As we are obliged to comply with the law, we charge € 5 city tax per night and per apartment. This fee must be paid cash upon arrival, a receipt will be provided.
Check-in takes place between 2 pm and 6 pm. It is possible to arrive after that time. In that case, we charge € 20 late check in fee, to be paid cash upon arrival. After 11 pm, the sum arises € 40.
That money is used to pay the person in charge of welcoming you and giving you the keys.
Check out must be done before 11 am.
If you wish, you can leave your luggage in our offices every day, between 9 am and 6 pm.
We will be there when you arrive to welcome you, hand over the keys and explain the operation of the apartment.

You are just a few hundred meters away from the most visited sites in the city, such as Grand Place, the famous Manneken Pis, the Sacred Island, St. Catherine square, main museums, the gay area ...
You can also find the tourist office, main shopping areas as well as numerous bars, restaurants and clubs.
The area is very lively and can be noisy at weekends.

It is close to all public transport (metro, buses, trams) and train stations. Note that the apartment is in a pedestrian area. Cars are permitted from 6 am to 11 am. Good news, Brussels can be visited on foot. The distance between the most popular tourist sites is extremely short.
Parking your car in the center of the city is quite complicated. We do not have private parking. The closest public car park (Parking Ecuyer) is located at rue de l'Ecuyer n° 11. The price arises € 14.90 for 24 hours.
Discovering Brussels by bike is very nice.
The city has developed the Villo project, that is a shared bicycle service 24h / 24 and 7/7.
You will find a station every 400 meters.
One-day card (€ 1.60) or 7-day card (7.65 €).
The first half hour is free.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
Brussels public transport network is highly developed. There are 71 metro lines, trams and buses. It works from 05: 00 am to 0:15 at night. At the weekend, night buses (NOCTIS) run every half hour until 3:00 am. Children under 12 and adults over 65 do not have to pay.
There are different ways to buy tickets, the easiest are the ticket machines at the lobbies of stations.

If you come by car, be sure your GPS is updated (Brussels map). Since 1 July 2015. the center has become mostly pedestrian and many traffic changes have been made in the city.
- From Brussels Airport (BRU). 15 kms.
Take the train to Central Station. A train leaves every 15 minutes. Trip: + - 20 minutes. Price: € 8.60.
At the station, take exit "Marché aux herbes" or exit "Magdalena". Cross square "Marché aux herbes" and go straight into "Marche aux herbes street. Come down the street. Rue de la Fourche is on your right.
- From Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL). 70 kms
Take the shuttle bus “Brussels City Shuttle” (+ - 15 € per person) (a bus every 30 minutes) to South Station (Gare du Midi).
At the station, take the underground tram (line 3 or 4, direction Gare du Nord or Esplanade) and get off at Bourse station. Then, take rue du Marché aux poulets and rue Marché aux herbes. Turn left at rue de la Fourche
Take a taxi. We can book it for you at a negotiated price of € 65 for 2 people. (+ € 5 per additional person) Advantage: It is waiting for you at your arrival and takes you to the apartment. The journey lasts between 1 hour and 1hour 30 minutes.
NB: If you book with us, the late check in fee (after 6 pm) is not charged.
BY TRAIN :
- From South Station (Thalys, Eurostar, direct connection to Paris airport - Charles de Gaulle, ...). 2 kms.
Take the underground tram (line 3 or 4, direction Gare du Nord or Esplanade) and get off at Bourse station. Then, take rue du Marché aux poulets and rue Marché aux herbes. Turn left at rue de la Fourche.
- From Central Station. 500 meters
At the station, take exit "Marché aux herbes" or exit "Magdalena". Cross Marché aux herbes and go straight into Marche aux herbes street. Come down the street. Rue de la Fourche is on your right.
BUS LOW COST:
The cheapest way (but not the most comfortable) to arrive to Brussels. Many companies serve the city of Brussels as FLIXBUS, MEGABUS, EUROLINES.
