who appears, but is unlikely to come to close. And one 1 yr old dog, Alvie - half Labrador and half Staffie. We love him, but he may get very excited when people arrive. The studio is fully fenced, but you may hear Alvie barking from time to time. When we are home he is entirely inside otherwise he can pop out and "greet" our guests from the other side of the fence.

There are a few visitor carparks provided. There are cafes and restaurants just at the corner of Wray Ave and Hampton Road. Further down Wray Avenue is a great family delicatessen and fruit market - Galatis. Buses to Fremantle (999 and 998 Circle Line) go down South Street only 100 m away. These buses run every 15 minutes and go to Murdoch University, Fiona Stanley Hospital and St John of God Hospital Murdoch. The centre of Fremantle is an easy walk - about 500m. For a great view, walk up Solomon Street (at the end of McAtee Court) to Monument Hill - watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean. The views are 360 with clear sights to Perth CBD behind and up river, the harbour, Rottnest to the west and up the coast to Cottesloe.

The SpaceThis bright and modern furnished, self contained private studio is at the bottom of the garden and has its own access. It is a very comfortable, clean and attractive. It has a double bed and a double sofa bed. With reverse cycle air-conditioning it is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The studio has its own separate bathroom, a kitchenette with a double hotplate, microwave oven, appliances, cook ware and dining utensils. There is TV, and free wifi access. Towels and linen are provided and there is access to a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The garden has Australian native plants, lavender and lawn. There is an outdoor table and chairs and access to a BBQ. The ambience of the property is peaceful and relaxing with all the charm of a heritage neighbourhood. It has free on-street 24 hr parking and we are never without places to park in front of the house. You will be close to Fremantle, the Markets, beaches, public transport and all that the wonderful City of Fremantle has to offer. Bedroom 1: (The family suite) with ensuite bathroom, has a queen size bed and single, it can also fit either a cot or childs bed. Bedroom 2: has 2 singles that can convert to 1 kingsize bed, this room can also fit either a cot or child's bed. Bedroom 3: located next to the bathroom and toilet, this room has a king size bed and can also fit either a cot or childs bed. The living area can be closed off to create a 4th bedroom, it has a queen size sofa bed. We can easily accommodate 4 couples + 1 and infants/children If you are bringing children please let us know their ages so that we can provide appropriate toys and books. Available on request we have a full size wooden cot, portacot, nappy change table and 2 highchairs. Please note that the aforementioned equipment for babies, including toys and books are not kept in the house, we bring them in for each booking, hence the nightly charge for infants/children. Due to our popularity with international travellers we have recently installed hand held bidet sprays in both toilets. We provide a selection of most toiletries and detergents for use whilst staying with us. The House is fully air-conditioned with reverse cycle, highly efficient inverter technology and nanoe-G air purifiers, in every bedroom plus the living area. The kitchen is well equipped with every appliance you could possible want including rice cooker, steamer, wok and chopsticks. We provide a large range of herbs, spices and condiments. There is no need to buy bottled water, our water is filtered. For entertainment we have a great selection of old fashioned games that are lots of fun for all ages, an interesting selection of books featuring local authors, a playstation 3, wii console with selection of games, selection of DVD's, a large 50" flat screen television,Free Netflix, a portable speaker dock that fits all iPods/phones and free wifi. The laundry is fully equipped with front-load washing machine and condenser clothes dryer, iron etc. There is also a private outdoor clothesline. There are many taxi services available in Perth, we recommend Uber. On the weekends we invite guests to come along to some of the fabulous events in the Freo area. The NeighborhoodOur home is located just out of Freo, away from the noise and the crowds, but still close enough to bike ride or easily walk into town. Getting AroundGuests are welcome to use the bikes to get into Fremantle. There are also two buses that run roughly every 10/15 mins about 500 meters away from the house. Buses run to fremantle station and also direct to the city via Murdoch station. Other Things to NoteSouth beach is about an easy 10 bike ride away. We encourage guests to wander through the back streets into Fremantle as the houses are cute and interesting. Fresh towels are provided every three days. We wake up early, so if you're a every light sleeper we may disturb you on weekdays. On the positive morning is a beautiful time of the day for a beach stroll or a wander down to the port to dolphin spot.

Conz is only a short walk from cafes in Wray Avenue - the cafes there would be the closest and then walk along South Tce past the Fremantle hospital and there are as many cafes and restaurants as you like. There is a pleasant pub and restaurant with takeaway meals about 200m away. The beaches - South Beach is about 2km away at the southern end of South Tce and Bathers Beach is about 1 km just near the fishing boat harbour. There are two free CAT buses in Fremantle that you can pick up near the hospital - they go around the city and interchange at the railway station and also go down to South Beach. So provided you enjoy a stroll you don't need to get into a car. There is a frequent bus service 99, 98 that passes through South Street and although that is not free it comes every 10-15 mins and is a great service. The three completely self-contained houses are all on the same property and though they each have private gardens and courtyards they are close together. There is a fabulous rustic gathering house, the Shebeen, to relax in with cooking and dining facilities as well as shared laundry and outdoor garden shower and toilet. Freostay is a fifteen minute walk from Fremantle and the beautiful South Beach, two minutes from the golf course and the native wonder of Booyeembara Park. Buses run nearby should you need one.

We are the first area in Fremantle on the NBN and offer free wireless internet and Netflix. Fitted out with a luxuriously comfy Queen bed and soft, white sheets for a good night's sleep. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable, self-contained stay including full kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. The ground floor entrance includes a cloakroom and laundry with washing machine, drying rack and iron. There is plenty of space here to store bikes. It's a quiet neighbourhood with lots of free street parking. Perfect for singles or couples on business or leisure trips. 20 mins walk to the centre of Freo, close to Monument Hill Reserve with a cafe, gym and bus stop close by. Weekly, monthly and longer term discounts available - just ask! No additional cleaning fee. Guest AccessCheck-in and check-out times are somewhat flexible - please advise your plans in advance. Separate ground floor entrance for complete privacy. Plenty of street parking available. Studio3 is unfortunately not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility due to steep spiral staircase access to the first floor. It is a 3 minute walk from the South Fremantle Farmers markets. The beach is very close, approx a 25min walk, 15 minute bike ride or 6 min drive away. Walking distance to a park, great cafes and central Fremantle. Getting AroundThe bus stop is 20 meters from the house and it will cost about $6-8 to catch an uber in the Fremantle Cafe strip. Other Things to NoteI live in the house with my 3 children. They are aged 12, 6 and 4. My children are well behaved but like all children can be loud at times. Our household is laid back and fun. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this isn't your place. I work full time and kids go to school so the house is yours during the day.

Enjoy a picnic, BBQ or swim at South Beach or take a walk through nature at 'Boo Park'. Bon Scott fan? Visit his gravestone and memorial at the cemetery or see his bronze figurine at Fishing Boat Habour by local artist Greg James. Getting AroundIt's an easy 10 minute walk to Fremantle or jump on the free CAT bus that passes close by. Once you are in Fremantle you can take a train (30 minutes) to Perth or beyond. Other Things to NoteYour dog is welcome - just not on the furniture or beds please. The rear courtyard is fully enclosed so your pooch will be safe.                     The SpaceThe cottage is light and breezy, with excellent insulation and green energy efficient values, built into the property during an 6-month extension project completed in November 2012. This includes solar power, double glazed windows and solar passive heat banking. There are louvre windows to encourage ventilation from the South West breezes in Fremantle, and floor heating in living area and bathrooms will keep things toasty in winter. The cottage has three bedrooms, with two double beds and two single beds, as well as a portacot. There are two bathrooms. Wifi & parking off street are both available for free. There are air conditioners installed also. The large living, dining and kitchen room has three sets of wide french doors onto the private courtyard, perfect for opening up and enjoying fresh breeze on your break. The courtyard is decorated with furniture and a barbeque, available for your use. 5 min walk to some of Freo's favourite cafes: Wild Poppy, Gourmet on Wray, and a traditional Italian grocery: Galati Bro's. 10 Mins walk into Central Freo cafe strip, shopping and markets. "Whose Your Mumma" wine bar also walking distance! CAT bus about 10 min walk, several bus stops closer to the cottage. An outdoor laundry room and undercover clothes drying area. The Central Area Transit buses for Fremantle (Red and Blue CAT) can be caught. The NeighborhoodEdmund Street is a wonderful street, the best in Fremantle in my opinion. Traditional Italian neighbours on one side who still make pasta, passata and sausages. Friendly folk up and down the street! The house is walking distance to Fremantle passing numerous historic federation homes onroute. Fremantle boasts many attractions including the Maritime Museum, Notre Dame University, Train Station to Perth, Bathers Beach, South Beach, Fremantle Markets, Fishing Boat Harbour, Fremantle Prison, Art Galleries and Round House to name a few. Fremantle has a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes and night clubs. You can catch a regular bus to cruise ships and fast ferries to Rottnest. The beautiful Christ the King church and the Sunday Farmers Market are a short walk away. The neighbourhood has many pleasant walks that provide ocean vistas and there are several large parks to stretch your legs.                     The SpaceOur two story home offers a sunny front courtyard, a private, shaded rear courtyard, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest WC, laundry and lock up garage (with space for one additional car, though there are also visitor parking bays in the drive way). It's fully furnished and fully equipped - with everything from a dishwasher, fridge and walk-in pantry, for you to use, to an Xbox and loads of books for you to chill out with. We have heating and air con, plus unlimited internet usage, too! The room itself has a built-in robe with plenty of hangers, a comfy Queen size bed and access to a bathroom across the hallway which is shared with up to two other guests in our second listed bedroom. Guest AccessYou will be staying with two awesome people: Nick (Aussie guy) and Harriet (British girl). Aged between 26 - 35, both of us work full time in the CBD, are well-travelled, laid back, tidy and easy to get along with. Apart from Nick and Harri's room and our other listed room, the whole house is for you to enjoy during your stay.
