The apartment is located in an Art Deco building from 1929 with garden/terrace for your private use (no joint ownership). Terrace is streetside and ground-level, direct sun untill midday.
Living room with sofa, TV/radio. Dining table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave / oven combo, coffee machine ( Senseo ), gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, ... living room, dining area and kitchen are open with each other about.
Bedroom with wardrobe and separate twin beds, which can be pushed together if you like.
Bathroom with tub / shower and toilet. Hair dryer available.
From private for private. No extra costs. No hotel services. Use it just like your own apartment.
Bed linen and towels included ( to use , not to take with you ) . If you need extra blankets / towels for the beach, please let me know in advance .
Five steps down into Appartmet ( a total of about 1 m in altitude) . Between the bedroom and the rest of the apartment is an about 2.5 cm high heel . Exiting to the terrace another 5cm habe to be overcome. Not wheelchair or rollatorgerecht set up , but those who accept the challenge are warmly welcome.
If you have a dust allergy, please let me know in advance. I can remove the carpet from the living to make your live easier, if you like to.
Third and fourth person sleep on a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. It Comes with a real mattress ( about 1.40 * 1.90) . So you do not have to sleep on the seats, but you will be close to each other - it's only 1,40m wide.
It's occasional renting for fun, not for business. I'm a bookkeeper, not a landlord :] Guest AccessCheck-in yourself with the key-box. I can come around after my working day, if you want to :]
You get two pairs of keys.
Use everything you find. The entire apartment is for you.
Free WiFi. No file sharing and other illegal things, please. Be fair to me and other guests, try to limit your data volume to max 2GB per day (which is round about 6 hours video streaming). Interaction with GuestsI speak German, English and Dutch / Flemish, but no French.

I work full-time in a bureau (I'm am not a professional landlord) and I have hobbies (triathlon, small garden on the outskirts, ...).
I am in general reachable via my mobile phone number, but it's also now and then switched silent. SMS is usually going good. I also use whatspp. You'll automatically see my mobile phone number in my profile, once you finished (=paid) the booking. The NeighborhoodYou are close to everything, but not in the middle of all other tourists.
The apartment is in the Belle-Epoche-quarters of Oostende. Just search for "Belle Epoquewijk" or "Belle Epoque".

There are many bicycle rental shops in the city. Most are directly on the beach promenade.
The tram runs along almost the entire Belgian coast.

There are direct trains (without having to change)
There are public parking spaces at the front of the house and along the streets of our quarter, which are usually free of charge . This of course only as long as you don't park illegal, not on residents' parking spaces (marked as "bewoners" or "parkeerkaart") and not on color-coded areas (red, yellow, blue, ... borders for short-term parking, nurses, taxis,... ).
For loading and unloading you can short-time park in front of the house's two garage doors. Other Things to NoteYou can walk from the train station of Oostende to the apartment within 15~20 minutes or use public transport:
- bus line 7 to "HENRI SERRUYSZIEKENHUIS"
- bus lines 5 +85 to "MAC LEODPLEIN"
- bus line 81 to "FRERE ORBANSTRAAT"
All of these bring you about 250m close to the apartment. Ticket for one zone for each person is required; buyable at the driver or for half price at the vending machines.
Taxi would be about 10 EUR, but this is only an estimation.
From Brussels Airport take the train to Brussels North Station and change to the direct train to Oostende. It's about 1:39 hours by train from the airport to Oostende. Buy tickets in advance on the internet or directly at the airport, just before her enter the platform. If you plans further (day)trips by train, a "rail pass" could be the cheapest ticket.
