The property has 3 apartments Michelin Apartments one bedroom apartments have air-conditioning and can be used for up to 3 person. They are convenient located in Dover Saint Lawrence Gap. The center of Saint Lawrence Gap (main south coast tourist area) is only about 5 walking minutes away. Just far enough to avoid the noise of the busy Saint Lawrence Gap. There are self-catering nicely furnished one bedroom apartments. Please note that all apartments are individually sized and furnished. The rates on this website are for 2 or 3 persons. Please add ten dollar per night for extra person / child on the sofa bed in the living area if you have booked for 2 person. Let us know after booking but before arrival if you have additional person. There is a living room, a bedroom which has two single beds or 1 king size bed (request) which has AC and fan, one bathroom and a complete kitchenette. There are standing / ceiling fans throughout the apartment, mosquito screens and wrought iron burglar bars on the windows and doors but we don’t have many problems with mosquitoes. Guests just feel better if they are nets. Each apartment has a SAT-TV, a Stereo Set and a shared Telephone line in the apartments. The complete kitchenette has a ceramic field stove top, all cooking facilities, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster oven, coffee machine, iron and ironing board. All kitchen utilities are supplied. Free safe box in each apartment. The air-conditioning can also be used in the complete apartment. Relax and enjoy the terrace were you have a nice view into the garden and a dining table. If you want to use Internet Wireless you have to bring your own laptop or devise. Free Wi-fi in Barbados. Fresh sheets, towels and room service are provided twice per week. The Maid can take care of any washing. The closest white beach is located about 100 yards / meter, the distance to Dover beach is approx. 250 yards / meter and the beach at Sandals + Turtle Beach Club Hotel ***** is approx. 150 yards / meter away. More lovely white sand beaches are close by. From the airport it will take about 20 min. to our accommodation. New Listing: This charming duplex guest-house is built from coral stone. A Home Away from Home. The accommodation is elegantly furnished in a Caribbean-European style. The beautiful decorated flat has 3 bedrooms, a large living-dining room (my office) but there is a living room and balcony (upstairs for the guests of the rooms, complete kitchen, 2 baths (one en-suite), balcony, terrace and garden. This advertisement is for the medium room which can accommodate 2-3 person This room has shared bath with one other small room. The bath is in the middle of those rooms. This was never a problem as the maid take care of the bathroom 5 days a week. Our bedrooms have matching decorated finishes and either ceiling fans or if requested air-condition at cost. Mosquito nets and tinted windows but we don't have problems with mosquito just the guests feel better when netting is there :-). Free safe box and Wi-fi. Please bring your own laptop. The Sanctuary Cafe which is located at the Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary is just a few bus stops away where you can enjoy natures best while having a nice cup of coffee or any other beverage. A neighborly oasis in the heart of the south coast. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beaches and beach bars are all within walking distance. Getting AroundThe bus stop is about 50 yards/meter away. The SpaceThis is a ground-level, one-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area. Although the crime rate is very low, we have fitted burglar bars throughout, and all of these have fire escapes. The apartment is modern clean, comfortable and fully furnished. It has tiled floors throughout, apart from the lounge, where there is a traditional wooden floor. There are ceiling fans, and also air con in the bedroom. We have dual voltage and WiFi . The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. There is a safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided. There is a shared top-loading washing machine available in the car port, and there is a sheltered BBQ area and garden which you are welcome to use once we have briefed you on safe operation of the barbeque. The NeighborhoodThe neighbourhood is a mix of residential properties and holiday accommodation. Witin a few minutes walk you reach the first of many restaurants supermakets and shops etc which serve the local community and tourists. Getting AroundThe nearest bus stop is less than 50 yards away and the nearest taxi rank is 5 minutes walk. But as it is only $1 for a bus journey of any length you should do some exploring of the island by bus.
