Other Things to NoteEVENTS: Whilst we welcome medium-sized family events at Rosedale, it is a private home in one of the original neighbourhoods on the island. We therefore have rules regarding events, celebrations, and parties: - We need to agree in advance the maximum number of guests who will attend. We do not wish to inconvenience our neighbours with excessive noise, and parking in the gap is limited. - We approve in advance the catering arrangements, as our kitchen facilities are those associated with a family home. - We will have our staff on site for our security and to help protect our possessions, and we charge an event fee equal to an additional day's rental, payable on arrival at the commencement of the rental. - Lastly, we take at the commencement of the rental an extraordinary cash USD $1,000 security deposit for damage or loss, also payable on arrival. This will be refunded net of loss, damage or theft at the time of departure.

The NeighborhoodThe Neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. throughout the island. The home is very close to the grocery stores, shop, restaurants and bars. local transportation will get you into the city within 15 minutes. when you shop at the local grocery store, there is a complimentary taxi service at each grocery store that will take your doorstep for no additional cost. The vans are parked outside the store. Getting AroundTransportation is easily available from public and private buses. You can also rent a vehicle before you arrive and pick it up at the airport or have it delivered to your door. Other Things to NoteAll the amenities you would wish for in a home away from home are available and self- catering is made easily as the shops are so close-by. The neighborhood is very quiet but close in proximity to Bridgetown, many amenities, easy public transportation, wonderful nightlife and fantastic restaurants. The area is very central. Right in the heart of the South Coast. The space has one king sized bed and one single bed. There is also a safe. Guest AccessGuests enter through the main gate of the property and have to pass the main house in order to gain access to the walkway that leads to the apartment. However, the entrance is not intrusive and is pretty much private. Getting AroundThe bus route is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

It features a living area, kitchen with bar counter top and a spacious patio which opens up onto the garden and the guitar-shaped pool area. The ocean is about 20 steps away.
